We loved its location, the shuttle service to the main hotel and beach, and we loved that all of our activities at the hotel property can easily be signed to our villa. Our host, Karen, the best ever. Wish she had other properties in U.S. as I would likely rent from her wherever she has properties.

This was our second year of what we hope to be an annual Family vacay. With 3 generations and an ever growing family, spending quality time together is our priority.
The home was ideal for us all to be together yet have our own space too. We took our kids to the Grand Wailea growing up and wanted to share that with our grandkids so access to the resort was a must!
The service was excellent and the home superb. I can’t say enough of how wonderful it was. We plan on doing it again next year!

Lovely time, everything was just as portrayed. The Villas at Ho'olei (15-4) is the way to go with all the Grand Wailea amenities - all charged to your villa . This villa is cozy & comfortable, the setting is perfect, with the outdoor green space for the young ones to play while you relax on the lanai after a full day at the Grand Wailea pools and beach. The daily housekeeping was an added bonus, The concierges at this property were phenomenal. We highly recommend villa 15-4 and look forward to another family vacation at this location. Thank you so much for the incredible accommodation & services!

Tremendous amount of beach items in the garage and everything a gourmet kitchen needs. We did not have to purchase anything except our food and beverage items. Our stay was wonderful for three weeks. The concierge at this property is a five star service. They are prompt, professional, friendly, and extremely accommodating. The daily housekeeping was a nice feature that we did not expect. Being able to use the Grand Wailea hotel amenities is also a plus. The Grand Wailea’s pools and cabanas and beach front wow everyone. The owners of this property have done a wonderful job trying to anticipate their renters’ needs and providing for them. Beds, pillows, sofas etc. were extremely comfortable and in abundance. I was an Owner of a VRBO beach front property in Florida, so I know and appreciate what we experienced at this Villa. I highly recommend this property.

We loved it so much the first time, we came back again. A couple of years have lapsed since our first stay but Karen’s home looks just as wonderful and clean! They have kept up the property well. It was an easy walk across the street to enjoy the amenities of the Grand Wailea Hotel. We had a lovey stay with our 4 children, ages 8 to 18!

Where do I start. Our visit to Maui was amazing and made that much more special but the relaxing and tranquil setting of villa 15-4. The villa is beautifully decorated and the setting is perfect. A wonderful view of the ocean as sunset from the lanai. After not traveling for a year this was just what our family needed.
We were able to relax on the spadeful villa and enjoy the beauty of Wailea. We were also able to use the amenities of the Grand Wailea; the beach, pools and dining was fabulous.
We would higher recommend a visit to Maui and a stay at Villa 15-4.

We were so impressed from the very first communication with the owner. She was quick to respond and provided so much information regarding Maui and the resort! Everything in the condo was perfect, so comfortable and all the kitchen necessities were there as described. We used the concierge, which was so helpful and check-in was a breeze, even early since they were not busy. Wish we had more time to relax and enjoy the place in the evenings but with the time change, by nightfall, we were exhausted. The location is ideal, a bit of a hike up hill on the return from the resort, but manageable. The amenities are too numerous to mention, but if you rent this place, you will not be disappointed! I want to book a return, we loved the condo, resort, and Maui! Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise!

We love Ho'Olei. This particular unit needs a little TLC. We had issues with a/c, refrigerator, and elevator. Had to move to a separate unit one night due to a/c, and one side of fridge went out and ruined food. Issues were resolved by staff diligently and effectively. Staff was responsive and accommodating. We definitely will return to Ho'Olei.

We are an extended family of 8 that stayed at the Villas at Ho'olei (15-4) for two weeks in June/July 2021 to celebrate the 59th wedding anniversary of our parents/grandparents. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this villa or heap enough praise on our host. Villa 15-4 is exquisite. We loved having a home for our 8 family members over 3 hotel rooms. Plenty of common space for us to be together but we all had our own bedrooms if we needed quiet time. The decor is rich and comfortable. But the outdoor space is truly special. The balcony is comfortable with stunning views. Villa 15-4 is perfectly situated on the Ho'olei property so that your views are unobstructed. There is beautiful landscaping and green space in your immediate view and clear views of the ocean and coastline a short distance off. You get privacy, along with peace and quiet, at villa15-4. We rarely heard our neighbors and never heard traffic or other residents walking on nearby walkways. Complete tranquility. The kitchen is state-of-the-art and user friendly. More cabinet and refrigerator space than you could possibly fill. Each of the three bedrooms is beautifully decorated, cozy, and comfortable. This villa comes with daily housekeeping which is a huge convenience. They clean the kitchen, sweep the floors, replace toiletries and provide fresh towels. It's all we needed. The Ho'olei concierges were phenomenal. We called on them numerous times to assist us with a variety of things. You can call, email or text them and they respond very quickly. They're super. The grounds are immaculately maintained and gorgeous. The pool is fantastic but, since we had privileges at Grand Wailea , we didn't use it often. Grand Wailea: wonderful! Fantastic beach. Very easy to enjoy the resort. But big: takes a couple days to learn your way around. Finally, I can't say enough about our host. Karen worked with us for nearly two years. We planned on visiting in the summer of 2020 but Covid. We cancelled and rebooked without incident. She is gracious and accommodating. She responds to inquiries very promptly and is happy to offer advice and suggestions about your stay. We relied on her several times on restaurant choices, attractions. how to navigate the island, etc. She was very quick to help us troubleshoot a couple of minor issues. A perfect host. I can't recommend this villa strongly enough. It is a piece of paradise that my family was fortunate enough to call our own for two weeks.

The Ho'olei Villas are the way to go if you are staying at Grand Wailea. Private, gated, quiet, spacious, great view and much better for our large family (2 adults and 4 teenagers) than staying in the main hotel. Plusses included a shuttle, garage, Hilton points for the stay, daily housekeeping, on-demand texting concierge and access to all the Grand Wailea pools and hotel amenities-charged it all to the room. This particular villa was a great location and had beautiful views of the sunset. Walk to pools/main hotel was 5-10 minutes. Also could drive and had free valet priveleges at hotel.

This was our second time staying at 15-4 ho’olei. Resort access, having a beautiful balcony view and full kitchen makes vacation bliss. Exactly as stated. Maid service daily is a bonus. Beach chairs and cooler perfect for beach ventures or drives. Wouldn’t change anything!!
