What a great place! Everything you could ever need, great size, very comfortable bed, lots of equipment to make for a great stay! The property was very nice. It had a nice kitchen we used in the morning to make breakfast before going to explore the island. Nice size living room for relaxing at night. It had a loundry with drier.

This property was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. It came fully equipped with everything we needed for our week in Maui. We used the beach chairs, towels, and even the big extra blanket for when we went up to Haleakalā for the sunset! Property managers were super quick to respond to any questions I had, and check in was very easy. The pool is nice and clean, the parking spot was literally right out the door, and we loved the ground floor location. The view of the ocean off the back of the building was stunning; we saw whales and turtles. This unit did not have a lanai or ocean view, but we happily traded that was easy parking and everything else it came with. The only real drawback (if you could even call it that) was the bathroom is in pretty serious need of a renovation. Although a decent size and great water pressure in the shower, it was not a tub I’d bathe in, and the sink doesn’t drain well. Everything else was absolutely perfect; we would rent this unit again. Very central!

The place was exactly described through the VRBO ad. Very clean, neat and super convenient to all beaches, dining and shopping. Loved the outdoor area to sit and enjoy the beautiful water, mountains along with the stars at night.

The property was perfect for our group. It doesn’t say so specifically, but it’s only one bedroom with a king size bed, and if you have additional guests, the couch pulls out into another double bed. So the unit sleeps four, but there’s only one “bed.” I kinda figured that was the case by looking at the pictures, and so it was expected and in no way hindered us or changed our experience.
The unit was clean. Stocked with everything you would possibly need. The first night there were only two pillows, so my wife and I use a couple of the decorative pillows. We did contact the owner and they were very quick to respond and drop off pillows for the next day (it was too late by the time we were going to bed to get them to us the same night).
Owners were very responsive to all of our questions/requests…super friendly. Will definitely see if this property is available for our next trip!

Lovely suite and well equipped- perfect for two people.
We did enjoy coffee an cocktails out on the front lawn overlooking the ocean area but we did miss having our own Lanai.
This property is in a great location and ocean front however no beach access.

This property was perfect for the type of vacation we were looking for. The inclusion of all the beach necessities was very considerate (beach towels, cooler bag, ice packs, beach chairs & umbrella). It was very close to grocery stores as well as a food truck park. It was incredible to see both turtles and whales out on the oceanside of the property! Beautiful spot that we hope to return to someday.

This is definitely one of my favorite places we’ve stayed in the area. Even though there’s no view, the place itself more than makes up for that with a large comfy bed, spacious living room and well-appointed bathroom.
Communication was easy with the host and we were even able to check in a couple hours early. A short walk around the building puts you on a nicely kept grassy area with a beautiful view of the west Maui coastline and the surrounding islands. Great to relax in the sun and enjoy the sound of the waves.

My husband and I popped over for a few days prior to heading over to the big island. The bed was super comfortable, the pool was refreshing, and all the food and drinks we needed were close by! This unit was perfect!The decorations were just what we would have hoped for from a Hawaiian condo. There was a beach right off of the property. Two AC units to keep it cool, beach chairs and a boogie board. It had everything we needed. Even more importantly, the host was super friendly and responsive. There was an issue with bathtub drainage and she has someone come over and fix it while we were at the beach the same day. We enjoyed our stay so much that we ended up extending it. Stay here and enjoy!

We stayed at Hale Pineapple for a week with our two kids, and it provided a great home base for our needs. The location is perfect, and the beach access was so nice! It was lovely to sit on the back lawn and watch the kids play and look for sea turtles (we saw several). There were a few cons for us with this condo, and these are reasons we would stay somewhere else next time: several power outlets do not work, and the ones that do took forever to charge things. We would plug our phones in when we went to bed and wake up in the morning to find them not at 100% yet. This was frustrating and made us feel like we were always looking for somewhere to plug in-we used our phones a lot for maps/gps/and photos. The condo appears bright in the photos on the listing, but it's actually pretty dark. There are not adequate lights. The floors and counters were not clean when we arrived and this didn't make me feel good. I wiped down the remotes for the tv with Clorox wipes and the white wipes were brown when I finished. I also didn't feel like the bathroom was very clean, especially the shower with signs of mold present. We all showered all week with flip flops on like we were at sleep away camp. All in all, it did what we needed it to and it was what we could afford but next time we will stay somewhere else. Pros for the condo are definitely the price, the location, the washer and dryer in the unit, and our kids loved the simple pool (which we had basically to ourselves). We might not have fallen in love with our condo, but we did fall in love with Maui! Aloha!

