Very enjoyable stay. Great location, near the upper quiet pool. Since I was by myself this trip I used the well equipped kitchen several times. Recommended…

The location was wonderful for driving to other activities on the island, and the sunset from the beach and pool area was stunning. Highly recommend!

The condo was clean and has everything for a beach holiday including beach chairs, snorkel equipment and even boogie boards. The kitchen is modern with everything needed. The complex is large and it's confusing to get to the beach so be sure to have a map and the gate code with you before you head down. I would stay here again!

We have stayed at numerous condos in Wailea and this is by far one of our favorites and we are planning to book again as soon as we can. This unit is well stocked with everything you could think of including a few condiments and spices including some special fresh ground salt. You will find plenty of beach items including some well kept fins of various sizes. The bed is super comfy with nice sheets. . There is plenty of free parking and the grounds are amazing and lush. This is one of all time favorite units and Charles is very responsive and informative. We will rebook!

We spent hours sitting out on the deck lanai overlooking the beautiful gardens. We appreciated the fans in all main rooms and the updated bathroom. The wall unit A/C helped keep the humidity down when necessary and work quickly. Kitchen well equipped. Nice unit overall.

Very comfortable stay

We were only there for 3 nights, but everything was very nice. We didn’t have much time to take advantage of some of amenities, though, such as the pool and terrace area.

It was in a good location with easy access. The pool was a little cool being unseated but very refreshing after a busy day. Short walk to the pathway alongside the shore for spectacular views turtle sightings and possibly a whale. So we had a great stay.

This place was VERY well stocked. It had a handheld steamer, iron/board, full shampoo/conditioner and body wash, sunscreen, first aid kit, etc. The kitchen was well stocked too! And had condiments in the fridge. We didn't need anything other than groceries! On the deck were boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, beach towels. Location was close to the road and close to the pool. Great lanai with nice furniture. Ceiling fans kept it cool and comfortable. The bed is only a queen so for friends staying here, a king would have been more comfortable. But the couch was comfortable too, so it can work. Would absolutely stay here again!

Overall quite good. It had a well stocked kitchen which in wailea at Christmas is a must. The bed was smaller than usual and could be against the other wall. Furniture was comfy. It was a bit of a walk to the pool and ocean but it was a good stretch of the legs for healthy people. You can drive to pavilion which is very nice. For two active people it is perfect. Recommend coming early December as it’s not crowded. It’s very quiet except for someone with a sports car who goes home at 11:30 every night. Most wonderful weather.

The condo was well-stocked and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the beach towels (we had bought some at Costco on the way to the condo because we realized we had forgotten to bring some, so we were able to return them after our trip). The bed was comfortable and I slept like a rock. The shower had good pressure. All-in-all, we had a very enjoyable stay! Thanks so much!

Charles responded immediately to us, and answered any questions we had before renting. The check in procedure was smooth. The condo had many good features: kitchen was updated and well stocked with equipment and food wrapping , containers, even condiments. The many streaming services with the Smart TV was a bonus. However, the condo itself is dated, and definitely needs a good cleaning. The carpet, especially in the main area is soiled and needs a cleaning. The small throw rugs in the kitchen and sink area in the bathroom were very worn, and soiled. They need to be replaced. The bath fixtures are original ( from the 70’s) and there was mold in the shower area and even on the fixtures. The sliding glass door in the living area is very difficult to open and close; might need some work. Most of the information in the small binder on the counter was outdated, and mostly wrong i.e, restaurants changed names or were out of business, keys for pools were no longer required, no charcoal BBQ’s were available, beach umbrella was broken and no noodles were available, recommended settings for AC were contradictory. The condo itself is right next to the Highway, and there is a major construction project across that highway which will be going on for years, and contributes to a lot of noise during the day. We hope that these few suggestions and updates will enhance the property, which already has many good features, for future clients.

We love the Ekahi property, it’s beautiful and lush. This unit was one of the best stocked units we have stayed at. Very private in a jungle like corner. The birds are your music…. Wonderful home!!! The new Pavilion is amazing!!!

Owner responded to our concerns about the dim lighting in the unit (we are old and see better with brighter lights) by bringing in some floor lamps that solved the problem. Thank you so much! We enjoyed the beautiful property.

My husband and I really enjoyed this property. There were lots of thoughtful extra amenities such as a beach umbrella and small cooler. We were meeting friends who were staying at the Andaz, which is a close 7 min walk. The property was quiet, clean and had good parking. We’d stay here again!

My wife and I usually stay in Wailea but we typically stay in one of the resorts. We absolutely loved our stay at the village. The main pool, pavilion and access the beaches in addition to the lush local greenery and flowers made for a wonderful visit. The 1 bedroom unit was perfect and was well furnished. This location was incredibly quiet and peaceful in late August, a nice change from the crowded resorts.

Very clean and lovely place. Amenities were good, felt comfortable and the garden feel was excellent with many birds around. Would visit again. One thing that can be improved is the A/C in the main hall - very loud.

We just returned from Maui, and could not wait to write a review about our incredible stay at this condo!! First of all....the pictures do not do it justice!! The view from the lanai is absolutely gorgeous!!! We ate breakfast there every morning listening to the beautiful birds and looking at the incredible beauty of Ekahi Village!! The condo was in perfect condition, very comfortable and decorated so tastefully with perfect touches of Hawaii!! The bed was super comfy too!! In the bedroom there's a small balcony that looks out to huge palms!! It's so beautiful!! This condo is very spacious with vaulted ceilings, and drop down ceiling fans! The air conditioning is perfect...although we didn't use it 2 of our days because the Maui breeze , when we opened the Lanai sliding door, was so cool and lovely!!! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more! We could not believe everything Ekahi Village had to offer!! The pools and beach were beyond our expectations...we could always find lounges and umbrellas at the pools, and the view of the ocean from the main pool is to die for!! Right next to the main pool is the Pavillion! You can help yourself to ice for your ice chest, a huge full on outdoor kitchen, and lovely tables and chairs, all in a covered patio!! We ordered food and ate lunch there some days when we didn't feel like leaving the Ekahi!! Your view...the beautiful ocean and swaying palm trees!! Then...there is a private beach entrance, right there, and the beach is just gorgeous!! You won't believe it!! We snorkeled right near the sandy beach...there are reefs up and down the beach to the left....to the right it's all sandy beach for miles! Now...just to let you know, it is about a 5 minute walk from the condo to the beach, but it's right through Ekahi Village so you get to see all the beautiful Maui flowers and flowering trees along the way!! Going back up to the condo takes about 7 minutes because it's slightly uphill. The owners provide a rolling ice chest, which made everything easy!! We really appreciated the walk actually, because we were able to enjoy the delicious Maui food, and walk it off each day going to the beach and back!! The owner also provides 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs...perfect to carry on your back if you want, 6 beach towels, snorkeling gear, pool noodles, and 2 boogie boards. Highly recommend Waikiki Brewing Co. for excellent food and drinks! We will definitely be back to this outstanding property!!

The condo was exactly the right size and had everything ready to go including beach gear, snorkel equipment and towels. The kitchen had some food supplies for cooking but was limited. There was no coffee or sugar but there is a coffee maker. The bed was super comfortable. Overall, the condo and the property are lovely and I would highly recommend it. It is also within walking distance of the shops at wailea including a grocery store and many restaurants. The best part was that we saw 2 sea turtles the very first time we entered the water right in front of the condo. It was amazing!
