Our stay at the White Sands Village was great! It was just as listed on the website. Kelly did a great job of communicating with me during my stay. The condo was extremely quiet and had a relaxing atmosphere. The beach was a short walk across the street and downtown Kona was a short 10 minute drive. This area has less traffic than locations closer to town which made it much easier to travel to all our destinations. I would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for a place away from lots of people and traffic with access to a fun beach, this is the place for you. Mahalo!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at White Sands Village. The owner was very thorough in communicating leading up to the trip via email and text. The house was incredibly clean and very nice. The beds were comfortable, accommodations were great. It was also stocked with beach chairs, coolers, and all the other little items helpful for a day trip that we didn't have to purchase upon arrival. Sitting out on the back porch and listening to the birds in the mornings and evenings was my favorite! Would absolutely stay here again.

What a fabulous vacation spot! We were just steps off the beach, the condo had more than enough dishes, lots of water toys to use, easy parking spot and Kelly was fantastic to work with. Very quick with replying to our requests and so helpful. Absolutely would recommend this location to family and friends.

The property was well kept. The unit we had was super! Well stocked, clean, exactly what the pictures showed. Great central area of Kona, walk across the street to boogie boarding and beach. Just down the street is very good snorkeling. Access to bikes to take into town and to see the sites (tourist area). Pool area at this unit was very nice, they could have extended the hours as it opened late morning and the pool water was a bit too warm for the weather. All in all, this was a very nice stay. Highly recommend!

The condo was clean, easy to access, and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved walking right across the street to Magic Sands with the condo chairs and they had all the beach necessities we needed (towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler). Nice grilling area by the pool and safe, covered parking.

I had the most perfect time at Kelly's condo. The view was excellent, the place was cleanly, beds comfy, and showers were perfect. The wifi was also excellent and I was able to take work meetings from the condo. I couldn't recommend the place more. Kelly was easy to contact - but we ran into no issues so everything went seamlessly. Truly an amazing vacation - I definitely want to go back!

kelly is a fabulous communicator!!! she made us aware of the tennis court construction that was going to be going on prior/during our stay. she was kind enough to take photos from the lanai to the of the location of the tennis courts, however, during our stay no construction happened. she responds quickly to text messages. this condo was centrally located to all of our destinations. it is nicely decorated, has all the amenities (except a rice cooker which if we were cooking meals we would most definitely want), plenty of kitchen necessities even an instant pot, crock pot, coffee maker, blender!!! check in, check out process is a breeze. highly recommend this property. mahalo kelly!!!

I booked the condo several months in advance and from the very beginning of the booking to the checkout Kelly was very helpful. She stayed in contact and answered all my questions. When she found out the tennis courts were going to be resurfaced she immediately reached out to us with options. The condo is just as pictured. Well appointed with nice furnishings, tons of kitchen items, and very comfortable linens. The beds were very comfortable. Gorgeous view from the lanai and the most fantastic chorus of birds at dusk. Fresh fruit trees on premises with help of Joey the resident manager. Shout out to Joey who was very patient and pleasant. If you want to snorkel, sit on the beach, swim in the pool or picnic Kelly has you covered with coolers, towels, chairs, and everything in between. I'd book with Kelly again without a second thought.
Also, important to note that even though they were removing the tennis court surface if the windows were closed you couldn't hear a thing.
Great for couples, families or friends traveling together.

We stayed for 3 nights. This is a nice appartment with ocean view. This place is only 10 minutes driving to kailua-Kona center where we can find good restaurants and supermarkets. The beach is beautiful, the water is blue and crystal clear and I can see sea turtles swimming closely! Only one recommendation is the door lock, it'll be easier if you change to key pad instead of the old lock and the sliding door latch to the balcony is hard to open, too! However, Kelly is very friendly and helpful, she helped us to open the door to get in upon check in.

This was our family's first trip to Hawaii, and staying here made it absolutely amazing. The condo was exactly as it was advertised, and provided lots of amenities to make our stay as simple and enjoyable as possible. We loved our stay! The condo was in great condition, very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked, and it was very quiet and peaceful. We were visiting family in Kona and had brought my elderly parents along. The elevator was super nice to get to the third floor. We especially loved all the birds - what a beautiful symphony every morning and evening! Kelly was wonderful to work with, and quick to respond. Literally the only negative thing I could say is that we ran out of Kleenex...but Kelly was quick to remedy the situation. I would highly recommend this condo!!

We had a lovely stay here. The space is very pleasant. Kitchen well appointed with everything one might need. The space is plenty big enough for four people, with both indoor and outdoor spaces to eat and relax. The lanai is perhaps the highlight. The view from this third floor (top floor) apartment is of the hillside overlooking the complex gardens, palm trees, nearby houses and their gardens as well as a good view of the ocean. The furniture throughout was comfortable and the space was well organized, pleasant, and clean.
Magic Sands Beach Park is a short walk (200 yards) down the hill through the parking lot.
Although the swimming pool and jacuzzi are shared among all units we found that they were not in high demand – many of the units were not occupied while we were there. The pool space is pleasant and well maintained.
Kelly was responsive and clear in communications. The rules are clear, thorough, and reasonable – there is both a rental agreement and a condo registration to complete; the rules cover use of the pool and common areas, no smoking, use of the parking space, and so on.
Renting this condo apartment is an easy recommendation for a relaxing stay.

We enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back. We were walking distance to the beach and about a 7 minute drive to coconut grove where there are restaurants and entertainment.
