After two resort cancellations, 1 being just a couple weeks from our ETA, we were panicking trying to nail down a place to stay. We came across this great condo & couldn’t have been happier with our find. This modern condo suited our 7 person family perfectly. We had plenty of room and had everything we needed. Kaanapali Beach is a quick jog up the road, grocery stores and shopping is within a few minute drive. Communication was very helpful and always had a quick response. We would choose this condo without hesitation for our future Maui vacations—hopefully won’t be too long before we make our way back to paradise! Mahalo!!!

We could not have been any happier during our stay in paradise at this villa! The pictures online are exactly what the property is like in person. It is a beautiful home with so many amenities! We truly enjoyed our time there.
The location is PERFECT for everything! The beach is a quick drive (and lots of parking available) from the villa, or you can walk it too.
The owners checked in with us a few times to make sure nothing needed to be attended to.
Our family was there with 3 teenagers (12-18) and grandma, there was something for everyone.
The beach chairs were an added bonus! They were greatly appreciated and used often!
We would absolutely stay there again when we visit Maui.
Being a homeowner who also lists on Vrbo, I expect a lot from fellow owners' properties, and this place did not disappoint!

Roomy and clean property. Three full beds, one queen and one king with 2.5 baths. 2 beautiful patios. Plenty of space for my family. Good location, close to beaches. Important to know, you have to drive to beaches. You can walk down a road without side walks and cross a 6 lane road, but we just drove. There is no grill/bbq, which was disappointing. The home is well equipped with wifi and tv. Master bedroom sheets kept coming off the bed, as previously stated in other reviews and should be replaced. The kitchen needs some equipment like a pizza cutter and a metal turner. Otherwise, a great place to stay and would definitely recommend.

The home was in a great location walking distance to the beach and beautifully updated. Each room has its own AC unit which was nice to be able to adjust to each persons preference. Only gripe is that neither the unit nor the property have a BBQ so we missed out on grilling, but definitely not a deal breaker.

The condo was very nice. Very comfortable. Good location. Pool was very nice. No iron as advertised and did not get a response on this while we were on site. Ice maker leak was promptly repaired though. Highly recommend this condo.

This property fit our family of six perfectly, with room for a couple more! Staying in this side of the highway has its perks but it’s also a little harder to find a way to get to the beach. Once you get the hang of it though it’s not so bad.
Everything we needed for our week here was provided, and we’d definitely consider staying here again.

Nicely remodeled condo. The cushions on the lanai are quite dirty and could use replacement or a good cleaning. BBQ either on the lanai or in the common pool area would be great. There are BBQ tools in the kitchen!

We rented a car. The condo was very comfortable for two couples. It is centrally located to go to excellent restaurants in Lahaina . We drove and did some shopping in Wailea & Kihei. We are foodies and it was well equipped for the dinners we made at home. We worked a bit and the wifi was excellent. The TV streaming APPs made us extremely happy as we could binge watch shows. The washer & dryer was very convenient. The Westin and the beach was a short walk. Beautifully decorated. We would come back in a heart beat ! Thank you for being so attentive and asking if we needed anything !

Our family of 8 (2 grandparents, 3 adults, 3 kids (including a 10 month old) enjoyed this beautifully remodeled and furnished vacation rental. The sunset view from the living room, lanai and master bedroom were breathtaking. The amenities and beach / pool items were so nice, so that we didn't have to bring it from home or rent it. We'd definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place in the area! Pros: Easy access to parking lot, entrance to unit, trash and pool. So many amenities, including for kids (bassinet, toy, high chair, beach chairs, mat, body board, beach towels etc). Bath tub was great for the kids. Couch was big and roomy. And the lanai had a great couch as well for eating outdoors. Location was great to enjoy what West Maui has to offer - Lahaina, beautiful beaches (best to go early to secure parking - we tried to go around 7-8am). Cons: Appliances (dishwasher didn't dry thoroughly), air conditioner (a bit difficult to maintain ideal temperature), dining table (a bit small for 7). Location is great for adults (about a 10 minute walk to the beach), but tough to walk with kids.

While not right on the beach, this property is close to the beach and convenient to many of the places to visit in Lahaina, and the price point reflects that as it was more affordable than those right on the beach. It does have a nice view overlooking the ocean, and walking to the beach is possible though there is no sidewalk, and it requires crossing Highway 30. The condo was as pictured and was attractive. Beds were comfortable, however, the trundle in the bunk bed room blocks the door when pulled out. Sofas in living area were comfortable, and the options for streaming were good. The location was convenient to beaches, shopping, sight seeing, and a number of activities and only required a short drive. It was nice to find a unit that could house eight people as we don't often have our entire family together in one place very often.

