The room was very nice. Pictures matched on line listing. Excellent location to beach, shopping and downtown life. Most everything was in walking distance. Transportation available and easily accessible if needed. A few comments: Instructions for TV not provided in English The common areas in the hotel do NOT match the apartment unit, taking away from the overall appeal. The laundry area and the trash room need attention to both cleanliness and stench (which permeates to the hallway). More clarification may be very helpful regarding hotel guest services/ private property ( bag check, towels, linen service, coins for laundry and cost). Overall your place was beautiful. Thank you!

Byron as been welcoming and helpful during our stay. The location is great, and it’s easy to move around by walk, bus, trolley, biki, taxi or car if you have one. It’s located from a walk distance to everything you need, 5 min to the Kalakaua Avenue main street and to the beach. We recommand this property and we will come back again. Mahalo !

The location worked great for my purposes, (close to shopping, the beach, and a short drive to UH Manoa). The condo was very clean and well-equipped. Byron from CCRE was very kind and helpful! The parking was so easy and convenient - if you'll need a car like I did, this is your place! My favorite part was the beautiful view from both the bedroom window and the terrace off the living room. The only thing I can think of for an improvement would be to add a cutting board to the kitchen - it had everything else you could need (and even some nice extras such as a rice cooker, chemex, hot water kettle). Highly recommended!

Loved the location, free parking, extremely comfortable living space and bedroom with the most amazing views!! Being someone who loves to travel im comfort and stay for long periods, I would highly recommend this place! I will say the customer service for this company is great, I had an issue with my other Airbnb and they contacted me the next day and relocated me. Byron the property manager was extremely commutative. Honestly, when I schedule again, I would ask to see what properties he manages because he did an exceptional job!
