It looks exactly as shown. There’s a view of the ocean from the balcony. It’s clean and pretty. It feels like you’re staying at a resort. There are pools, a restaurant, reasonably priced parking and an amazing location. We will stay here again for sure! Loved every moment!

Just got back from spending 8 nights at this property. It was the perfect place to stay for our first time on Maui, as it is very centrally located in the Ka'anapali area and offers a nice view of the ocean. You also get access to many resort amenities, including two pools, a hot tub, towel service, easy beach access, a full-service restaurant, a sundry shop, and more.
The lanai (balcony) was awesome...beautiful, large, sliding doors, and plenty of room to sit and take in the views - morning, noon and night. We really enjoyed the bird watching from up there as well.
The unit itself was clean, well appointmented, and provided all the essentials you'd expect.
Trash removal was really easy as there is a trash chute on every level of the building. We used the coin-operated washer and dryer a couple of times during our stay (also located on the same level as the unit itself) and it was serviceable.
The host/owner was very responsive regarding a couple of questions we had, and overall we were very happy with this property!

Pros: The view of the water was awesome. The room was clean and nicely updated. Communication withe the owner was great.
Cons: My fault in not catching this but there was no separate bedroom. The living area and bedroom are the same which was difficult if you have guests. The TV is mounted so you can only watch it while sitting on the bed. The sofa and TV are on the same wall. The trash cans are on the grounds below the window so every morning you hear trash trucks and workers below who are working on the property.
For the most part we enjoyed our stay here.

Very last minute (less than 24 hrs) getaway to Maui. The condp was perfect. Loved the location and that it was walkable to incredible snorkeling on Kaanapali.

This property exceeded my expectations! When comparing to other properties with an ocean view the price seemed too good to be true but this property was absolutely perfect! Beautiful view and balcony, I loved that I could see the ocean from my bed! And the resort had a very nice pool and beach as well as a nice restaurant on site. Very convenient location as well!

This is a lovely condo perfect for a couple or solo travelers. The living area has been beautifully remodeled with comfortable furnishings and well appointed kitchen. Nice view as well. Our only wish is that it had a washer and dryer in the unit. It would have been handy to wash our towels and sheets mid-stay. There is a coin operated laundry on the floor which is economically priced, though it’s an old agitator washer that only provides very short wash cycles. We’d also suggest adding a few glass storage containers in different sizes, a larger cutting board, a rimmed baking sheet for the oven, and a regular coffee maker rather than the Keurig. The owner was friendly and accessible and took care of a couple of minor issues immediately. Fun pools, nice beach, and lovely staff. We would happily stay here again if we are in Kaanapali.

Location was perfectly in the middle of most of our activities and only 45 minutes from the airport. Would absolutely recommend staying here to friends and family.

Our room was amazing and Vance was awesome to work with and communicate with. The property was okay. Not the greatest pool area, it was a bit run down. However, my husband and I were gone almost all day so it wasn’t a big deal for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip at this location. The views are great and there is a ton to do around the hotel. There condo is filled with great artwork and access to a TV that we were able to air-cast our phones to. The condo has an ice maker and blender for making drinks and the fridge is large to store food. We had no insect problems whatsoever and there was also beach chairs for watching the sunsets. We really enjoyed the Beach Club restaurant and the pool area also. Thanks!

This is a beautiful property done quite well. The view cannot be beat. It is quite spacious and comfy with all that you may need. If you're keen on cooking all the utensils and cookware are there but no spices or oil so you'd need to get those.
Grocery stores nearby, all that you'd need. You can happily whale watch from the balcony or the beach during peak whale season. It's very quiet and most nights we slept with the breeze from outside with the sound of the waves.
If your keen to also have access to pools and jacuzzi or tennis courts that's all there as well which is quite nice.
I'd highly recommend this place. Everyone is super communicative and helpful and responded to all our queries instantly.
Looking forward to coming back soon!
