The property is perfectly located in a stunning water front community. It is a safe and quiet community but close enough to anything you want to have access to. The place is beautiful and cozy and well renovated! We LOVED being waterfront and got so used to listening to the waves rolling in. Absolutely perfect for sunsets. The house has everything you could possibly need and more. If we return to Kona, we will stay here again. Thanks for opening your special home to us!

This house is a place of peace. From the moment you walk into the spotless, totally updated vacation stay you feel as comfortable as home. We didn’t want to leave but when we did, downtown Kona was only a 12 minute drive away. The grocery store is a 3 minute drive in the opposite direction. The house was very well stocked. Including toilet paper and hand soap.
My favorite part was sitting on the lounge chairs taking in the ocean front. Just can’t beat that view.
Pretty grateful to have the opportunity to stay here. We won’t soon forget this place. Thank you. It was perfect for us.

This home was situated perfectly for our family vacation. Sleeping to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the lanai each night made it so relaxing. The home is well kept, well stocked, nicely decorated, and has everything you need. The complex is quiet and welcoming.

The location of this property is absolutely stunning. The complex is clean, and well laid out, and just a short drive to everything you want to do/see/visit.
The location of the unit is about 15 steps from the water's edge. There is a lava rock seawall that gives the gentle waves something to crash against, providing the absolute best music to sleep to. The lanai is private, clean, and visited by birds daily. You have an amazing view to the sea from both the lanai and the master bedroom upstairs which overlooks it.
Beware, however, the sunsets from this lanai are very addictive, and will cause you to care about nothing else.
The pool and grounds of the complex are very well kept, and the people we spoke to (including a close neighbor bigislandguide.com/clint-sloan-galleries) are such lovely people.
All in all, this was a 10/10 experience. Can't wait to come back - will definitely stay here again.

We had to change our plans from Maui to Kona and were lucky to find this great two story condo with an amazing ocean view.
We loved having coffee every morning seeing the canoes and kayaks go by and watching the sun set at night from the back patio! Unobstructed ocean view!
Communication with the owners was nice and easy and the condo was well stocked with anything we needed, including beach chairs and snorkel gear. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

For our first trip the to Big Island, we had an amazing and relaxing time. Thank you to Jenny, Peter and John for sharing your piece of paradise with us.
Location was great, right on the waters, short walk to the beach, 15 minutes for the downtown area and amazing sunsets every day.
Only annoyance were the ants that kept visiting, but nothing we couldn't deal with. We would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous location with very responsive hosts! Within walking distance of the best snorkeling on Big Island. Short drive to great local shops and restaurants ( don’t miss Scandinavian shave ice!) All the beach gear you could possibly need is already at your unit!
Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was so relaxing. No one wanted to leave! We are absolutely planning a return visit next year! Mahalo!

We feel so fortunate to have found this wonderful townhome for a relatively last-minute trip to Hawaii Island. We have never been to the Big Island so everything was new to us and we could not have had a better stay for our first visit. Everything about this home was perfect for us - from the complete remodel, cleanliness and well-stocked kitchen and supplies to the waterfront lanai, grass lawn,
beautiful sunsets and out-the-door parking spot! It’s also located in a gated complex further south from the bustle of Kona and other complexes along Ali’i Drive. And communication with owners Jenny, Pete and John was excellent. They were so nice and quickly answered any questions we had. Thank you so much for sharing your sweet home with us and for making our trip a great one! We hope to return again!

Lucky to have been the second guests at this property after some heavy renovations following a big storm Summer ‘22. Very well appointed townhome with supplies for all your needs. Best location in the property grounds on the water; lanai was oft used morning hours and at sunset. Beds on the firmer side (personal preference) but comfortable. Quiet and peaceful. Short walk to nearby (non swimming) beach and tidepooling which was lovely. Grocery store and a few casual restaurants a very short drive. Great choice overall.

Everything was great! All is sparkling new with the remodel. Upgraded appliances, lovely furniture. The smooth windows and patio door. It is amazing how well "stocked" they had everything! Large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both showers. Hand soap at every sink. Well stocked for towels, beach towels, bed linens, Dishwasher, and laundry soap, etc. Even a funnel in the kitchen we used a lot for putting water in water bottles from the large bottles at the store! Of course, the lanai with ample chairs for guests, was a wonder to just sit, eat, have coffee, and enjoy the fabulous sunsets.... listening to the waves crashing. One hint: the old lockbox is not where you are looking for keys, they have put in a great new door handle/lock with a keypad for entry and locking. Works like a charm! The owner's response when needed was prompt and helpful. So grateful for a much-needed island getaway! So many Mahalos!

