Do not hesitate to book this property! Everything was incredible! The property is part of a small complex. Even in the middle of summer the pool wasn't crowded. We had a view of both the ocean and the pool. Sea turtles everywhere!!! It was a was a very short walk to a sandy beach where our girls played for hours and swam with turtles. There is a washer/dryer set in the unit. We had everything we needed for a fantastic week!! The no ac was no problem at all. The breeze was amazing!! We had zero complaints and will definitely try to come back. This was our third time to Maui and this unit was the best one we've stayed in by far. You won't be disappointed.

The unit works. Parking, main level entrance, ocean view, good kitchen, comfy beds, beach gear including chairs, umbrella and snorkel gear. It works.
Other: no beach, road noise in master, no AC, but in Hawaii AC could mean open windows and ceiling fans: and unit above has very squeaky floors.

The location so close to the ocean is first class..full advantage of sunrises and sunsets ..were truly enjoyed by all of us..would highly recommend a stay at this very clean and open concept condominium..the balcony was almost on top of the ocean which allowed us to witness the wanderings on to dry beach of the sea turtles and many longboarders..and was where we spent most of our time!!Great pool access(2 convenient pools and efficient barbecue facilities by our condo complex..a great experience!!

The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to enjoy a week at the beach. The proximity to the pool was great and the distance to Lahaina as well as other entertainment venues was an easy drive. The view was incredible and the sunsets were spectacular from the back porch. Definitely not as crowded as the resorts just down the beach.

Loved the view and the condo for our family. We watched the sea turtles daily and were so close it Whalers village had the best of both worlds. Condo was clean and fully stocked. Loved our Patio and can't say enough about our peaceful view of the ocean. Only thing I missed was no AC, however the breeze from the ocean kept most of the condo comfy expect the front bedroom… it was stuffy and hot. There was a plug in fan for the room and it did help but still very warm and somewhat hard to sleep. Overall we had a great trip and very happy with our stay!

Our stay at Noelani 210 was great. When we arrived after a long day of travel the condo was clean and ready to go. The views are amazing as we were right on the water. I really couldn't have imagined a better location. The team at My Perfect Stays was great. They checked in with us to be sure everything was going well during our stay and were very responsive whenever I reached out to them. That being said, I only needed to reach out to them prior to our trip as nothing went wrong while we were there and they made sure of that. I would definitely come back to Maui, this condo and will surely use My Perfect Stays again. Thanks for a great experience!

We were deciding between a condo like this and a resort type setting. For our family this was a big win. When we wanted to be with people/at a resort we could go anytime. When we wanted rest and privacy this was perfect. Great ocean front room, everything you need for vacation was supplied! Pools and hot tub were a great combination with additional ocean frontage. Sea turtles on property during our stay along with whale watching and surfers daily.

We loved everything about this place. The view was by far our favorite part, but the location was perfect, the cross breeze was delicious, and the pool was well maintained. This unit is right on the ocean, you can see whales from the deck. The screen for the front were not operating, I hope that was fixed. The kitchen did not have enough glassware, and a bit dirty on the stove and refrigerator. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were small but clean. We enjoyed our stay!

The main selling point of this condo is the incredible view. The lanai is very spacious and we got to watch sea turtles in the rocks below and see stunning sunsets. The unit is a bit older and outdated feeling, smelled musty until aired out, and was not very clean, but things were in good working order. The water in the condo tastes absolutely horrible (and I’m not picky about water, it was so bad) , so we had to buy bottled water for a long stay unfortunately. Otherwise, had a great stay!

My family and I stayed here for a week and had such an awesome time. The condo had everything we needed: full kitchen, laundry, 2 pools, beach necessities, and the ocean view. This was the highlight of out trip. We loved waking up everyday to the sun rising and ending our days with the beautiful sunset in our large lanai. We miss it already! We will be back.

It was a wonderful experience to hear and see the ocean up close every day. We watched the beautiful Maui sunsets each evening. Along with whales and turtle sightings. The place was close to many areas we enjoy. The resort wasn’t too large. That was a plus for us.

We started off at 11:00 pm after 4000 mile flight with wrong key in lock box and nobody from management would respond. Finally at 2:00am manager responded and let us in. View is unbelievable!!! Between whales and turtles at times you think you were at Sea World. Property has all you want and very well maintained. Unit is very nice with all amenities. We had 5 adults and although small in size it worked just fine. Park next to property is a launch site for multiple surfers who provide entertainment all day. Views are the finest you can find…period! Property had great pool, hot tub and multiple barbeque grills. Centrally located about 3 minutes south of Kapalua/Ritz Carleton and 3 minutes north of high end shopping at Whale Harbor shops in Kanipolli. Perfect location to use as a base for all exploring. An hour away from road to Hana, wialea, north shore and airport. It’s not mileage to be an hour it’s slow speed limits and traffic. Frankly I would have been happy just reading a book on patio overlooking paradise for two weeks.

This condo is exactly as the listing and photos depict it. The location is easily accessed from the airport and offers easy access to Kahana resorts/restaurants and Lehaina town. We especially enjoyed sitting on our balcony, watching surfers, sea turtles, and sunsets.

The unit has a spectacular view & we loved the location. Our mornings and evenings on the patio were amazing!! We saw turtles on the little beach out front in the evenings. It was windy enough that we didn’t even miss the AC. The condo is stocked well enough. There are a few things that are in need of repair/replacement in the unit, but nothing that would cause us to not book again. The property management service was great & very helpful. We loved our stay & would definitely come back!

Our family had a wonderful time! It has everything you need (pots, pans etc for cooking and although we rented boards there were bodyboards there). No need for air conditioning. There is a really nice breeze from the doors being open and the window since it’s a corner unit. Kids (17-24 yo) all surfed everyday right out front…breakfast on patio. Bedding is top notch. Mahalo to the owners…we will be back :)

We just got back from our trip and this place was incredible. Spent most of the time hanging out on the lanai. My teens loved that they could easily walk to the beach. We also saw turtles every day which was so fun to see.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo has the most beautiful view you can imagine! Sea turtles feasted on rocks right outside the condo, then rested on the small private beach a 5 minute walk from the condo! We even saw a Monk seal swimming by!! The view of sail boats and surfers could keep you on the patio for hours!!
The unit had awesome beach equipment, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach umbrella, small ice chest, and lots of toys for surf and sand.
The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could wish for when cooking in. The condo was tastefully decorated with updated granite and cabinets in the kitchen and beautiful slate floors.
My Perfect Stay was wonderful at communication prior to and throughout our stay!
If we are blessed to return to Maui, this is the only place we would stay!
