Peaceful, relaxing, everything you would want! Condo was super clean had everything we needed and the location was amazing and the views were spectacular. Definitely will be back when we visit the big island!

Saubere,schöne Wohnung, check in unkompliziert, Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, Strand Zubehör vorhanden. Restaurants in der Nähe und Supermärkte Abends auf dem Balkon den Sonnenuntergang zu sehen,morgens den Kaffee ,mit Blick auf das Meer,zu genießen, wir haben es geliebt. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden.

This property has everything you could ask for. The owners have gone above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. The condo was comfortable and had wonderful ocean breezes we were able to enjoy.

The unit was in a great location with a nice view of the water in the distance. The golfers and groundskeepers weren't any problem. It was very clean and close to a grocery and drug store as well as some restaurants. It was easy to find and a parking space could be found close by. The unit was equipped with all amenities, newer appliances and the cupboards were well stocked with condiments, spices, etc. The washer and dryer were new and worked great. I used them to do some laundry and to refresh the bathroom towels which tended to get mildewy. Only con for me was that with or without the AC, the ceiling fans could not be controlled manually. They were on motion censors. If you like airflow at night, it would be a problem unless you're a very restless sleeper!

This is a good place that is quite convenient for a small family. There is everything that could be needed in there: beach equipment, snorkeling masks, balls, games etc. Three TVs, well equipped kitchen, large fridge. Ventilators in each room + A/C system (although we have not used it once, wasn't that hot). Two dinner tables, one inside and one on the balcony, which offers a nice choice. The balcony is overlooking a golf course, so a good view, although not much ocean can be seen. Best beaches on the island are in the driving vicinity. Personally, we love and recommend Manini'Owali. Costco is ~15 min away. There is occasional traffic on the road north to Kona, which increases the trip by ~10-15 minutes. Overall, this is a nice place to come and have a family vacation, without having to worry about anything. Thanks for hosting us!

This is a very nice condo. The managers, Georgia and Kenny, were very helpful and extremely nice. My only issue, not being a golfer and the back of the condo is on a golf course, was that the workers started mowing and lawn care between 5-6 a.m. That woke me every morning. Other than that, I would recommend this condo.

Exceeded our expectation. Wonderful view from deep patio that extends beyond living room and MBR. We've rented many vacation properties and this was the best equipped. There is one of everything. Kitchen is a joy. Spices, oils and basic food stuff. Quality dinnerware. Lots of cups plates so you don't have run dishwasher all the time. Lots of storage, games, movie, books. 3 good sized TVs. It was in the 90's and a/c was adequate. Fans. WI-Fi fine. Cheerful Hawaiian decor. Comfortable beds. Good grill right on patio with back-up canister. Easy access to parking. No stairs! Owner, Peter, was wonderful to work with; good communication from the start.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was conveniently located, clean, fully equipped and well appointed. Loved the Lanai with a view for breakfast each morning. The BBQ was in great condition and allowed us many dinner dinner options, given the close proximity of some of the best seafood options we've ever seen at the local KTA grocery. Had the best sleep we've had in years - super comfy mattress! Pools were clean and convenient. Even the parking was convenient. We felt the Aloha spirit there and will return.
