This place was great. the location is ideal, most things are a 30minute-1 hour drive in Kona area. There is a great plaza about a 5 minute walk away with Grocery store, pharmacy, and some nice places to eat, also a great shave ice place.
The beds are comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare the food we got. The gas grill on the Deck is great.
The deck is awesome, spent so much time just sitting and looking at the the palm trees and ocean. Golf course was not bothersome.
We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too which is a very short walk, not so close that you have to deal with noise, but not so far that if you forget towel and sandals you are in trouble.

1. Poor AC. No central A/C. Two small window units which are loud and don't provide adequate cooling. The rest of the unit is very hot and difficult to sleep at night.
2. Rental agent was not very responsive. Took us 1/2 hour before we got hold of her at check-in
3. Unit is aged but clean otherwise. Pricy for the condition and amenities.
4. Won't rent this one or other units within this development again.

I was traveling with my dad and sister, so we were looking at 2 bedrooms places, and I was going to sleep on the sofa. I lucked out and found this place, which has a huge den upstairs (with two twin beds) and it's own 1/2 bathroom. So we each had our own sleeping space and bathroom.
We enjoyed the lanai in the mornings - doing yoga or having breakfast while having a view of the ocean.
The kitchen has everything you'll need.
I appreciated the provided igloos, beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards for taking to the beach.
Overall great spot - we'd stay here again!

We loved the view of the ocean. It was very relaxing close to a shopping center and grocery store. There were 5 of us so we could have used another living room chair.

The unit is spacious, well supplied and very well located. It has great views of golf course in the ocean. The water could have been hotter. There was unnecessary confusion regarding checking out.
