Polynesian Shores 220. Imagine waking up to the morning sun casting shadows on the island of Molokai and ending your day sipping wine watching the most beautiful sunsets on Earth. Or imagine magnificent rainbows stretching from mountain to sea. New floors, paint, other odds and ends make this condo your perfect choice for comfort and relaxation!
This condo is furnished with island rattan and custom art. Master suite upstairs includes a king size bed, TV, and private bath with shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a second bath and its own TV. A sofa bed is available in the living room which includes an entertainment center complete with TV and DVD/CD player. The newly remodeled fully-equipped kitchen and furnished lanai are bonuses.
You can see whales from your lanai during season and see green sea turtles as you walk the shoreline. Evenings are enchanted with the famous Maui sunset shared with fellow guests. If you prefer, you can stroll the grounds or walk to nearby shops and restaurants. A truly Aloha experience.
A LITTLE ABOUT OUR PROPERTY....
Polynesian Shores is a beautiful oceanfront resort. Sit on your private lanai enjoy the fragrant plumeria trees, the sound of the waves breaking against the shoreline, you will enjoy the breeze of the palm trees. Take in the breathtaking view of the vast ocean, seeing the island of Molokai and Lanai. You will be able to see sea turtles swimming close to the rocky shore. In the winter months the Whales as they play near the surface, you can see the mist from their blow sprouts, tails slap on the Pacific Ocean. Take pleasure in our pool and hot tub, or barbecue up a delicious mean on the barbecue's and enjoy a picnic table on our beautifully well manicured grounds that overlook the ocean. In the evening enjoy the tiki torches and the spectacular Maui Sunsets . We are family friendly resort. We also have free parking for each condo, free internet, and an onsite laundry room, bring your own laundry soap & quarters. This is a smoke/vape free property.

WHERE ARE WE...
Our property is direct oceanfront property with unobstructed ocean views, located between the beautiful resorts of Ka'anapali and Kapalua. Honokowai, is special little neighborhood, many people pass by and wave a "shaka" at you! You can walk to local bars, restaurants, and Farmers Market Maui, which sells fresh organic local produce. A large times market and a food truck park. There's places to rent beach gear, mopeds, all within walking distance. We are close to several beach parks and world famous golf courses, located both up and down the coast. Only a few minutes away from the Whalers Village on world famous Ka'anapali Beach, home to the Whale Museum, along with numerous shops, restaurants and art galleries.

COME SEE ALL MAUI HAS TO OFFER...
A sunset cruise around the island makes for a perfect romantic evening. If you’re curious about what goes on under the waves, snorkeling tours are a great way to view the incredible variety of life that lives under the surface of the ocean. Helicopter tours are an excellent way to take in views of the whole island, including incredible waterfalls, sea cliffs, and forests you would be hard pressed to view on foot. For those looking for a little more excitement, check out the zip lines at the Haleakala Skyline Tour. There's also Horseback riding tours. Road to Hana, which has 620 curves and 59 bridges, the road leads you through flowing waterfalls, flourishing rainforest, plunging pools and dramatic seascapes. Maui has some of the worlds most famous beaches to check out.

This is the second Polynesian property I've stayed in. The landscaping, and cleanliness of "common areas" , pool and grill was immaculate. Unlike the previous property, only 2 beach chairs were provided (4 of us in condo). Unfortunately 1 of the chairs was broken. The screen front door was difficult to open from the inside. We enjoyed the central location of the property and the friendly people. I will stay at Polynesian Shores again.

We had such a beautiful stay at Polynesian Shores! Such an incredible view! We saw whale spouts galore from our lanai and sea turtles by the shoreline every day! Pool and hot tub were lovely and the condo was comfortable and clean. Already planning for a return trip! Huge thank you to our hosts!

It's a very nice and comfortable place for two couples. Our property manager Bree was very friendly and easy to reach. Unfortunately, the beach is not accessible and we had to drive to the sand beach, probably we didn't read the property description thoroughly . Overall, it's a very nice pace!

We got to see whales from the balcolny, walked down to the rocks: full with turtles (actually swam with them!), and the birds!. The place is fresh and clean, spacious (Family of 4) with nice little details (Maui books, a shopping tote-bag, local coffee for you to enjoy- I'm now a big fan of Hawaiian coffee). The condo shared area has BBQs and a nice swimming pool and a (very hot) hot tub. The best was the people there... family oriented, friendly, super-relaxed. A lot (if not all) returning people or owners, because they liked it so much. Location can't be better: close to everything but private. We went zip-lining, to a couple of easy hikes along the shores of north Maui, the blowhole, the Aquarium, snorkeling. It's minutes walk to a couple of nice beaches (you can actually snorkel in Honokowaii and see tons of little fish). Definitely one of those places is not just a "check, was there": We are a going back, and already looking forward to it.

The pool and spa are very inviting and the gas BBQs provided for the residents are a nice extra touch.

The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds very comfortable. The property is perfect. We enjoyed the new spa and loved the turtles. Sunsets were gorgeous.

Everything around the complex was just as described, except the beach locations are not within walking distance with chairs and such, we had to drive. The check in and and check out was easy.

We were welcomed warmly and when we entered the condo we couldn't believe how beautiful it was. We immediately felt at home. Everything was there and clean. They even had beach towels. The location was perfect and the grounds beaufiful. We loved watching the turtles and even saw a whale off shore. I am recommending this condo to everyone who asks me for a place to stay if they go to Maui

Would recommend this resort.I couple of pointers, I would recommend getting a unit that was not right beside the parking area as that did tend to be a bit noisy. The other point to be aware of is that the resort is in the rain shadow of the mountain so the resort does get more rain than Lahaina.

The cement steeps stairs to the front door are challenging. The beach in front is difficult to get to, a climb down a rocky embankment. Again, not possible for those older people with physical challenges. The condo was clean. The towel rack in the downstairs bathroom fell apart with the first time I used a towel. No hot pads in the kitchen. Small, five cup coffee maker. The website amenities mentioned, along with coffe maker, dishwasher, hair dryer, washer and dryer, making one think the washer and dryer were in the unit. Not true, there is a coin operated washer and dryer at the complex. Again, up and down many stairs, hauling laundry. The grounds were well maintained

This property has a beautiful ocean view from the lanai. The unit is lovely with comfortable beds and a modern, functional kitchen. Location on Maui's West coast excellent. Close to shopping and "tourist" sites. Would definitely visit again. Thanks for a great vacation.

I wish I knew about this place years ago. It is perfect for a vacation to Maui. The condo was clean and had everything and the location was perfect. Waking up each morning and seeing the ocean and the island of Molokai was a fantastic way to start our day. We snorkeled right in front of the condo and swam with the turtles. Airport Beach was also great for snorkeling. We will definitely be back. Thank you

Beautiful location: we saw turtles right off the property, snorkeled with them, barbqued, enjoyed sunsets, pool, swam at area beaches, and enjoyed the neighborhood. Very comfortable family environment. Warm and humid several nights due to tropical storms pulling the trade winds away, but the winds came back the last couple days. Fans really helped! Loved the chatter of birds in the morning, rain a couple of times, and lovely gardens.

I really enjoyed my stay in Lahaina. The condo was perfect. Quiet, comfortable, great location. There were six of us staying at the condo. There was plenty of room. I think the only thing which would make it a five star rental is if it had air conditioning. We were there while it was very muggy and hot. Air conditioning would have made it perfect! Loved the beach and swimming with the turtles. I would definitely recommend the condo!
