The apartment was well equipped with all we needed! Kitchen equipment, spices, boxes, enough toiletries, beach equipment (boogie boards, beach umbrella, snorkeling gear…).
It is directly across the road of magic sand beach. Parking was easy in the complex, every window and door had mosquito nets, washing machine and dryer were great. Would come back any time!

Talk about your home away from home. Everything about this stay, from reservation, check in and check out was organized and perfect.
The location was in a perfect area and it was so peaceful and quiet. The beach across the street made it even more amazing!
Let's talk about the fully stocked condo. It had everything that you needed to feel like you were at home. Towels, beach gear, all the spices and condiments you could think of. Full stove and oven with all the cooking utensils that you would need.
It was very clean and updated!
I'm definitely keeping this as a favorite place to stay.

Large and modern 2 bedroom condo with central AC. They had everything we could have needed all the way down to beach toys for the kids! Nothing like getting up early, walking across the street, and swimming in a beautiful ocean. If i was going to buy a place here, this is right where I'd do it!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was very convenient and just across the street from the Magic Sands Beach. The condo was clean and had comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well appointed and had all the essentials for meal prep. We used the pool and grill area and both were clean and well maintained.

The condo is in an excellent location. Right across from the beach and close to major roads. Kitchen is well stocked. AC works well. Laundry in the condo. Pool is clean. Definitely recommend!

This property was more than we expected! My only exception would be there were no elevators to get to the different floors that made it a bit difficult to get our room, but once we got there our stay was amazing!

Property was as described. Loved the view from the back deck. Loved the ease of walking right across the street to the beach, which had a volleyball court that my daughter loved. We also enjoyed that my daughter had her own room and bathroom. The kitchen was the most well stocked I've seen at a VRBO (spices, condiments, cookware, etc). THANK YOU for that. Also loved that there was a cooler and beach items to borrow.

First time using VRBO and this property exceeded our expectations. This condo is in a great location, beautiful sunsets, walk across the street to the beach. Convenient to highway access and close to shops. Parking is easy to access and there is an elevator close by the condo.
The kitchen is well equipped and the lanai is great to have a meal with a view.
There is construction currently happening across the street as they are making improvements on the restrooms at the beach, but they only work during the day and it's not too disruptive. It did not take away from the enjoyable stay that we had.

We had booked the Condo a year prior and had no idea the Construction was happening during our stay. We appreciated the Condo and the beautiful weather but the construction noise was not good. When the construction is finished it will be very nice. We stayed in March 2023.

The property was very nice and close to the beach. Big beautiful kitchen and living area. Had a good pool and Bbq area also a pool table. It was nice to have two parking spots. The only concern we had was the twin beds in the second bedroom weren’t the greatest for adults. But definitely would come back again.

Super clean property right across from the beach. Appreciate the use of free beach chairs and umbrella. Did not use the pool but the property ground looks very well kept. Just and FYI: there is an elevator but you’ll also need to take some small steps to the unit so if you have heavy luggage or traveling with elders, be sure to help them with it. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

After a long day of hiking, we found the pool and hot tub very refreshing. Very clean, up to date, and very nice appliances. Highly recommend staying here!

This place has everything a family needs, would not hesitate to do it again. If you are not planning on driving around island research trolley as there is a stop in front and save some money. Surf across street beautiful to watch but rough to stand in and enjoy.

This is a great location for not only exploring the Island, but also the condo itself. The condo is stocked with everything you could ever need, and it has clearly been updated along the way. The pool, grounds, and BBQ area are also fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

The property is in excellent condition.
The kitchen is well equipped with cookware, dinner wares and utensils.
There are two things, in my opinion, need fixing: 1) The shower head in the master bedroom needs fixing or replacement but not a big deal for us because we were able to use the 2nd bathroom where the shower head was in perfect condition. 2) The dishwasher rack has some of its plastic coating peeling off. Could be health hazard as the rusty metal is exposed.
Overall - I am giving this property a 4 star. I would use this property again. Hopefully, by then, the shower head in the master bedroom and the dishwasher rack have have been replaced or fixed.

The apartment itself was nice. The building as a whole was not the best. Also my 10month old was not allowed in the pool. No small children in the pool/hottub. I have never been to a place that doesn't allow small children, and this pool was not in tiptop clean. We stayed at 2 other locations while on this trip and ALL other pools did not have the rules this place has and the other pools were way cleaner. Just made the experience crappy. We have 4 kids one an infant and she loves the pool more then the others. I was told I could unfold a baby pool under the outdoor shower for her. Would not recommend for anyone with kids.

Perfect location across the street from Magic Sands Beach. Condo was mostly like the listing. The only thing that was different was no Keurig coffee maker. No big deal. We had the beach and a pool and hot tub. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Close to the shopping. Parking right at the entry. Perfect kitchen appliances, beautiful view from the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay at Hawaii island thanks to this nice apartment-

Worse experience I have had , got in the unit one hour before check in time but my host never answered any massages neither my calls , whit my whole family outside waiting inside the car was unable to check in ….have to spend the night on my friends unit at the living room floor… have a case open with Vrbo but the host claims that he send info over the inbox which is false!! He do not want to refund that one night that wasn’t able to stay there… Bad Bad experience!!!

Tons of gear to be used on the beach on the lanai and the lanai was huge with a great view of the ocean. Loved walking over to Magic Sands and in driving distance to all of our destinations!
