The condo was beautifully decorated, well stocked, and comfortable. It was in a fabulous location, with a 2 minute walk to beach or pool and it was close to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
Although this is subjective, our only recommendation would be to update the bed, it was a little uncomfortable.

My husband and I were expecting a nice condo, which this certainly is. What blew us away was the amazing, lavish, colorful landscaping of the Ekahi complex, which would put many botanical gardens to shame. Add in a well-stocked unit, comfortable furniture, terrific kitchen, awesome lanai, and the close proximity to the beach (including an amazing snorkeling spot at Ulua Beach, which is about a 1/2 mile walk from the condo), and you’ve got a truly fantastic place to stay.

Tucked right at the north end of Wailea, this condo offers a quick walk to the beach, added pool access and easy accessibility to all resort benefits within walking distance if desired.

This condo was perfect for our Honeymoon in Hawaii. It was even better than what we expected! The unit was very clean, updated and EXTREMELY well stocked with everything you'd want in a condo. It honestly felt more like a home than a hotel.
The beach is a very short walk away and the sunsets over the beach are stunning. The complex grounds are very nice with two pools very close by and other nice facilities available too.
Wailea is also a great location on Maui. Close to most of the things you'd want to do on Maui, yet doesn't have the resorty feeling of Kaanapali.
We would definitely stay here again if we ever return back to Maui,

This condo really exceeded our expectations! I love to cook, so I really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. All the service - plates, glasses, flatware, placemats - were matching and of high quality, not thrift shop oddballs. Everything was spotless, updated, and functioned perfectly. We love the privacy of our extended lanai, with gorgeous flowers and a snippet of ocean view.... great place to enjoy our grilled steaks and wine. Further, there was an organized manual with everything we needed to know, and nothing we didn't. Our host responded quickly to our questions about what beach gear was available.... what he had was perfect for us, as we had our own snorkeling gear. Pickleball court and a nice quiet pool were right across the parking lot, and the beach was an easy 5 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again. In fact, this is one of those places that is so nice that you almost don't want to tell too many people about it.

This was our second stay at Ekahi Village and first time in this unit. Everything in 20B is very well maintained and nicely renovated just as described. The location cannot be beat - just a quick 5 minute walk to the main pool/pavilion and the beach. We got a lot of use out of the very large patio/grill area, and because of the way 20B is situated at the edge of the property the outdoor space is more private compared to other units. We also really appreciated the extra amenities: Sonos speaker, printer/fax (perfect for printing out confirmations, boarding passes, etc), beach chairs/umbrellas, etc. The only thing really missing was paddles/balls for the pickle-ball court, which are unavailable from the main office to renters. The host Ken is super responsive, and flexible. Even with traveling demand picking up, we were able to work out an alternative checkout time to line up with our other arrangements. The Ekahi Village has done a nice job keeping up the overall grounds - the beach/pool pavilion was recently renovated and features brand new grills, ovens, refrigerators, covered seating, shuffle board court, and so on. We will definitely have this unit at the top of our list if we end up in Wailea again.

Wailea Ekahi 20B exceeded our expectations. Clean condo with all the amenities, an excellent location, and stunning, well-kept grounds. Located in the lower Ekahi village, it was a short walk to the beautiful beach and beachside pool/pavilion. There was a smaller pool located just outside the condo parking area. The condo can be difficult to find as the access drive for 20B is located off Okolani and not accessible using the destination address; however, the security guards that regularly make their rounds are quick to help. We highly recommend 20B to anyone looking for a vacation rental in the Wailea area. Thank you, Ken, for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

This beautifully decorated condo was comfortable yet beach-elegant. It definitely had a feel of being someone's home vs. a perpetual rental. There were notes about taking off shoes and being careful not to stain area rugs. Remember to bring some socks to walk around in. I'd say it's not a place to have young children and spills. The location in the development is really desirable. It is one of the closest units to the ocean (altho' you get just a peek thru' the trees the grounds are very beautifully maintained). The quiet pools in the development were not heated but a great place for adults to lay out and read. The community pool allows children, is heated, and overlooks the beach. There is lots of shade and fabulous breezes around the pool. The location in Kehei is so convenient to the Wailea Shops & restaurants and hotel/resorts to the south and to a more neighborhood vibe just to the north. The pop up cabana, chairs, goggles, and boogie boards in the closet were terrific and helped make our beach experience complete. Tip: get to the beach early in the day as the wind picks up around noon...or at least it did in mid October every day. This condo is beautifully decorated and maintained. Staying in this condo was a great value versus staying at a resort with hefty resort fees. The location is convenient to many areas on the island. Waliea is a beautiful part of the island. The condo property is peaceful, quiet and lush with gorgeous rolling grounds, and beautiful pools. The first floor entrance and close parking made it very easy to get in and out of the condo, run out for food, etc. This condo would be great for a couple, or family with 1-2 young kids or teenagers. If you have rambunctious children, it may be stressful to stay here and worry about any of the beautiful Hawaiian decorations getting broken. It is a walk to the main pool and beach, so we found ourselves driving our 5 year old and all her beach stuff to the beach parking that is very nearby so we didn't have to carry things on the long walk. The bed is very comfortable and the bathrooms are large and beautiful as well. It was very helpful having in-unit laundry and access to the beach gear stored on the patio - which we would have had to rent. The beach is a great beach to walk along and snorkel in. We saw a turtle swimming along the beach there as well.

Well appointed and sparkling clean! Private lanai was amazing for morning coffee. It was great to be able to do laundry mid-trip! We used the provided beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and toys daily--what an added bonus!! Kathi was always easy to work with, super helpful and provided us with a ton of useful information. We would LOVE to to stay here again and would highly recommend it.

The closest beach is one of the most beautiful beaches that we have seen. You feel like in the blessed spot of the world! We highly recommend and certainly we will be back there.

My husband and I loved our week in Maui at Ekahi Village. Our accommodations were clean and attractive inside and out. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and for outdoor cooking. To make it even better, we had a one minute walk for an 8am swim and an eight minute walk to the large pool and beach. Not to mention, lots of great place to eat and scenic drives to places of interest. Now...that's our idea of a perfect Hawaiian vacation.

I had the most wonderful stay at this lovely condo. The grounds are beautiful, the flora & fauna make you feel like you are truly in paradise. The setting is serene. The condo was very clean and has everything you need and more. Both full bathrooms are tastefully updated. The unit is beautifully decorated - the kitchen is spacious with everything you need! The open concept is great. My favorite part was the very large double sized lanai- there are comfortable lounge chairs which were great for taking in the beautiful view and relaxing. And it's perfect for outdoor dining. The pool & spa area is gorgeous and set on the beach. I did whale watching from my lounge chair at the pool! At one end of the beach there is a paved path along the beach-perfect for long morning and sunset walks. The location was very quiet and convenient. Looking forward to more visits.

We have been renting from Kathi for the last 2 years and will be spending our 2016 vacation there as well. The condo is very comfortable and clean and is perfectly located close to the beach. It is almost a flat walk to the beach, which is very important for us, and takes only minutes. The main pool is very close as well and the small pool right above is perfect for the afternoon - it's like having a private pool! Kathi has her Maui home furnished with some lovely Maui touches and local art. She has everything you could want in the kitchen (we cook in and BBQ quite often). The big double lanai is also a favourite of ours. It is very spacious and provides sun and shade at anytime of the day. It is a very quiet location (no road noise) on a beautiful grass belt with a bougainvillea hedge - great for a relaxing morning coffee or for watching the sunset. A perfect location - a perfect Maui home.
