The check in was delayed to 5:30 pm as the property was not cleaned yet. Had a repair issue on day one. Our host did not meet us at the greeting desk however we were charged excessive hosting fees. The location was not ocean view as described, blocked by the roof of another building. The host and reservation fees were excessive. I would not be staying at this property in the future.

We spent 12 days at Maria’s villa in Ko Olina and we couldn’t ask for a better stay! The facility was great, so close to the beaches, and check in process was seamless. Communication with Maria was great and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on our vacation!

This condo and property is perfection. Came with the whole family including 2 adults, 3yo, 8yo and 9yo. The 2 bedroom was great, two older girls shared the 2nd bed and the condo had a pack-n-play we set up for the little guy to nest down in. Great to have our own living space, kitchen, lanai and washer/dryer. Not to mention the absolutely beautiful property, awesome lagoon pool, koi ponds and beach lagoon! We didn’t want to go anywhere else, definitely coming back!

This was my first time to booked from VRBO. We normally checked in through a regular hotel but this time I wanted a family vacation that is peaceful and quiet. This condo has it all!! I am so glad I booked this amazing condo. Checked in was flawless and the unit was clean. Maria was easy to work with. She answered all my questions as soon as possible. The pool was great for kids. We had a wonderful time. My only suggestion is to perhaps put a small convenience store in the villa. There's an Island Market close by which is a 4 mins drive but its a bit far to walk if you will buy groceries. Other than that this condo unit is amazing. I would totally recommend it to any future guests. My husband and I loved the kitchen!! It's definitely a plus to have such a high standard kitchen 😍. Thank you Maria for an amazing family vacation. If we come back in Oahu, we, all definitely rent this unit again.

Hands down one of the best rentals we've ever stayed in. It was fully stocked with everything we needed including pool and beach things. Location was perfect for us (we stopped at the Costco on the way in). We toured Aulani next door and was so glad that we chose to stay here. We will be back for sure.

Check in was 4pm but our flight arrived earlier. They kindly accommodated our schedule and checked us in at 1 pm--very appreciated by tired travelers!
We walked to the Four Seasons, Aulani, and Marriott via the connected foot paths. We much preferred the beach/lagoon nearest the complex (Beach Villas at Ko Olina)--not crowded at all compared to the other nearby lagoons. We had a lovely vacation and hope to return soon.

Property was as is. No complaints. We had a lot of pool and lagoon time which the kids LOVED (6 and 12). We rented a car and drove all over the island, no problem at all. Felt very safe in Ko Olina area. Property is very secure. Definitely would book again!

Ko-Olina is a great facility. Far enough from, yet close enough to downtown. Plenty of food options and beach options. Also, a great area to walk or go for a run. Exercise facilities are clean and have plenty of equipment.

I was extremely impressed with the condo. It had (almost) everything we need to make the most of our trip. We were welcomed with a gift basket which was a lovely surprise, and it included a perfectly ripe pineapple which ended up being a lifesaver since we surprisingly couldn't find ripe pineapples at any of the local stores. The master bedroom was amazing, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I want to buy it haha. The kitchen and Lanai were fantastic, we cooked great meals every night. Safeway and Costco are 10 mins away.
While we did come prepared with spices, the kitchen was fairly well stocked with a variety of spices, oil, rice etc, likely left by previous guests.
There are 3 hot tubs, a lap pool, a normal pool, and a pool bar, which are all immaculate. BBQs are tough to get access to since there aren't very many and everyone wanted to use them, but it wasn't a problem for us. Live music every night by the bbqs/bar was also an awesome touch.
The facility itself is not very busy and we never had to compete for access to anything (chairs, beach space, gym equipment, etc). If you walk over to the neighboring resorts you will appreciate how peaceful this condo is in comparison.
Snorkeling at the lagoon is fantastic. I've snorkeled a lot and while it is small, I saw a really surprising amount of fish and variety. It's also very beginner friendly, regardless how rough the surf is, the lagoon is calm. It is possible to snorkel outside of the lagoon, but be careful, it is absolutely not for beginners.
One "downside" is that everything shuts down at 9pm. Like pools, hot tubs, gym, etc. Not the end of the world, but I would have preferred 10.
One area for improvement is that the non-serrated knives are almost all nicked up/dull/useless and the honing tool has been damaged to the point it doesn't work. Don't plan on any precision cutting....
Tons of beach towels and the checkout procedure is the easiest I've ever experienced.
The bidet changed my life haha

The one thing I would ask the villas to improve would be supplying more than 2 rolls of Toilet paper for 5 guests for an 8 day period. $650 per night guests shouldn’t need to purchase such items. This units kitchen utensils & bathroom towels are extremely cheap in quality.

