We were pleased with the unit's accommodations. The view from the balcony is excellent. We enjoyed five different beaches during our stay, each only a few minutes away. Restaurants and shopping are nearby. The grounds are beautiful. The pool area is nice and quiet.

Pictures are 100% accurate. The view is as peaceful as it gets. I didn't want to leave the lanai. We'd already done the beach so this was a great transition - but also walkable to the public beach. Perfect location. Most well appointed, stocked, prepared VRBO I've ever rented. The pool is incredible. Communication was beyond helpful! We'll be back 10 plus, plus, plus!

Our stay was wonderful! Beach chairs and towels available upon arrival! I preordered on groceries and everything was there along with a complimentary gift basket! Kona coffee was also provided! Kitchen was very well stocked for a gourmet chef!

From the initial connection with the team to book our vacation, up until 5 minutes before we left the property on our last day, the experience was terrific. Allison and Felicity demonstrated amazing customer service and it made a big difference. The person who arrived as we were leaving was another story - condescending rude, and a large disappointment to the end of an amazing vacation. This is, unfortunately, reflected our score below.

The only reason not to give 5 stars is lanai furniture cushions were not very comfortable. Needs to be replaced. Other than that a fantastic spot to be in Wailea!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time over thanksgiving week at this villa. The unit was just as described. Fully furnished and super clean. All the beds were very nice and comfortable. The entire unit was super spacious with plenty of room for the kids to run around or just have their own space. Management was super responsive on all questions and excellent easy instructions. Will definitely go back the next chance we get!

This property is absolutely gorgeous and very well equipped. Everything was immaculate and the hosts even provided us with some tasty snacks and playing cards to welcome us to their property. The location was wonderful - just a quick 3-5 min (drive) to the beach as well as restaurants and shopping. The property is exactly as pictured and the view from the lanai is beautiful. The only feedback I would give the hosts is to place dressers (even if they were somewhat small) in the two smaller rooms. Other than that, this place was perfect and we would highly recommend it, as well as, stay there again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at 17-3 Ho’olei.
As part of our special birthday celebration we needed 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The villa provided privacy for family members and at the same time we had wonderful communal happy hours and dinners on the large lanai . There is a terrific outdoor grill and a fabulous kitchen which made preparation and small group get togethers delightful.
The area is gorgeous and gated. There is an enchanting pool within walking distance and the beach is a short ride away. Along the beach, there is a 2 mile walking path for sunset strolls and happy hour hopping between magnificent hotels. Ho’olei itself is quiet, close to restaurants and well lit. The management staff at CB was outstanding. Allison helped us with early check in and Felicity advised on activities as well as ensured a quick response to a small leak in washing machine. She checked up on us regularly. We could not have asked for more attention. Ho’olei is a beautiful place for adults only or those with families. In September , we felt like we had the community and the island to ourselves . It was a dream trip come true.

The property sits high enough in a condo complex to have extraordinary views. Just drop dead gorgeous. Inside the condo is just perfect. All little things where thought about. The lanai doors are a dream and just really open up the place and make Hawaii come alive.

Property is nice. Negatives are going the entire week with no cleaning. Ridiculous for the cost. Don’t recall getting that information. Friends paid less than us at another property and got cleaned twice. We had problems with key cards working. This was fixed quickly. Also, you have access to pool but not to towels. Have to bring your own everyday. Would stay at Hoolei again but not this property.

Clean, spacious, accessible, and in a great location! Has 3 bedrooms and 4 beds. The Ho'olei swimming pool was fantastic and the kids had a lot of fun. The parking garage was small for our suburban SUV, but we were still able to get it in with a few inches to spare. Other than that we loved the place and would go back again.

HO'OLEI set up is the best for 3 adult couples (Our family) and would also work for 2 additional kids.
Location is perfect, walking distance to Wailea Grand, but away from the busy ness of that area. Close to golf, and good walking and good beaches.
This is our 2nd stay at a Ho'olei property and both stays were superb. Pricey though. But in the end, worth it.
Plenty of everything plus extras.

Mahalo to the home owners and the staff at Coldwell Bankers for making this special and easy! Beds are so comfortable and providing multiple pillow choices is beyond good service. I was here celebrating my 60th birthday and it was beyond amazing!! The ocean view from our condo was absolutely stunning and breathtaking. I would definitely advise renting a vehicle because there is so much to see. A great location!! I will be back!! Aloha!!🌺💃

We have stayed at various Ho'olei condos numerous times. They're all great. This unit was clean and well stocked, with nice furnishings and wonderful views. The property management firm did a great job of working with us related to an HVAC issue. My only suggestion would be to provide a standard check-out time later than 10 a.m., as most flights to eastern mainland leave later in the day.

Clean, big, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and linens, the list goes on. We enjoyed watching sunsets on the lanai every night and loved staying here so much we extended a night. We had a couple of maintenance issues but they were tended to very quickly. Truly a lovely place.
