We’ve stayed in several complexes on island, and this so far is our favorite. Gorgeous views, large private lanai, comfortable furnishings, and really well stocked. Will definitely plan to be back.

The apartment is well equipped and renovated. It is is spacious and with a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. However, the road noise can be loud certain times of the day and the mattress is way too soft. Overall, we had a lovely stay in Kona.

There is no elevator or AC in this 3rd floor condo, but it was not necessary during our stay as there are ceilings fans. Keep this in mind if you need cool to be comfortable. The condo itself was charming with tons of amenities and in a great location. Unit was spacious and comfortable with a nice ocean from the balcony. Appreciated the quiet new washer/dryer. Appliances are in great condition. We enjoyed the sounds of nature and the folks golfing right outside the balcony, but there is a significant amount of traffic noise during the day. Heavily use boat launch and kayak club practice as well as two resorts at the end of the road. Generally between 11pm and 6am, it is fairly quiet and peaceful. However there are times during the day where there is vehicle traffic and road noise. There was an issue with the cleaners before we arrived which the owner addressed quickly and appropriately. Overall the condo is very nice and conveniently located for the things we wanted to do. Would recommend (with the caveats already mentioned) and rebook in the future.

Older condo complex close to all services. Very stylish, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. No air conditioning, but the ceiling fans and cross ventilation make AC unnecessary. The only downside is the street noise- it’s right next to the road to the local harbor, on a hill, with trucks and boats going up and down. Plus the early morning golf course maintenance crew. We adapted, and loved the apartment, but light sleepers might struggle.

Great location and property is in good shape. It is next to the road to the Outrigger Hotel which makes the hotel easy to get to for night viewing of the Manta Rays, Mai Tai's, etc.

Great place to relax with family, away from crowds and noise. Perfect sunsets every day from spacious balcony, large clean rooms, new appliances, well maintained, cool pool, super responsive and helpful owner. Car is needed to go places, but everything is very close by. Will definitely stay here again next time!

Nice condo, good area. Wish it had better ventilation, but most places here don't have AC. The check-in process could have been better but it all worked out. Would stay here again.
