We had a wonderful stay at The Palms at Wailea with our family. The unit was spacious and well stocked with great cooking supplies. We had dinner outside on the patio every evening. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood that’s just a few minute drive to some of the best beaches & snorkelling & shops at Wailea. Would definitely recommend!!

Very nice property and location. The only negative was that the bottom bed sheet was of poor quality and like sleeping on sandpaper. Also the sliding outside door to the lanai didn’t latch but there was a security latch which could be used. Overall, a very enjoyable unit.

Property was perfectly located for our needs, was very comfortable and clean, well appointed with kitchen supplies and linens, and beautiful grounds - loved the lanai. A few things need updating, the showers really didn’t work great and the headboard in the kids bedroom came down in the middle on one night and scared my son. Overall it was nice but expensive for what you got - with many options in this price range in Wailea, would only stay again if they made updates

Nice location and layout is great. Property manager solved so loose shower valves very quickly. Lower floor so those above create quite a bit of noise from dragging their chairs over the tile. Master matrass is getting very soft but the others re great. A couple dining chairs are starting to get wobbly.

Great rental for families! The property is close to the beach (7 minute walk). The entire property is well kept. Pool is great for young kids! The rental was updated, well kept and clean! Loved all the extras (bbq, pool and beach equipment)! Great place to stay for 2 or family of 4! Would absolutely stay there again!

We have stayed at The Palms for over 10 years now. This unit was by far the nicest we have stayed. We will definitely be booking again!

This is a great property! We will definitely return! We have spent a fair amount of time on the island, typically staying in Kihei but are so happy with this location. This unit is well situated within the complex, and especially nice being on the ground level. The unit is well appointed, with all of the comforts of home. The kitchen had everything that we needed. We are a family of 4 with two teenage kids. It was the perfect size for us. The A/C works well, keeping the unit comfortable. We enjoyed the location as it is easily walkable to the Shops/hotels along the waterfront in Wailea, and also a quick drive. The highway is very easily accessible for coming and going by car.
The pool area is clean, with ample lounge chairs. We enjoyed the night swimming/hot tub after dinner on many occasions.
Overall, we are very happy with our stay!

This was a great property. The condo was clean and nice and bright. It worked well for our family of 4. It was a bit a of walk to the beach but the drive was quick and easy. Lots of different beaches and restaurants in the area.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family spring break vacation! Located in Wailea it is perfect for accessing some amazing beaches and restaurants. The VRBO itself is perfect for a family of four, the kitchen is well stocked too! The owners have boogie boards, sand toys, ice coolers for picnics and beach days. I would have wished they had a beach umbrella but I'm being picky ( you can easily rent one if needed). We would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!

My husband and two kids enjoyed our stay at Palms at Wailea. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach and is walking distance or an easy drive to many restaurants and shops. The condo was clean and well stocked with needed supplies. We enjoyed our time by the pool which had a lovely view. The area around the condo was quiet and peaceful. Would stay there again.

We really enjoyed this apartment, it was the perfect home base for our vacay. The air conditioner worked great, the beds were all comfortable, it was super clean and just like the pictures. The patio was well furnished and we also made good use of the beach chairs and cooler that were provided. Thank you so much! We’ll be back!

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo. It was nice having our own grill and this unit is close to the pool. We were within 10 minutes of several beautiful beaches. The only problem we had was there wasn't an umbrella provided that was shown in the pictures and mentioned in reviews. We had to rent one from a local rental company. Overall, the condo was a nice place to stay.

We spent 8 days pm Maui with lots of diving and sightseeing. This place was perfect for a family. Great setup for hanging out after a tiring day and cooking for yourself and unwinding. Closed enough to town for easy fun. Love the wide open lanai.