Pros- agree with others on posting, i.e ac worked, but was confusing. Maintenance responded. Very comfortable for families.
Cons- No barbeque like other units.
Pool rules unrealistic for children

This place was exactly as described. Beautiful home and loved all the decor and modern home. The couch was super comfy and parking was super easy. The only downfall would be the AC unit was very confusing and didn't seem to work well at times. The bedroom with the bunk beds ran super hot. There is no BBQ pit so don't plan to grill. Overall this place was great and I would definitely stay again

Overall, this condo does show well, but we were disappointed to learn there was no BBQ's anywhere on the property, which is surprising in Maui. The beds/ rooms were well appointed with A/C but getting them to work was tricky. There are wall switches and remotes and it took awhile to figure out how to actually get them on/off. Also, the kitchen is not well equipped for cooking for 6 people, we ended up doing dishes at least once a day to have enough. Location is close to some great beaches, couches and beds are comfy and the place is as advertised.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo is nice and close to the beach. Not a place to stay if you’re going to want to be outside and somewhat noisy. Has a feel of a retirement area. It wasn’t a problem for us but might be for some families. Loved having beach chairs, towels, and some sand toys available to use. Basics such as soap, shampoo, dish soap, and dishwasher and laundry detergent etc. are provided. Enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the condo. Only cons were bottom sheet kept slipping off the corners of the bed…just would not stay on. A light blanket instead of the heavy comforter would have been nice. Also, ants were nighttime visitors in some of the beds. Overall cleanliness of the condo was good and the furniture was comfortable. The view from the balconies was great!

Nicely renovated, comfortable and clean condo. The only thing I would say is that the sofa sleeper is not really what you would think as a traditional pull out sofa sleeper. We were going to use the sofa sleeper for one of the couples, but does not pull out, just take off the back cushions and you have a twin/possibly considered a full sleeper - we made it work, but could have been a more comfortable. There were nice little touches, like towels for the beach, chairs and beach accessories. Even though the condo is a little ways from the beach, there is a beautiful view. Would recommend and stay again, just know the sleeping situation now.

We had a great experience! When we first walked in we were already in awe, everything was clean and cozy. The view was beautiful and the community was quiet. Loved how there were lots of stuff for the beach, including sunblock! The house was roomy for all of us and loved how each room had its own AC unit and TV. I did have to wash the sheets in from the master before using. It kinda looked like it didn’t wash well enough and it had some debris stuck to it. Other than that, our stay was wonderful.

This place was perfect for our family. The property had sand toys, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, and baby equipment if you needed it. The trip was my husband and I, with our three young children and my in-laws and the property had the right amount of space for all of us to not feel on top of each other. The pool was a little surprising for my young kids. There are rules of no jumping, splashing…the sign says “keep it quiet” at the pool. But you are in Maui, so who needs a pool. Beautiful place and great location.

We really enjoyed the stay! It was clean and in a great location. The place looked exactly as pictured and we loved the indoor outdoor feel as well. We enjoyed cooking some nights and staying in and it was great to have on site washer and dryer with all the beach days we had! Loved that there were beach towels and chairs available to use and it made it that much easier. Beds were super comfortable, they had a baby portable crib as well that worked well for our toddler. Over all it was a great place to stay. It is a quiet community and we had one issue with appeared to be a resident of the community but other than that we have no complaints. We highly recommend!

this home was exactly as advertised. We loved sitting on the patio in the mornings and evenings before sunset! It's a short walk to the beach. The only complaint we would have is that the walls are thin. The neighbors next door had small kids and they were on a different time zone-Many time at 3 or 4 am it sounded like a herd of elephants next door! Other than that, the place was well stocked with kitchen supplies.

Management is great and easy to work with. I have no complaints about them or their excellent communication. The pictures are accurate and it was amazing staying here with our family for a week. Having a Pack and Play available for our baby was very convenient so we didn't have to worry about bringing something where we could put him to sleep. There's a beach down the street that's easily accessible and lots of food, shopping and other beaches within a reasonable drive. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we're in Maui.

Loved being so centrally located and close to Kapalua, Napili, and Ka'anapaali. We ranged from 12 to 72 (three-generation trip) and all were happy with the accommodations. Lovely morning and evening views on the lanai. Great dinner options, snorkeling, and boating close by! We loved it.

My a husband and I stayed here for a family vacation with both our mothers and our 3 year old son. The location is perfect, check in and check out process is easy with the lock box, and house was exactly as described. We couldn’t have been happier!
