This is our second stay at Papakea D207. It's clean and bright, remains toddler safe, and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation! Kitchen/cooking/dining supplies are great, we ate out only once. The property is pretty mellow and we had no trouble with kids bedtime at 8pm or ours at 10pm. Papakea D207 is our home away from home and we won't hesitate to book again. My Perfect Stays is a great property manager as well, always responsive and I appreciated the reminder/info emails before our trip.

My husband and I have stayed at Papakea Resort a few times and love it there. This unit was very nice and clean and had everything you needed. If you have never been to this area of Maui or Maui in general this is our favorite spot as it has so much to offer within walking distance.

Unit was as described and had a lovely view of the grounds and ocean. The location was very convenient and the complex had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. When we alerted myperfectsrays of a minor plumbing issue we discovered, they were highly responsive; someone was out to fix it that day. Would recommend this unit.

We were so grateful to see the unit was very well appointed, comfortable and clean. The grounds are well-maintained and it was relaxing at the pool. We ate at the condo several times, but also enjoyed the food trucks, Java Jazz and other restaurants while we were there. I can't wait until our next visit! Mahalo

Our stay was so lovely. The condo was super clean and felt like a home away from home in paradise. The place had towels, beach chairs, snorkeling gear (different kinds of masks) and a cooler. The kitchen was fully stocked. You can see the ocean from the patio. The pool and hot tub were so fun and there was shuffle board and other lawn games. You can walk to the beach - take surf lessons from Tony! There is also a food truck park in walking distance (abc store too). I can’t wait to go back! Oh and there was a washer dryer which was so nice to have! Would 100% recommend.

There are a sufficient number of parking spaces, but they are far too narrow. Maybe it’s just a Maui thing, but the property could still make changes. The living room air conditioner worked well, but the bedroom was stiflingly hot. I can’t imagine the bedroom temperature in the summer. Everything else was near perfect!

I would not recommend staying here in this room. The room had close to 20 cockroaches in the dishwasher, washing machine, shower, oven, kitchen cabinets, etc. There were cockroach traps and we had the room treated by pest control and still they kept coming back daily. We had to leave and get ready in other family members rooms. I do not recommend.

First time in Maui and definitely not the last. We were lucky to find Papakea resort on VRBO and we are glad we did. The resort is right in the center of everything, it was between 5 -10 minutes from Napili Beach, Black Rock Beach, Front St town area and Whalers Village. The resort is also near a grocery and food trucks which are conveniently located 5 minutes by walking. The photos on VRBO exactly shows how the unit is like and the amazing view from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our time at the Aston at Papakea! Amazing ocean views (we could even see whales), pool on property, short walk to beach access. Extremely clean. Only minor issue was that AC only really worked in main room, didn’t reach bedroom. But we opened the windows and it was all ok. Thanks for a great stay!

We arrived at Papakea around 8:30pm. I picked up the phone outside the office to reach someone, and in less than two minutes, a staff member arrived to give us our parking pass and room key cards. The condo was clean and a and perfect for two people. The bedroom is spacious with plenty of hangers, closet space and drawer space. They even provide two luggage racks. The king bed was very comfortable. However, I have neck issues, and the pillows were a bit firm for me. My husband found them very comfortable. You can hear a bit of outside noise through the bedroom windows, but the property is pretty quiet at night, so it wasn't a big issue. Everything you could possible need to cook with is in the kitchen, including a toaster and blender. There are even Rubbermaid containers if you want to pack food for the beach or a road trip. The living area is spacious and comfortable. The TV wasn't very easy to use, even with the instructions given in the booklet. The terrace was great, and we used it every day. The sliding door is a bit stubborn when opening and closing. There's a putting green around the pool area and there are putters and balls available to use. There are also beach chairs provided, which were very useful. About half way into our trip, our card keys weren't working. I thought they were de-magnetized, but it turned out is was a dead battery. When we went to the office, they contacted maintenance and the problem was taken care of within 15 minutes. Very impressive. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. It was well stocked with many amenities (including some spices and cooking supplies, beach equipment such as Chairs, umbrella, and cooler.). Great view of grounds and ocean where we enjoyed morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evenings. This property was much more quiet than others we have stayed at and if you like to walk there is a long boardwalk which extends to end of Kaanapali beach (5 km each way).
There are two nice pools and several BBQs to grill dinner on.
We would stay here again without question.

The pictures are a good representation of the property. It is very conveniently located, close to groceries, food trucks and restaurants, Lahaina is 10 mins away and only 5 miles to some of the best snorkeling spots on the island. The condo is equipped with all the modern conveniences and stocked with the necessities -- towels, paper towels, bed linens, toilet paper, hand soap, dish towels, cooking & eating utensils, etc. The condo is also equipped with everything you need for beach days — beach chairs, snorkeling gear, floating devices. We loved that there is a washer and dryer in the unit so we were able to pack light for the trip. We only stayed for a few days but we will definitely be back. It was a great place to relax at the end of our trip.

So we thought we were going to have a ocean view with this room. Also the walls were super thin and you can hear everything from other tenants to water running through the walls. Other than that the stay was ok
