We really enjoyed our stay here. The balcony was a great place to look at the view and relax. The complex was quiet and well maintained. The condo had everything that we needed.

This is a nice rental for a home base on Kauai. Plenty of room for two and probably a couple of kids if they had a pull out. For the price it was a good value and had everything we needed for our visit and so much more we never used, as they supplied coffee maker, full kitchen, towels (I did return one I took by mistake, sorry about that!), extra pillows, outdoor playing equipment like snorkels and boogie board, cooler. Until you visit any island in Hawaii you don't understand homes, especially rentals there are not always brand new and the salt air is super hard on any structure and surface and its starting to show a bit here but they do keep it up fairly well. I would have to agree the decor and some finishes are a bit dated and showing some age now but that's alot of Hawaii homes, and didn't distract us. We always had a comfortable return from each day with a rest on the lani to watch turtles swim below and hear those crashing ocean waves, which fully drowns out any road noise btw. This unit is on the end of the property and the since its summer you cannot really get the sunrise/sunset but we were shaded all day. We did have an upstairs neighbor which must have had a bouncing bowling ball for a child and really our only negative here. We just sat outside and enjoyed the view if it got to be to much. The management was extremely responsive and onsite property manager super helpful and very nice. Mahalo for having us and until we meet again! Aloha!

The view was great. The access to the island we easy from this location. The only air conditioner was in the bedroom but you didn't need it anywhere else because of the breeze off the ocean.

This condo is an end unit right on the water. We enjoyed being on the second floor and having a nice sized private balcony. Everything we needed was there including a comfortable bed. The place really needs updating but it is a good value.

We did our homework for this stay which was 3 weeks. The view of the ocean from the balcony is like none other. You will not see a sunrise though as the building faces too far south. The Passion Bakery across the street is fantastic. There is a farmer’s market within walking distance on Tuesday and Thursday. It is also convenient to shopping, the south shore and north shore. However, here’s what they don’t tell you; the construction on Kuhio Highway causes massive backups and delays in Kapa’a and the property is right next to, and I mean right next to, the highway. Make sure you get a room on the far end. The front of the building looks at a gas station. As for the condo itself it is as described, dated. The pots and pans were adequate but also well worn. The photos make everything look shiny but, it’s not. The sofa cushions are so worn as to have no cushion and badly need to be replaced or restuffed. During our stay of 3 weeks I had hoped to get some work accomplished and needed reliable internet, you won’t get that here. I had to reset the modem everyday, some days multiple times. You do have a view of the derelict Coco Palms hotel as well there is a derelict building at the end of the building nearest the road. We don’t recommend the beach there either. Yes, we read and knew about the lack of A/C except in the bedroom. Yes, you do have trade winds which do create a nice breeze however it can still be hot and humid in the unit. Also, if the winds are strong they can create such a howling as to make listening to a television, radio, or music difficult. Strong winds can also create a cacauphony of noise as big waves hit the rocks. The bed room has A/C and is the most comfortable room, mostly because of the A/C but they ask that you only run it at night and at a certain temperature. It can be loud when trying to sleep. Marvis, the woman on site is a delightful woman. Enjoyable to talk and a fount of local information and history. She was very responsive, a highlight of our stay. Mark, also on site was a nice guy, responsive, respectful and seemed to be always working. Bottom line, the cons far out weighed the pros, we won’t be returning. I don’t know this for certain but to me it doesn’t look like any upgrades have been done in this century. My only motivation for writing this is because we had known more of this we wouldn’t have booked here. We mean no harm but we believe potential renters need to know this stuff.

Great setting on Wailua Bay. Second floor balcony was great for viewing sunrise and the ocean, or just listening to the surf. Condo was very comfortable. Location on Kauai east coast put both Poipu and Hanalei within a 35 minute drive.

Couldn’t get enough of the view. It took a bit to accept the constancy of the ocean sounds but worth it! Little marketplace within walking distance. Some construction on the roadway near the property made it challenging to get in and out by car.

Condo is on the second floor overlooking the bay. The days when not cloudy, the sunrises and sunset were great. Being in the middle of the island, travel to the north or south was a short drive.

The room was not cleaned upon arrival. Apparently the manager did not tell the cleaning person that it was rented. But when I called the manager it went to voicemail and she did not call me back but emailed about 24 hrs later telling it was her fault.

We throughly enjoyed our recent stay. The condo was beautifully furnished with a kitchen that had everything we needed to stay in and cook.It was such a pleasure to have the sound of the waves all the time since we were able to leave the doors and windows open. It has a wonderful location with plenty of restaurants nearby.

We are in early 80s and we’re on 2nd floor, no elevators, only inconvenience with one large luggage View and unit with one bedrm just right Nice beach for walking mostly, pool for swimming Check for St work behind unit, sometimes noisy at all hours, but just close louvers Kauai you have to learn to enjoy its beauty, quietness Would rather be there than other islands

This was the most stunning place to stay! The ocean was right outside with the waves breaking on the rocks and beach. So relaxing! We had a small glitch when we arrived as my daughter and grandson island hopped over to see us on our vacation. Cindy (Owner) was contacted and allowed my daughter to stay with us on the couch. Kitchen was well stocked and my wife over bought food stuffs to make so we had to leave some behind. All in all it was a great location and very beautiful space! We’d stay there again! My wife has already told her friends about this place! Thank you!!

My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay! The condo was a good size, and the views are unbeatable! The pool area is nice and we used the BBQs several times to cook fresh fish, fruit and veggies. The bathroom, bedroom and kitchen are good sizes with a good functional flow. The laundry is a definite plus when spending so much time in the ocean. The location was excellent for us to access markets, shopping and food trucks in Kapaa and explore both north and south shores. We did rent a vehicle and would recommend it to explore the further reaches of the island. It was a great launching point, as the property is in the middle making everything more accessible. Property management was easy to communicate with and helped us where needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The photos do not do justice to this amazing view! This condo was perfect for me and my husband. The property was quiet with amazing views of both the ocean and the mountains. The condo is located in the perfect location for exploring the whole island. Grocery, restaurants, bars and shops are all in easy walking distance. The bed was comfy and we slept with the balcony doors open to hear the waves. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook food we bought at the local farmers market. The checkin process was easy and Cindy communicated quickly to our questions. Would stay here time and time again!
