Place was clean and spacious for the little time we spent in it. The pool was nice to cool off in before bed. Beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchen. Views were beautiful! There are no locks on any inside doors so private moments (showering, toilet, intimacy) were difficult. Parking height is only 6'2" so the car we rented didn’t fit in the garage. Parking each night was a nightmare and really put a damper on things at the end of everyday. We tried switching our rental to a shorter van but nothing was available. This would have been good information to have been given before we decided to rent. Also, small things like garbage liners that actually fit the kitchen garbage can would have made things nicer.

Our accommodation was just okay, and far too costly for the poor management communication and amenities offered. From the time of reservation, we received a series of emails with disjointed and fragmented instructions listing only a portion of the information needed to make our stay more comfortable. We were emailed three separate times to confirm exact check in time and submitted our information several times in provided links/forms/portals. The same occurred during check out. Additionally, we received strange texts near the end of our stay trying to correct a guest’s behavior through apparent real-time camera monitoring? Very poor communication from beginning to end.
Next, the A/C situation was quite poor. There was a small A/C unit in one room, and even with the doors open all day long, the other rooms were sweltering.
Lastly, the apartment is in need of a good cleaning. The floors were quite dirty, and the couches in the common area were old and dirty.
The location was convenient for Waikiki and the view from the apartment was nice.
Overall though, we expected more for the price.

The view from the master bedroom is amazing. Lots of traffic noise and sirens from police vehicles. Very old condo that is in need of some love. Stove is in ruff shape. It served our purpose and in no way effected our vacation in a negative way. Short walk to Waikiki, maybe 5 minutes.

This property was close to everything and had a nice view of the canal and the golf course. Property didn't have some of the amenities area hotels offered but we were able to use nearby 24 hour fitness to workout while our stay so it wasn't a deal not having a gym. Overall we were very happy with the location and the property so we would consider staying at the property again.

Having never been to Waikiki, it was difficult to imagine the relative proximity and general setup of everything beforehand, as well as to imagine April’s weather. The photos of the property made it look large and comfortable when in fact the bathroom was a two-pocket-door closet and the bedrooms (and squeaky beds) were tiny, as was the galley kitchen. The property location was a healthy walk to many places we wanted to be, and the parking garage was treacherously tight. All that said, we had everything we needed for the few days we were there, and were relatively comfortable. Our biggest complaint was the sliding glass door: it was extremely windy during our stay, and the door shook so badly and loudly we all wore ear plugs to sleep. While we probably wouldn’t stay there again, it suited our needs.

The place was affordable and listed as described. It rained on us so having the washer & dryer inside the unit was a bonus! It's loud but expected it since Ala Wei is a major street. The bottom of the shower could use scrubbing. Overall it was a great location & the 6 of us fit comfortably. Mahalo!

The place was just as described... Pool is only maybe 7 foot wide though. We did struggle with stuck door and eventually entire door knob broke and we never could get anyone to fix it and dealt with struggling to get in for a week. The parking spot has incredibly low clearance and we could not park in parking spot and no other parking available we left with a total of five parking tickets over our 2 week stay. But overall it was a nice stay.

Property was as listed. Check-in was a bit frustrating because the code to the lock box wasn't updated. Thank goodness for the 24 hour support line (we checked in just before 11 pm). Location was great, a few blocks from the beach and main street of Waikiki. Unfortunately renovations were underway during our stay so we weren't able to use the pool during the days however it was open on weekend so we managed to get in a BBQ/pool day on Sunday. All in all, the unit had everything you need for a comfortable stay, i.e. dinnerware, pots and pans, utensils, beach towels, washer/dryer, etc.

We found the unit exactly as it appeared on the website. It was conveniently located. All linens, towels and paper goods were provided. There was even a washer and dryer. I would recommend this rental to others.

The property was very clean and provided our family of four with everything we needed for our 6 night stay in Waikiki. It is well located with just a short walk to Waikiki Beach and shopping. Unfortunately for myself and my husband sleeping in the room which looks towards the beautiful golf course was a thumbs down. Despite being on the 10th floor the road traffic below is so loud and constant, that if feels like you are staying on the ground floor.

The property was perfect for our family of six! It had a great view, was close to the beach, the beds were comfortable, check in was easy, property owner was very prompt and helpful with our questions. I would highly recommend this property to others!
The only complaint, if you can call it that, is the patio door shook all night long, making it difficult to sleep.
Also, not being from HI, we did not know that the stores do not have plastic or paper bags available. Maybe that would be something you alert renters to. You may have, but we missed it.

We struggled with fobs and doors to get into the place, and there were not enough key/fob combos for our group to ever split up, but otherwise had a good stay.
Of course super convenient to the beach and shopping. which is the whole point to staying in Waikiki!
Great view of canal, golf course, and Honolulu - every morning we were greeted with a rainbow!
Could use two more dining chairs and a few more towel racks. Bedding was clean and comfortable

Not a pleasant neighbourhood hookers and homeless everywhere, even though it’s 1 block from the beach. Only 2 elements on the stove worked and it was old and not really clean.

I have spent wonderful 5 days in this room.
I almost no need air conditioning because of breeze flowing into.
Dishes in kitchen were clean.
Linens were fancy and clean.
If I have a chance to stay Honolulu again, I want to book here!

This was a terrific location an easy walk from the beach and close to bus lines if you want to explore Honolulu. Terrific view from the windows and small balcony over the canal and a golf course. Lots of thoughtful amenities for the beach waiting in the closet as well. Loved having the locked parking garage with a reserved space included (gate opens conveniently with a key fob), so we felt that the rental car was safe. You are near the Diamond Head end of Waikiki Beach, so if you walk straight up the the beach you arrive at the site of a free Hula show several nights a week at Kuhio Beach Park. The property is not new, but it is in good shape.

This condo is in a great location just 3 blocks from the beach. The directions were clear and we had no trouble. It's so nice having a kitchen and extra space with a family and the parking spot was a lifesaver. You are on the 10th floor so it was windy and the street traffic still loud, but I think you'll get that most places. Overall a great choice.
