Pictures and past reviews says exactly about this neat little condo. Host was very responsive and accomdating. Unit have everything we need including beach accessories. Have a designated parking spot is a plus. Just one down side - the air conditioning is very loud and noisy and watch out of the overflow dishpan. Shower drainage in one of the bathroom was slow. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would come back again.

After researching/comparing several properties in Waikiki I selected this property due to the positive reviews & location. Pictures are 100% accurate. Property is well furnished, very clean, included a free covered parking spot, location is walking distance to many restaurants, ocean, attractions, grocery stores, roof top pool, (hot tub no water- not working), several grills available. Wish we could have utilized the roof top amenities during our stay- but the weather did not cooperate (rained several days). Owner gave us great directions/information how to enter/access building/condo. Directions were so good I forgot to call her back & advise we made it, I think she was going to meet us at building & let us in... (sorry about that). Would definitely recommend staying in this unit:)

We were excited about our stay because of its location and pictures from the listing. Upon arrival we were told our washer was not functioning but was told it would be fixed asap. Being a family with 4 young kids made not having a washer very challenging and inconvenient. We had packed light expecting to do laundry at the unit. We arrived on Thursday and was told it would be fixed not until Monday. We ended up having to go outside to do laundry which was really inconvenient. Then the fixing got delayed to Tuesday, then Wednesday it was told to us it would finally be fixed. We were departing on Thursday so we though we could at least do laundry Wednesday evening, we were wrong as when we tried to use the washer it was still not functioning even though we told it would be fixed. We departed home not ever being able to use the washer. The owner did consistently provide communication throughout this process and offered to do our laundry one time on Tuesday at no charge. Originally we had been offered an option of one time laundry on Monday refund for inconvenience, we decided to take the refund as I had been doing laundry outside at another location which was extremely inconvenient and time consuming. We told the owner of our dissatisfaction of the whole situation and she did what she could to remedy the situation. Overall location was great, communication was ongoing and consistent with the owner and place was clean. We just wished we had a working washer.

This condo was absolutely perfect. The pictures were 100% accurate and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the condo was very convenient. The only item that requires attention is the AC unit. The AC drip pans fill very quickly; they're located outside on the lanai. Other than that it was a great place; my family would definitely book it again.

This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom is as listed. So comfortable and has everything you need to make your stay the best. The pool area is awesome with amazing views.

My sister and I visited Apri/May 2023 and loved every minute of our time spent there!
We loved absolutely everything about the condo. It is exactly as the pictures show, with the exception of no espresso machine. The Keurig served us well though and included coffee pods.
The secured covered parking was one of my must haves, and the designated spot was very close to the elevator and provided good space for backing in and out. The parking garage area itself is tight but the Toyota RAV4 we rented worked out fine, but I was thankful the vehicle was not any bigger.
I loved the various window views, as well as the roof top views. Diamond Head, Ala Wai canal activity/paddlers, golf course activity, the ocean views, and the street activity. Was even able to enjoy the Hilton Hawaii Village Friday night fireworks from the roof top. It was much more enjoyable from up there than it was when we walked over and watched from the HHV lagoon where the show was.
We were easily able to walk all of Waikiki. The beach, the zoo, the aquarium, the cat cafe, the parks, Kaimana Beach (secured for baby monk seal), and HHV fireworks. The international Market Place (with hula shows on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) was only 1 block away.
The condo was very clean and comfortable. I was very surprised at how comfortable the bed was, and I LOVED the pillows too! The only thing I had to remember was to empty the container under the AC units in a timely manner. (was hard to carry)

Absolutely beautiful condo in a perfect location, would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion is clear instructions on how to get into the building to pick up keys, and how to find where to park inside as the parking stalls are not in any particular order, took a long time get inside and to find the spot! Once we were in, however everything was beautiful. Thank you!

