Yes this property is a bit more costly than others, however our group of boomers and millennials all agreed that it was worth it. From the fabulous oceanfront location where we sat on lounge chairs watching the dolphins and sea turtles, to having a swim in the sparkling clean pool, barbecuing on the grill, and just relaxing on the lanai, this home has it all. The well stocked beach toy closet is also a big plus. We highly recommend this rental property and would go again. There was a hitch in communication with the property management company but in the end it was resolved.

The location was fabulous.
The TV situation was sub-optimal
The TV's did not have the same remotes for each of them.One of the remotes was mangled. There were no complete instructions for the TV's. We had to get a service man to help with using TV's.
The bed in the secondary bedroom was made by having 2 twin mattresses. The height difference between the two mattresses was 1 1/2-2".
These are all things which were tolerable, but should have been corrected before anyone stayed.

We loved our stay in Alihi Lani #1. Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with the dishes required to make family meals. The view was outstanding such y the that we did not go out for dinner much as we had the best view from our condo - whale watching and beautiful sunsets.

Very,very disappointed, we went to this particular property because we are familiar with the location. Beautiful view of the ocean, a swimming pool in front of our door step. And a quiet area. But, the 2nd day after arriving a sign was put up that there will be pool maintenance, the pool out of service until the following week. This was not mentioned at all before our arrival. So, not only did we not have pool use at our door step, but we had screeching noise from the machines taking tile off the sides of the pool and fine cement particles flying around most of the day. Then even our view was obstructed when they tented the pool.
This made a very frustrating vacation, not relaxing at all. Dust, noise and no view. Totally unacceptable and not thoughtful of the owners to shut the comlpex down completely until the job was completed. This company should compensate by refunding the 5 days at $513.00 a day.
We would have looked for another place had we known. Totally unacceptable .

Love, love, love Alihi Lani 1! This was a return visit that we also shared with dear friends. Beautiful location in Poipu and a wonderful condo. The best sunset view-and a short walk to see the sunrise! Will definitely be back in the future!!

This was an amazing property for our family! Location was perfect, with a great view of the ocean & sunset. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated having the beach chairs, umbrella, and kids toys for beach days. The pool outside was the perfect size for our toddler and access to the Poipu Athletic Club was a bonus. Our family of 5 stayed here for a month. The location can’t be beat. The pool was one of our favorite places to hang out and we were very comfortable in the condo. We also took advantage several times of the membership at the athletic club. The pool and restaurant there were amazing. A great stay and vacation!

His property was beautiful. It was very clean and well stocked with all the amenities you would need. The pool is clean and beautiful. The views of the ocean were exactly what we were looking for. The only issue was the local teenagers were hanging out across the street playing loud music most nights but always wrapped it up by 10 PM

We stayed here in June with our two boys, ages 8 and 10. The condo was perfect for us! It had a beachy, homey feel to it. Stocked with all the essentials - kitchen utensils, toaster oven, dishes, and even some olive oil and spices to get us going. The beach gear was perfect for us and the kids - chairs, towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear and shoes. We ate all of our meals on the porch, which had amazing views! The pool and bbq were so convenient to the condo - it made life very easy. The only downside was the amount of folks that park along the side of the road to watch the sunset at night with their music blaring- but that is because it is a great place to watch the sunset. Also - our internal pool lights only worked one night so the kids were bummed about that. There is a great outdoor shower to clean off after the beach and it is a short walk to the beach. It was refreshing to take a dip in the pool after the hot beach. We took advantage of the huge stock of games in the closet. We were sad to leave this place - it really was wonderful.

The lanai was spacious and the unit contained tasteful furnishings and all the decor made it feel more like a home then a rental. We appreciated the extras like the binoculars and beach equipment.
We had to deal with several different people from jade rental management so communication was sometimes a challenge also VRBO site often had a pop up saying “oops try again” when I tried to reply to the agency on several attempts. Also we had no cellular data (from Canada) so we had to only depend on the internet.
There were minor issues with the unit which were dealt with in a timely fashion.
The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the filtered water from the fridge and also the ice maker.
The location was great and the ocean view was spectacular, we usually don’t splurge for that, but it was a special occasion.
The lower unit was great for access to the pool and BQ, but could hear movement in the upper unit.
Beds were fine, mattresses were more on the soft side so it really depends on individual preferences.
All in all very comfortable!

Great location, close to ocean, shopping.
Nice updated units, smaller building (good) with convenient pool in attractive grounds, good parking.
Had a bit of a frustrating first few days with smelly septic which was ultimately fixed.

Great place to stay on Kauai! Saw whales breaching and playing everyday from our lanai. Sunsets every night were amazing! Easily accommodates 2 couples. Only down side was being on the ground floor as the neighbors above could be heard stomping around at times. We would still stay here again.

We had the best time at this beautiful condo! Fantastic location and very clean, comfortable and well equipped! The front deck is amazing to watch sunsets and enjoy meals together! We had a couple of small requests while we were there and Blue Jade was very responsive. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

Great condo for our family including 3 teens. We appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards, even snorkel equipment and water shoes! The sunsets from the deck were incredible. On our last evening, we saw 2 whales! Sadly we didn’t spend much time at the condo as there is so much exploring to do on the island. The beds are very comfortable.

The condo has everything you need for a great time. Boogie boards and lots of games. Great Location with short walk to the Sheraton and a couple other hotels with beaches. Pool was a bit cold, but it was December and we had lots of rain. Wish we had more time to take as advantage of the bbq and lounging at the pool. Patio is perfect and most others we saw didn’t have all the patio space. Highly recommend.

This condo has everything a family of 4 could ask for, our sons are 15 & 18. The kitchen is fully equipped to dine in and entertain, as well with most common seasonings. The en-suite rooms were roomy and beds/linens were very comfortable. It is FULLY equipped with all of your beach needs, from chairs, to coolers, to umbrellas to boogie boards! The outdoor patio was perfect for outdoor dining and having coffee in the morning. The very best is the view, pool and lanai!!! We packed our days in with fun activities but coming back to take a dip in the pool and relax under the umbrella while watching the waves and sunset were PERFECT! We highky recommend staying here on your next Kaua’i vacation!
