It has everything you'd need for a visit to the beach; beach toys for the kids, beach chairs, kid size life jackets, snorkeling gear. These all all the things I found very useful with a 4 year old. Comfortable bed and a sofa bed. We were able to see the sunset from our balcony every evening. The host was very responsive. We would stay here again if we are ever back in Oahu.

The room is really nice and the view is wonderful. The property manager Jean was very responsive and helpful. One day we had someone park in our spot in the Parkade and Jean was very quick to resolve it. If people are sensitive to noise, I will note that it is quite loud outside of this room as noise bounces off of the hotels, and the water pressure for the shower is quite low. I think the bidet has more omph. Aside from that room was as advertised, the bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the location. It was easy to get in and out of as we rented a car. There are lots of great restaurants and beaches within walking distance. Overall, I would return.

Great view of the lagoon and ocean. It's a short walk in either direction to the mall of into town, great spot for kids with the lagoon close by. Awesome stay. Floor needed a good wash. No drain stoppers in kitchen or bathroom sinks.(We lost a toothpaste top down the drain.) Will not stay there again. They charge a cleaning fee, but our unit was NOT clean. I think we should get a refund. (BTW, we did notify the rental manager. He replied, but did nothing.)

We had such a nice time.Pros: VIEW, VIEW, VIEW!!Unit Property Manager (Paul was highly responsive, kind, and helpful), parking was easy, building was clean and well taken care of.Cons (which are seriously all very minor things): The microwave was a little wobbly from missing one "leg" but it worked otherwise, a/c unit was really loud (but it did not bother us one bit), there was only one extra pillow case but two extra pillows for the sofa bed (we just wrapped a sheet around it, again no biggie), close to beach and shopping, clean. We knew that if there was anything seriously wrong, Paul would attend to it immediately but all the issues we had were so minor it did not need fixing.

Room 724 is a great room. It is easy to access and the parking spot is nice to have if you rent a car. The bed is very comfortable and we have a beautiful view. The only issue is the a/c. It cools well but it is Extremely LOUD. You are unable to carry on a conversation or watch tv while it’s running. The noise is unbearable at times (and I’m not exaggerating). Get a Mr Cool ac and the room will be perfect. We have one in our efficiency rental property in Houston, Tx. It cools and heats perfectly and is quiet (I’m not a salesperson for the company🤣). Also, be aware that you need to walk down to pool area to see the fireworks. You are not able to see them directly from the room. I was told we were able to see them from the lanai. Unfortunately, we only saw the smoke and reflection in windows. I would have gladly walked downstairs to watch if i was aware. Once we realized it the fireworks had already started and we had no time to make it. Once the a/c is fixed this room will be 5 stars.

We are having such a great time. Our room is amazing with an exceptional view. The property manager, Paul, is absolutely pleasant and was happy to assist with our check in. Location is by far the best. Close to the ocean and waking distance to so much. Highly recommended 5 stars all the way.

Everything was great with the exception of the dishes not being very clean. Nothing a little soap and water (which is provided) couldn’t fix and the slowness of the elevator system. Overall really great experience and place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ilikai #724 is conveniently located a block away from the beach and the marine harbor. We appreciated that we were able to use the lanai each morning and not be overwhelmed by the sounds of a busy street since it faced the back of another hotel and back roads, not the main streets. The only thing we didn't like about the location is that the elevators take a long time since they are shared with the hotel side of Ilikai and there is no direct elevator from the parking garage to room - you have to take 2 separate elevators to get back to the room. The parking spot was a nice addition though. The bed was very comfortable and the blackout shades were great to get a full night's rest. We also like the keyless entry so that we never had to worry about finding/losing keys. Two things we noticed could use improvement - the AC could use some maintenance (the change filter sign was on during most of our stay) and the part of the AC that directs airflow only points down. The other thing for improvement is general cleanliness of the place. We found an opened bag of Doritos and several dishes still had pieces of food on them. Unfortunately, we had to kill a cockroach during our stay as well. Ilikai is an older building, but with some additional maintenance and cleaning (and even access to the elevators that go directly from the garage to the condos), the place would be greatly improved.

We had a wonderful stay! We especially enjoyed the location and the view from the lanai! We were quite comfortable. The only negative was the noisy AC, since it wasn’t too hot we opted for the ceiling fan and kept the lanai door open instead. Otherwise all was great! Thank you.

We have been to the hotel about 4 times now when we stay in Ohau. It is in a great location about 20 min walk to the main strip in wakakki So no crowds and noise but close enough for all stirs restaurants etc. Grest coffee shop down stairs and nice restaurant over looking all Hawaii. Great for happy hour. The room was good. Could use a few up grades. Shower head needs to be changed out. Only trickles of water and not much pressure. Blender is not working and a few more utensils to help out in cooking. One more thing would be if your staying a week a few more towels would be fantastic. Other than that very clean very dependable condo. 4 out of 5 stars

After a plan B in another condo, we got into 724 by noon on the first full day on island. Room was clean, well-appointed, and the view was killer. The property is older, however, and we dealt with a leaking kitchen across the hall and a noisy remodel above us. Minor inconveniences compared to the price and location.

The condo location is excellent. We especially enjoyed super easy access to the lagoon for swimming and fireworks. The traffic noise could be a distraction if you're not used to city living.