Our family of 6 stayed in March 2023 and were completely impressed with this accommodation. The full kitchen, in-suite laundry and 2 bedrooms/bathrooms made this trip incredibly comfortable for us. We had to be flexible with travel dates and manager was able to accommodate. Condo was clean and modern and in a great location. I was disappointed that we were not notified of the property updates while staying . The hot tub was disabled and never was fixed during our two weeks. The pool was heated but needs to be cleaned . Lots of debri. The roof top bathrooms and sauna were also closed . Everything in Condo was good except washer and drier. Washer worked fine but drier took hours and hours to dry a very small load. Gave up and quit washing and drying. I would suggest a small wood drying rack to hang out clothes and bathing suits. Don’t expect to do laundry quickly .

We were able to easily access most of Waikiki from this place by just some pretty easy walking. Beach, restaurants, etc. Parking garage was so nice too. Great balcony to relax after a busy day. Sleeps 6 comfortably.

Shirley made checking in such a smooth process and she was very pleasant over the phone and in explaining the check in process via messages. She checked in on us halfway through our trip to see if there was anything we needed. And the condo was absolutely beautiful!! We had all the amenities we needed and much more. I loved the location because we were within walking distance to shops and restaurants but not too close where we overwhelmed with traffic. I cannot mention enough how perfect our stay was. Loved that we had assigned parking and in and out access was a breeze!! Wouldn’t definitely book again!!

This was a great condo. Very clean, fully stocked, they even had fresh fruit and a box of chocolate covered macadamia's. The view from the balcony was great! My wife sat out every morning and evening just taking in the beauty. The building itself is very old and there was a lot of construction going on while we were there. The only negative thing to note is the elevator issues, and in speaking to folks that live in the building, it's been an ongoing issue. We would definitely stay here again!

Our experience at this property was wonderful. Shirley made us feel at home and was very communicative. We were able to check in earlier than expected which was great because we had a baby with us and needed to put her down for a nap after landing. Having a parking spot was very convenient. It is about a 7 minute walk to the beach with lots of shops nearby. Close access to Mitsuwa where you can get Asian groceries. Lots of restaurants and quick eats. An ABC store is less than 2 blocks away.
Place comes with beach towels, a beach umbrella, and tons of pots and pans. We were provided with a flat iron upon request prior to check in.
The only thing missing was vacuum which would have been easier than the broom and dust pan for the sand we tracked in.
Would stay here again! Highly recommended!

My family had a wonderful stay at this property.
Check-in and check-out were super easy. The intercom was out of service so Shirley waited for us in front of the building when we arrived.
The unit was spot clean. Balcony has a good view of the ocean in between buildings and nice breeze. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dinnerware, silverware, anything you need to eat in, also newer appliances. Bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo and body wash. Beds are super comfortable with quality sheets and quilts. There were bottled water in the fridge, a basket full of delicious fruit and a box of Aloha Macs upon our arrival.
This unit’s location is perfect for first timers like us - close to many restaurants, tour pickup spots and short 5mins walk to the wakiki beach.
I highly recommend Andrew and Shirley’s place. Will definitely book again.

The property is as mentioned and what you see in the pictures. Shirley was a great host with timely responses if anything came up or had any questions. Great central location but parking is difficult if you have more than 1 car, otherwise, walkable to most places. All our needs were met with the amenities available in the condo. Definitely loved the large balcony for morning views and the goodies provided when we arrived. Would definitely recommend this place to other friends and family, or even come back here myself. Stayed 17 days and it's a great central location. Easy to hit H1 hwy, close to a wide variety of eateries and nicely equipped place.
Keep your car to a standard SUV or smaller. Garages are tight in the downtown area.

We visited Oahu where our daughter is stationed. She was able to stay with us in her own bedroom when she wasn't on shift at Tripler Hospital.. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. Perfect place to access Waikiki as well as travel throughout the island. Full kitchen and garage parking as well. Shirley was great with the checkin process and restaurant advice.

Lots of little details make a big difference. The hosts thought about and supplied the rights amounts of detergents, soap, tp, cooking basics, crockery, cutlery--we did a fair amount of eating in so we really appreciated the thoughtfulness. Otherwise, very airy, sunny and pleasant apartment with some ocean / Diamond head views and convenient parking inside the building--a total must if staying in Waikiki.