We were the lucky people who were the first to stay in this newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 story condo
The location is incredible and it’s right on the water. We wanted a relaxing week for this last minute trip and we got it. We spent a lot of time on our patio and I did yoga every morning on the grass between the patio and the ocean. doesn’t get much better. Very well equipped with picnic coolers, a good yoga mat, beach folding chairs, snorkel gear, tennis and pickle ball racquets
great kitchen!
There is no AC but you don’t need it - the ceiling fans and ocean breeze were all we needed - in fact it’s better as it keeps you connected to the outside. The master bed has an incredible ocean view and the waves - lull you to sleep. Pool is great with a nice shallow end for littles and an 8 foot deep end. Tennis courts were barely used. Nice complex with a good mix of owners and renters and everyone is super nice. Hawaii has gotten very very expensive and is more costly then europe - food costs are crazy’s. There is a costco and the Safeway is the best grocery store and is brand new. the grocery up the street in the keauhlu mall is ok. We moved the sushi at Kenachi Pacific in the mall and they have lots of options for non sushi eaters. Many of the units are being renovated on the water front due to a storm last july that had a giant wave hit those condos so you do hear some minor construction noise but it didn’t bother us and we were at the condo at lot

Two weeks in paradise! Starting and ending each day to the sounds of the ocean from your private lanai cannot be beat. My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The view is fantastic… directly on the water. The location is convenient to explore the northern and southern beaches. The property is well equipped with everything we needed. We even played tennis when we had a little down time. The first night was a little warm without AC, but the other nights were cooler. The sounds of the ocean and birds were nice as well.

Ocean front, space for four people, lanai to relax and eat on, pool close by and a quiet complex. This property checked all the boxes for us.
The roar of the waves put us to sleep each night. The fans and breeze were enough to keep people cool.
This was a great place for us to relax by the pool in the sun to going on adventures the Big Island offered or to just sit on the lanai and read a book.

If you want, as we did, a quiet getaway with immediate proximity to the sight and sounds of the Kona waves, this is your place. The unit is clean, cozy, and well-appointed. We slept better than we have in months. It is far enough south of the snarl of Kailua traffic but near enough that everything is accessible. The TV and appliances all worked easily, contrary to what happens sometimes. We may well be back.

Beautiful ocean setting in quiet condo complex with the ocean right outside the back door. (The Hawaiian setting most people dream about!). A few restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and other shops are only a few minutes away. Loved sitting on the lanai for breakfast in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening. The condo had everything we needed for cooking, including some basic condiments. Comfortable beds and seating areas. Both bedrooms are upstairs and the back bedroom faced the ocean. The crashing waves can be a little loud for some people but we loved it!
No AC but we were totally fine with open windows and fans. Beach chairs and toys are included. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this town house. We found everything just as it was pictured. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio and watching the waves and sunsets. We even saw some whales. Snorkeling just down the street was great, and our evening swims in the pool were perfect. We met some lovely people both renters and owners. During high surf advisory we were glad we did not rent one of the condos to our south in this complex as there bottom floor window had to be shuttered for protection from the waves. This unit was not effected by the high surf that put on a great show for us. We hope to be back.

The property was a perfect home base for us to explore the island. We were close to Kailua but far enough away to be serene. This end unit property was quiet and clean and the pictures are very accurate. Joan left us all sorts of supplies and even some wine! Sunsets were spectacular off the lanai. Even though it was August, the fans were enough to make for a very pleasant sleep. Highly recommend this unit!

The property was lovely. The views from the master bedroom made it pure heaven and the fans and small coolers kept everything comfortable. The outdoor area is small but very enjoyable and we ate outside and loved the breaking surf. Everything we wanted for snorkeling and boarding were in easy reach as well as shopping and eateries. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and residential. Pool nearby. Only thing missing was a grill and large cooking utensils (large pan) otherwise there were condiments and all cooking needs available there. They had chairs and coolers for the beach. Very well stocked and maintained. Will return here someday! Mahalo!

We will missed the sounds of the Pacific while we sleep. As other reviews note great location in complex and on the island. You do have to live without AC but not really an issue as long as you have the windows open and the fans going. Unit has everything you need for a great time with the family.

Loved the location - easy walk to nice snorkeling beach, seawall and ocean just steps out the back door with amazing views, and very reasonably priced market close by. Sam Choy's Kai Lanai just up the road for best sunset around. Positives - outdoor lounge chairs, nice patio area, well equipped beach stuff (snorkeling and chairs), nice pool area and tennis courts in facility. Cozy but room enough for 4. Owner was very responsive. On the downside, either washer or dryer left some rust spots on clothes, sofa could use a cleaning, mattresses and pillows so so comfort, and few maintenance issues (had to put reattach shower slider tracks once I found a screwdriver, door jam loose so came home and lock did not catch) and few bugs (seal any food left on counter well). Other than that, we really enjoyed it - saw dolphins one day off short as well enjoyed the crashing of the waves. I think fairly priced, just starting to show its age a bit.
