The property had everything and more that we needed for our family trip to Hawaii! it was a great location as it was close to shops and an access to a beach and pools so we had lots to do as a family. The check-in process was simple and not complicated. I would recommend to anyone travelling to Hawaii with a family to stay at this location.

The place itself is gorgeous: feels new, spacious, beautiful kitchen. Location is the best in my opinion: within 15 min drive to all best beaches and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Major issue for us were cockroaches all over kitchen counters and dishwasher. Property managers were responsive but not much could be do about that. Kitchen was completely empty: no condiments, no esssetials for cooking. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waikoloa fairway villas. Listing was as described. Beautiful and clean interior. Everything worked well. No issues. The location is very close to shops and restaurants. Beach access is a five minute drive. AC was great to have is this area heats up during the day.
There were several beach amenities in the garage which was great. Chairs, cooler, umbrella etc. The garage is quite small and can be tough to get into. Anything bigger than a midsize sedan probably won't fit.
Our family loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Very quiet, we felt like we were by ourselves. The biggest downside = the wifi was spotty at times...not sure if this was an issue across the complex or just in this condo. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This was our 6th stay in Waikoloa, and this property did not disappoint. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, as well as for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, mats, one cooler, etc.).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beds are a little firmer than my preference but overall the location and home were perfect.
The directions that were sent on how to get there were a tad confusing. They say to turn right at the gas station, but the gas station is impossible to see unless you know it's there. Turn Right at the Kings Shops sign!
Would love to stay here again.

The property was clean and well taken care of. The lanai was roomy. It didn’t get direct afternoon sun so you were able to enjoy it more. The house was stocked exactly as advertised. The communication with the manager was easy and fast. We had a minivan, which just fit in the garage. So don’t get any thing bigger. You can walk almost anywhere. It’s all close by. The best part was the whale watching trip. Had a whale go right under the boat. They had a super nice pool and a large barbecue area. It was a great trip.

This was a perfect unit for our family of 5, 4 adults and 1 youth. We were very comfortable with lots of extra amenities in the unit and all elements just as described and in photos. Clean, bright and modern home. Private single car garage with all the beach needs, coolers, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkles.
Contact with the management company was exceptional with several communications and clarity for our arrival and departure.
We will definitely be back, and if all of this companies units are like this, we will continue to use their services on our return to the Big Island.

The apartment is super nice and clean. The location is near all best white sand beaches. The best thing is we found umbrellas, beach chairs and some boards in the garage so we don’t need to rent them in the beach.

Fairway Villas is a great resort near restaurants and shopping, great location.
Kona Vacations was incredibly helpful before and during my stay.

We all had a wonderful experience. Enough space to get together and enough bathrooms and bedrooms for privacy and space to do your own thing. Also the air conditioning was a huge plus when the weather got humid and sultry. The early morning turkey greetings were a surprise and we loved the Franklins too,

Rental process and check in was very easy. Condo was clean and well supplied with essentials so no need to buy laundry detergent etc. Beautiful setting on the golf course and within walking distance to the shops and beach. No need to leave the resort if you choose not to. We will certainly check availability for the condo next time we visit HI.

We’ve been staying at this property for 15 years. This until wasn’t up to par! The TV was a disaster. You needed to use your own streaming service snd we spent hours trying to get some TV. Not supplied with any starting coffee or amenities like other units have had. Lots of bugs.

Our family really enjoyed this beautiful condo in Waikaloa. It was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. Nice appliances, cooking utensils, and BBQ.
Towels, beach chair, cooler, umbrella were a nice surprise.
Access to a great infinity pool with a nice view.
Walking distance to great restaurants and a spectacular beach.
Centrally located with quick drives to Kona, Waimea, Hawi.
We had minor issues with a shower curtain and wifi, the property management company was very responsive and resolved both issues quickly. They are pros.

Property is beautiful and we had a great time. We would definitely consider staying again if we visit this island again. We did take advantage of the concierge service. David was super helpful and very quick to respond. I will warn others that when snorkeling we didn’t get promised snorkel time on dolphin excursion or manta ray excursion. Manta Ray excursion was guaranteed and they would not return my call.