The only ding I had about our experience is that there was little information as to how they wanted the room left upon departure - I did text the property manager, but never got a response…but it was a holiday weekend so I don’t hold that against her…she had been quite responsive up until that time.
The property itself was beautiful, the rooms were spacious and exactly as advertised. We immensely enjoyed the balcony with its stunning views and amazing ocean breeze - it was definitely more than we expected. Definitely would come back!

We are so happy that we chose to stay at this property in Ko’Olino. The beauty and serenity of the Ocean Villa property is relaxing and family friendly. There is a great walking path and exercise path with plenty of chairs for guests. We loved the condo, kitchen and lanai. It is well maintained and It had everything we needed except you’ll need to bring beach towels and the washer/dryer are very small and dryer doesn’t get the job done. That wasn’t a big deal for us. Maria was responsive throughout our trip planning process- Mahalo! There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Would recommend renting a car to explore the island and visit Honolulu.

We are so happy that we chose to stay at this property in Ko’Olino. The beauty and serenity of the Ocean Villa property is relaxing and family friendly. There is a great walking path and exercise path with plenty of chairs for guests. We loved the condo, kitchen and lanai. It is well maintained and It had everything we needed except you’ll need to bring beach towels and the washer/dryer are very small and dryer doesn’t get the job done. That wasn’t a big deal for us. Maria was responsive throughout our trip planning process- Mahalo! There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Would recommend renting a car to explore the island and visit Honolulu.

Loved this property & location! Maria was extremely easy to reach (she even texted me on the day of arrival to make sure we arrived and sent me all the WiFi info). The unit is well equipped (loved having the beach chairs) and the lagoon was the best on the island! You will not be disappointed!

We had such a great stay at this property. Maria was a lovely host who responded quickly to our questions. The property itself was well maintained and clean. It had everything we needed and more. They had plenty of beach towels, chairs, coolers, floaties, beach toys and a wagon to carry it all. The kitchen even had a rice cooker which was a bonus for us. The primary bathroom had a washlet which was a nice bonus. The beds and other furniture were comfy and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the lanai. We would definitely like to stay here again and will be recommending it to friends and family.

We enjoyed the room very much. I didn’t enjoy the view and felt a little misled learning that we could see the ocean from the Lanai. We felt the building blocked our vision of the ocean by 90 %. The sliding doors off the kitchen were very nice to keep open and we spent a lot of time outdoors. My favorite part of staying here was the lagoon as it was quiet and not crowded with people. The grounds were stunning and well manicured. We also appreciated having use of the lawn chairs, towels and snorkeling equipment. Maria was prompt to reply to any questions we had. KO’OLINA is a beautiful area of Oahu.

Usually, I expect exactly what I see and am generally disappointed. However, this property is EXACTLY as you see in the pictures and went WAY ABOVE our expectations!! This was our first trip to Hawaii and we were hesitant to use VRBO for this trip, but we are so glad we did. This place is so beautiful and serene! Not only is the condo just perfect for our family, but the views are breathtaking! And we have our own private oasis cove that was never crowded as well as restaurants and stores just down the street! Everyone was friendly and the entire experience was perfect. Our host ALWAYS kept in touch and answered every question with quick responses. We will definitely come again! Even the price was incredible, with everything that came with it. Very worth it!! 5 stars all around!!!

Great location. Condo was comfortable and included some unexpected extras - boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, sand toys, floats, ice chests, and fold down wagon.

This villa was perfect for our family trip! It was equipped with all the beach supplies as well as household items to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The villa itself is well maintained with Maria and her team quick to respond to any of our needs. With easy access to the beach, property amenities, and a great view of the sunset, our family will for sure try to stay here again

After a last minute work trip came up that we decided to turn into a family vacation we are so thankful to have found this condo! Prior to check in Maria answered all of our questions very quickly. We checked in late and the staff was immediately so kind and welcoming and made it a breeze which was great since we were all exhausted. The condo itself was in great condition and beautifully decorated. The location was amazing and we had easy access to a Costco and other shopping. And the property itself is gorgeous! And the lagoons are beautiful and so easily accessible. We had a grandparent with us who is currently in a walking boot and slow so the easy accessibility was such a huge bonus and he was able to sit in the grass above the lagoon and still enjoy watching the kids play. My kids loved the pool and the adults loved the quiet pool and sneaking away to enjoy it. Overall it was such a great 2 weeks and we will definitely be back and highly recommend this condo!

My family and I stayed for about 9 days and it was fantastic. The condo seems very new and freshly furnished with high quality appliances etc., the host was amazing, and of course the location is impossible to beat. I'm already thinking of coming back next year.
The only complaint is with the check-in staff at the resort itself, who seemed to barely know what they were doing. The host helped get everything resolved though and in general we had a great time.
