Excellent location. The view is amazing, and the grounds are beautiful.
Problems during stay were not adequately addressed. The sliding door didn’t lock and or belongings were unsecured the entire 31 days of our stay. The antennas in the router are broken so we only had internet in the bedroom. I had to use my data plan to play cartoons in the living room for my child. A couple people came by to look at things, but the issues weren’t fixed. Other properties I’ve stayed at issues are dealt in 24 hours or less.
As advertised, there’s no washer dryer in the unit. That was quite a drawback.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. Walking into a beautiful condo. Loved having two bedrooms with two bathrooms. We have 16-year-old and our oldest is almost 18 year old daughters Nice to have a two separate areas. Love to be able to walk out our patio door go out ground floor and walk across the grassy lawn right to the beach. Our flight got switched to a later flight and we were able to extend our check out time. Owners were very accommodating highly recommend this place.

I enjoyed staying at KM 114.
The condo was roomy, and it was special to open up the slider door from my bedroom and just walk straight to the beach thanks to being on ground level. I didn't hear any noise from my upstairs or side neighbors the entire time.
The beds were decently comfortable (more on the firm side) and the ceiling fans helped keep the air moving.
The air conditioning needs to be updated, as we had a bit of an issue with it, but I contacted the host about that and the communication was instant from them, so they handled it well.
I noticed the cushions on the chairs by the bedroom seemed to be getting kind of torn up, too, but other than that, everything about the stay was perfect and in pristine condition!
I really appreciated the beach chairs, travel toiletries, and beach towels. This is the kind of place that makes relaxing easy.

The place was very clean and very well maintained. We had no issues during our stay. The one thing that I found unfortunate was that the front desk was not open and no one was working, and we had nowhere to place our bags between when we landed at 11am and the 4pm check in time. Just be aware that there is no early check in available, otherwise it is a great place to stay in a great location

Perfect Location!
Beautiful Sunsets from the Patio area right outside the unit.
Pool and grounds are very well kept.
The condo is very well kept and clean.
Theis is a great location in Kihei, just a short walk to shopping areas and beaches.
The only real negative is that the beds are in desperate need of replacement.

I was with my elderly parents for 10 days. The ground floor condo was perfect for them, instead of navigating stairs. It was most enjoyable to just walk out from the deck and out to the beach or the pool.

We love Kihei and actually have stayed in the complex (not this unit previously)every year pre covid. The unit we normally rented had been sold :/ but since we enjoyed the area, we found another rental. Having young kids the ground level is great.
The unit could stand a deep cleaning. There were loads of spiders and forget walking barefoot, soles of our feet were turning black. Since I have a crawling baby, I deep cleaned. I put a message into the management, who blamed the spiders on the tropical location. They offered to spray the unit, but I have a crawling baby and did not want toxic chemicals. Due to the many cobwebs, it was obvious the spiders had made this place home also....I took care of most of them. The master suite had way too much unnecessary furniture for the space.
All in all, the unit was much better after we cleaned and got most of the cobwebs and dusted. If they get their cleaning service figured out, and get some of that furniture out of the master it will be much better!

Road to Hana, Haleakala, visiting the west and the south beaches, and the airport was not a bad drive either. The sunset viewed just steps from our lanai at rm 114 was amazing as well. Nice and quiet area, but close to a grocery store and food truck area just up the road.

I came with my daughter and her friend for a quick getaway. It was perfect. The location to the beach and shopping was wonderful. We are amazing food all weekend and loved seeing the island. We will be back!

For the Maui price point this condo can't be beat. When I needed to contact management with regards to a late checkout they were quite difficult to get a hold of. It took almost two days to get that sorted, but they were very professional once communication was established. The only thing in the condo that could have been better were a couple tiny spots of mold in each of the showers and a couple burnt out light bulbs in the unit. While still ok, the beds in both bedrooms are probably coming due for new mattresses. Overall the unit was fantastic and I would certainly consider booking this one again.

If you are an early riser this condo is in a perfect location to enjoy the beach. The wind comes up mid-day so it’s best to get to the beach early. The condo was clean, well maintained and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The property manager was very responsive and we had all the instructions well before we arrived. Bring your own speaker if you want to listen to music from your phone. The electronics are out of date.

Lovely place, on the ocean side of the road. Ground floor unit with stunning views. From the inside, you look out the sliding patio doors across 40 yards of grass to sand and swim-able Pacific ocean, with water that's warm year round.
The compact kitchen is fully equipped, a designated parking spot was only 50 feet from the front door, and the neighbors are friendly.

Great stay in Kihei. Nice private-like access to the beach. The lanai was really nice to wake up to every morning.
