Location of property is great. The grounds are beautiful. It’s an older condo, but well equipped and clean. The view is pretty, but it’s an end unit so street noise is considerable. Be ready to climb stairs( 3 levels) because there’s no elevator. We could not get any of the lights over the headboard to work. Good value in a very expensive area.

Great location between Poipu Beach and Spouting Horn. Corner Unit on 3rd Floor overlooking the Park & Ocean. We enjoyed seeing the sunrise from the living room and the sunset from the kitchen everyday. This unit had everything we needed and more. Excellent rental!

This is the perfect space for a couple to stay on Kauai. The living room is the real reason I booked the condo, as you can sit on the comfortable (and clean) sofa to overlook the water and mountains (at the same time!) in the case that the weather is not in your favor. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook meals, as eating out on Kauai can be very expensive. There was always easy parking, multiple foot rinse stations to remove sand prior to entering the unit, and access to the BBQ area- which we used on multiple occasions! There was a cooler, beach chairs, pool noodles, and ice packs available.This is a homey and comfortable condo that is tastefully decorated with the Hawaiian vibe we all want. If you have questions, the rental company will respond to emails very quickly! We only had one question, as everything was communicated very well!**PPRO TIP: always put the cooler and ice pack in your car when you drive around the island because you never know when you will find a fruit stand/etc and need to keep things cool.We have already made plans to come back to this condo every year or two! Can't wait to stay again!

This was a great basecamp for our vacation. We stayed here for a week, and it met our expectations. Studio style, full kitchen, king bed, and cozy living room. Tight fit between King bed and wall to access living room/view space, so if you are looking for a large open access between areas of the studio this unit isn't for you. Cleanliness was average, but not exceptional. If we travelled to this area again we would book this unit for 2 people without hesitation.

Condo had nice view from the balcony, very comfortable for two people. Convenient location, kitchen had good appliances. We had a slight issue with bathroom sink and shower, but they were addressed , and we were given credit back to our account for the inconvenience. Very responsive and courteous management

A beautiful and cozy space that allowed my girlfriend and I to enjoy Kauai’a southern coast to the fullest! A gorgeous view of the historical prince kuhio park and his favorite surf spot, with a constant cool breeze flowing through the shutters gave us a wonderful place to return to and relax after adventuring in nearby reefs and local haunts! Can’t wait to visit again!
