We had a wonderful stay. The Villa was clean and comfortable. The Lani was amazing! The view is even more beautiful than the photos. We enjoyed many relaxing hours on that Lani. The Tiki bar down in the pool area was wonderful. We enjoyed being able to go down there for a cocktail in the evening. Ko Olina is a wonderful location away from the congestion of Honolulu. The small town center has a Starbucks, ABC store and Monkeypods restaurant and was an easy walk. We enjoyed being able to take the short walk to pick up things we needed for our stay.

This was a great room for our family to use for a recent weeklong trip to Oahu. The unit itself is well maintained and spacious with a good assortment of kitchen supplies, linens and beach toys to use. A great view of the lagoon from the lanai with a dining area and sitting area to relax on. We will definitely look to stay here again when we return to this island1

We stayed here with our 2 young grandchildren and couldn't have been more pleased with the Beach Villas condo. The condo was super roomy and well appointed. The kitchen made cooking meals so easy. The grounds and pools are so beautiful. The beach is right there and the girls enjoyed scootering on the path in the few moments they were not swimming in the lagoon pool or at the beach. The pictures of the lagoon view from the deck do not do justice to the actual view. It was especially wonderful to sit out there for morning coffee and watching the sunset and basically for all our meals. We plan to make this our place to stay on our future visits to Oahu.

We had such a beautiful stay at this Beach Villa! The Beach Tower is the way to go as it is a little more private, quiet and obviously has the beach view. The villa already had beach and pool toys for the kids to play with and other necessary items as well. It was clean, kitchen had plenty of plates and cups, and furniture was nice. Only downside was the electric stove top because it didn't always get strong enough to boil water, etc. Super worth it, Ko Olina is the way to go. OH, and the pool bar is a must, especially on nights when there is live music!

We love this property, however the floors were not as clean as one would expect. Shortly after arriving we wiped a small spill of water on the floor in the kitchen area and when we cleaned it up dirt from the floor showed up on the paper towel. Other than that, we loved being close to the beach. Property management staff were friendly and efficient.

The condo was so beautiful, with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Everything was clean and neat. The balcony provided great shade so we could relax outside all day. We enjoyed the walking path that extended along the ocean. Felt very safe and connected us to many restaurants and shops. The printed handbook was a great reference of how to use the condo appliances. Our stay was all we dreamed it would be!

Awesome location, only steps from the resort to the beach and the beach was never super crowded. Great view from the balcony and it was always quiet while sitting on the balcony. Loved the wall of doors that opened up to the balcony and made the condo feel bigger. Condo was clean and spacious. Pool was nice for relaxing but you have to get there early to have a seat/lounger. Bar drinks were delicious. Loved staying here for Thanksgiving!

Communication is key and I must say, Phyllis was most helpful and kind regardless of the issue. She was truly a large help completing the reservation and providing all helpful directions and instructions.
The description of the unit is exactly what was provided and all accommodations. If you pass this unit by, you will regret not taking advantage of the beautiful sunset and sunrise views from the kitchen and bedrooms.
We were pleased with this unit and it is one of the units at the top of our list for a great stay-cation.
I do hope many more guests receive the kindness and concern we received for as long as this unit is available for a retreat experience.

The fabulous condo @ Ko Olina was a fantastic experience, the views breathtaking, and the surrounding area, amenities, beach access, restaurants were all out of this world! This was a unique serene place when all others looked overcrowded with post-Covid vacationers. We loved coming back each day to truly a place we could call our home any day. Highly recommend.

The experience overall was as expected, if not better. The complex and its grounds are very clean and well maintained. I had good interactions with the workers throughout the complex. The unit was very much like everything else there. Very clean, well maintained, and well stocked. Coffee shop is a pleasant little over 1 mile walk round trip. Market, stores, and restaurants also in the same area as the coffee shop. Parking stall for this unit is a little tight for full size pick ups (which is what I drove) and large SUV’s. I had no issue parking my truck. Side note, I wanted to stay away from the business of Waikiki and downtown in general, which is why I chose this place. It’s far enough west from all off Waikiki. Ko’olina general area has everything someone might need for a stay, including a Costco.

We love staying at the Ko Olina Beach Villas. It has all the amenities that you need and then some. We have stayed in Honolulu and felt it too congested for our liking. Ko Olina has wonderful lagoons that have plenty of space and beautiful snorkeling that we love. You don't need to pack a lot of clothes as there is a washer and dryer in the unit. All of your toiletries and towels are also provided.
There is a kitchen that we fully utilized. Costco and Foodland are a few miles away to stock up on snacks and beverages.
There are plenty of food and activities to do around Ko Olina. We attended a luau at Paradise Cove that is within walking distance. This is our 2nd stay at the Villas and would come back in a heartbeat.

This condo was perfect for our family of four located in beautiful Ko-Olina. We were here over the 4th of July and were able to watch the fireworks from the lanai. Beautiful views of the lagoon and water from the condo. It was a nice place to return after seeing the sights on Oahu and visiting Waikiii Beach. Condo was spacious, had all of the amenities and plenty of room!

The unit was great! The view of the lagoon from the lanai was amazing! The property is even better than it is depicted in the pictures. We chose the unit because the view of, and proximity to the lagoon. As a family with grade school boys we wanted a place they could swim without having to worry about them every minute. The lagoon is very calm with amazing fish everywhere and at least one or two turtle sighting a day. The property never felt busy with plenty of space by the family pool. The quite pool almost seemed empty the few times we walked past it. The property is a perfect quiet place to relax after exploring the island. The booking process was painless. Phyllis was very responsive to every question and booking scenario we threw at her. The bartenders are very helpful with any question you have about the property or the island. We would certainly stay here again!!
