Very clean and very well equipped with everything you would need during your stay. My wife is psychically disabled, the direct access into the condo with no stairs to deal with made it so nice for my wife and our friend too that also is psychically challenged. The pool was a very short walk from the condo with a railing for those that are psychically challenged too. And the views are incredible form the lanai. We spent a lot of time on the large comfortable lanai relaxing with drinks in hand taking in the views. Highly recommended this condo. Also, very nice shopping center just a few blocks away.

Spotlessly clean , nice view, convenient location, three uncrowded swimming pools ,very well equipped kitchen, comfy furniture, and a really nice local manager that’s very responsive if you have booking questions. This unit was so clean I thought we were the first people to stay there until I saw the guest book.

Our stay here was, in short, AMAZING! The unit was very spacious, very clean, and well maintained. It was fully stocked with anything and everything we needed (kitchenware, toiletries, beach towels and lots of beach toys and gear)! Lanai was awesome to enjoy our breakfast and quiet time (we didn’t encounter too many rambunctious golfers) and also had a beautiful view of the sunset. There are three pools with hot tubs, one pool area is within steps of the unit. My daughter loved the pools!
I was worried that there was no central air conditioning, but the ac units in the main living area and master bedroom were quite sufficient & efficient, and it was HOT when we visited!
The location was great. Close to a decent shopping plaza with a supermarket and shave ice place; a short (maybe 10 mins) walk. The area was pretty quiet and not a lot of traffic. Close to the shore and many beaches (some within a 5 min drive). Coffee plantations are also close by.
Communication with Paul was great, before and during our vacation. He was very helpful & accommodating. Wonderful customer service.
We would totally book this unit again on a future visit to the Big Island and would recommend it to all!

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the lanai. The view of the golf course and ocean was beautiful. We also enjoyed going to the pool. We would definitely recommend this rental!

This is a second story condo, however since it is on a hill it has a 'no stairs' entry right off the parking area. It is near the pool and far enough back from the roadway that noise was not an issue. The A/C was a bonus as many properties do not have it and it can get hot in the afternoon without it. The condo was well stocked and everything was in working order.
The condo is about 10 miles south of the airport and a few miles from 'downtown', but they are still an easy drive. It was very convenient for exploring the west side of the island and going south into the Captain Cook area.
Overall, a very good value for the costs.

The stay at Kona Country Villas Unit 224 was q very good value for the price. Centrally kocated near Keauhou shopping center, the unit looked exactly as in the pictures and was clean. It was incredibly easy to find in the dead of night after a 13 hour flight and the check in process was incredibly smooth. The kitchen was stocked with everything required and we appreciated the selection of hot sauces and dressings left in the fridge as well as the coffee machine and filters. The lanai was great although being on the 2nd floor you could hear the golfers quite clearly in the morning starting around 8am. The unfortunate part of the whole stay was the fact that the neighbours were quite noisy at odd hours of the night and there were several disturbances with other guests in the parking lot which very very audible in the front bedroom and led to several nights of uninterrupted sleep, but that was not something anyone could control. I would definitely stay again in this complex on my next visit to Kona although I would probably look for a unit on the 3rd floor!

This was a vacation that was booked and canceled a couple of times over the last few years. We were so happy to get to Kona this time. The accommodations were perfect for us. The views and the sunsets from the Lanai are amazing and the surf was well up when we were there. We left the sliders open and went to sleep listening to the sound of the surf.
The beds were comfortable. The furniture on the Lanai was so comfortable. The three pools and hot tubs in this complex were the highlight of the end of days of adventure.
The location is very very convenient. The KTA supermarket is just across the street and there are various restaurants there. It is also convenient to downtown Kona for snorkeling, shopping and bar/restaurants. I would rent this condo again in a heartbeat.

Nice location near the end of Alii Drive. We've stayed here off and on for 40 years. Convenient to shopping center and Keauhou harbor. Great view over 18th hole of KCC. 3 small swimming pools on property.

Everything was great. You can't beat the view from the Lani. Morning breeze keeps this place real comfortable.