The property was a good find for our family. There was plenty of space for our family of 4. The property was on the ocean. The only downside, there was no beach access directly attached to the property. We did see a whale and a turtle right from the lawn in the back. AMAZING! The decor & style was very nice made us all feel at home.

First and most important. I was under the impression that this unit was ocean front. It isn't but I must say the view of the parking lot was great. Second the keys with the pool key on it don't open the gate to the ocean access. Third there was active mold in the bathtub.forth the garbage disposal had glass or rocks in it and the bathroom fan was so loud you had to turn up the TV.When I called a young lady texted back and said her mommy was driving and that is the last I heard from anybody no calls back

Booked this accommodation to be in the same complex as friends that had booked previously. Property is on waterfront, this unit though is on the ground floor facing the parking lot. Could have been cleaner and no patio at all, on the plus side the bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was well designed. Spend a few extra bucks and get oceanfront room!

The bed was super comfortable and the place was very clean with all the A/C in good working order. I would suggest more in the way of curtains in the living room to really accommodate more than two guests sharing the bedroom. A sheer curtain in the living room with the convertible sofa was not enough for privacy or sleeping in past the Sunrise. The location is convenient to a great park, restaurants and shopping. Just know that there is only one parking spot provided.

We loved the location and the vibe of this property because it was close to everything. The shower could use an update and we would’ve appreciated a bit more empty storage space. But overall a great stay and we appreciated the cute decor!

Kaleialoha was lovely overall. The bed was huge and nice and firm. The kitchen had everything anyone would need if cooking. Jacuzzi tub nice feature but by the time you fill it above jets, the water had cooled and jets weren't strong, but nice and big to relax in. Loved the condo's pineapple theme and found some lovely Hawaiian decor in a cupboard that was worthy of displaying! The location was more peaceful and secluded howvever, still close to small strip malls, bike rentals, etc and on bus route if you wanted to go to the bigger Whaler's Village Mall, bigger resort/beach areas, and the historical town of Lahaina. If you have kids who want to head for the condo's beachfront, with pail and shovel, there's not a sandy beachfront, but there's Honokowai Beach Park about 5 blks from condo and also a front side pool. We personally loved the rock beachfront with the waves crashing, had coffee/breakfast there every morning! It was great except for the parking spot. It was very narrow and took 2 people every time we pulled into and out of our spot. We had rented a car without any dings or dents and was very fearful of our “convenient” place to park!

Hale Pineapple was perfect for us. Had everything we needed including things for the beach which was very helpful. The residents her are friendly. The property is nice with a beautiful view of the ocean.

The location of the condo was perfect! We walked everywhere we wanted to go. The unit itself was good- decent kitchen, living room space, and a nice bedroom. Only small complaint was the lack of storage space to unpack out suitcases while we were there.

This little condo was perfect for our stay, wish we could have stayed longer. Fully stocked kitchen , clean bathroom, clean bedroom & sofa-sleeper. Very comfy mattresses! The backyard area is perfect because it has a little beach out front depending on if it is high tide or not. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Check in was easy. The apartment was spacious with all the amenities. The beach was easily accessible right out the back of the building. There were plenty of restaurants and ships within walking distance. It was perfect!

My stay in Maui was absolutely amazing! The location of this rental was perfect. There were so many shops within walking distance. I had one issue that I brought to Jill’s attention and she went above and beyond to resolve it. This was my first experience with any rental as I normally stay in hotels. I’m so glad I had such a great experience.

The unit is very comfortable and laid out well. It was very comfortable for a family of four. It has great amenities on the property and a short walk to additional services.
