We enjoyed the stay at the rental. It was very well furnished and had everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals.
My only issue was that the bedroom faces the parking lot and there is a lot of light coming in at night since the curtains dont block out all the light . The nightlamp opposite the bed is also quite bright and there is no way to turn it off. So if u are someone who cannot sleep easily at night with ambient light, bring an eyemask.
The property itself is beautiful and there is a great place overlooking the ocean to watch sunsets

We stayed for 8 nights and this was a great place to stay. Great jumping off location to go north, south or east. Easy to navigate to and from a number of places on the island, easy parking, and very clean, well appointed condo. Jeanette was fabulous for answering questions as well. Property has quite a few “rules” but we had no issues with any of them, and everyone around us was super respectful. Community BBQs are great to use at sunset as well! I would highly recommend and hope one day to be back! Mahalo and Merry Christmas!

It really should be 5 stars if it weren't for the sofa and the bed sheet. The bed sheet was thick and rough. And the sofa literally felt like a jean jacket. Also the dish rack was rusty so couldn't really use any of the provided dinnerware.

Stayed at this condo the first week of September 2023. Can’t say enough great things about it.
Top things we liked:
-View from the balcony is gorgeous
-Very quiet community so you can enjoy the peace and quiet
-The outdoor lounge seating that’s close to the ocean was amazing, and we almost had it to ourselves every night
-The grounds truly do resemble botanical gardens
-The unit itself was perfect for the two of us
-The washer and dryer in the unit were super convenient
-Parking was never an issue, and we felt safe that it was in a gated community
-Very conveniently located to the restaurants/shops - would be a bit of a hike to walk to that area of town from the condo, but there’s so much public parking available (for a fee) that it was fine
If we ever come back to Kona we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Hosts were easily reachable and friendly, and the check-in/check-out process couldn’t be easier.

This was a great location for our family. We loved the location. Being able to walk or drive to restaurants and shops was really convenient. The grounds are definitely meant to be a quiet location for guests but that was fine for us. The pool and ocean access was awesome. The sunset views from down by the pool were awesome. We definitely would come back to this spot. The condo had everything thing we needed for a great stay.

The view is spectacular and you can’t hear the neighbors through the walls. Loved the location because it’s so close to a lot of the shopping areas where there’s also a great amount restaurants. I highly think anyone looking for a great private location, this should be in your top 5 for this island. Plus the great rate.

The view from this condo is amazing, and the pool and oceanside area stays quiet and relaxing. The sunsets viewed from the ocean community deck area are excellent! It is only one mile from some restaurants and a few beach shops and short drive to sand beaches (lava rock is at this area of Kona). The condo has a fantastic offering of kitchen accessories to be able to cook, if you want. Perfect condo for my wife and I taking a trip without the kids. Location is amazing, just a short drive to the main strip along Ali'i Drive. The snorkeling right in front of the property was amazing, great underwater landscape including an underwater bridge just off the entry point that was super cool with lots of fish. You are entering off of the rocks so not for a novice swimmer or first time snorkeler, but we managed to get in and out without issue. All in all, we would love to visit this property again some day, great trip!

I have poor experience staying at this property. Couch were smelly, wifi was not working. After complaining about wifi and providing proof that we didnt use the wifi the owner blamed us to broke the wifi and charge us $400. I am still following with Vrbo and hopefully will get my money back. I never had such a poor experience in my life. I hope someone will be there to walk us to the property during checkin so we didnt have to face this issue.

From the time we unlocked the door we felt the aloha…..the basket on the counter was filled with fruits grown locally..…the spotless rooms were delightfully decorated, the unobstructed view of the ocean was beautiful, the sound of the surf soothing. Wow! We had a fantastic week at Jeanette’s place for our honeymoon – we would stay here again and recommend to others if you are looking for a great place to stay with a beautiful view! If you are thinking of booking here, do it!
Location and Property 5/5 – There is a pool on site, we never had time to check it out but it looked great from the lanai. Quiet property – only loud noises we heard were trucks leaving for work in the morning from the parking lot. Parking was easy to find, lots of available spaces. Shops and food are generally not walkable, but a quick drive up the street. We spent our mornings and evenings on the lanai, it was an incredible view of the lush gardens and ocean, and the sunsets were beautiful. This condo had the most beautiful view we had on our 3 week vacation to the islands.
Condo Amenities 5/5 – This condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed to cook our meals. The kitchen was renovated with new appliances, and laundry was in-unit. Beach items were provided as well. A/C in the living room and bedroom was great to have, but it was cool enough with the ceiling fans and cross breeze that we only ran it maybe 3 times. Bed was on the smaller side (double) but it was comfortable. Our only suggestions would be to add a few Tupperware containers in the kitchen to bring lunch/snacks out for the day, and to have a bar table/chairs on the lanai to have a totally unobstructed views over the railing while eating.
Cleanliness 4.5/5 – The condo was very clean on arrival, no complaints. The only concern was that the cleaners arrived two hours before checkout so we felt a bit rushed knowing they were waiting for us to vacate. No bugs or pests in the unit.
Communication 5/5 – Communication with Jeanette was great, she provided thorough instructions for the property, and checked in with us prior to our stay. She was quick to get back to us.

Location was convenient to Kona shops and restaurants; the current was strong so we could not get into the beach from the condo but I'm sure at a different time, it would have great snorkeling. I liked that the place was ground level next to the parking lot. This made it so easy to come and go. The host provides so many things that make you feel like you are at home….cooking spices, insta pot, juicer, beach gear and the list goes on and on. The view was gorgeous and so was the property. The kids had fun at the pool and exploring the tide pools on the shoreline. We would come back again!

Excellent communication with the Owner. Unit was super convenient to Downtown Kona with access to the beach. All amenities available and considered in the home, including AC, spices and all! Unit is in process of upgrading (very contained and which doesn’t impact the stay negatively at all) which will make the unit even better.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had a wonderful view of the ocean from our lanai. It was very well stocked, many new items and a redo in the kitchen. Loved the multi plug outlets that include included USB ports - there were three in the bedroom! Great new refrigerator and washer/dryer. It was also very easy to communicate with the owners. There is a lovely pool and hot tub and it’s a beautiful place to watch the sunset.

We stayed at this property early May 2022. Very comfortable. Appointed with everything we needed. Close to great snorkeling. The unit is on the first floor close to the parking lot. We thought that might be a problem with the bedroom backing up to it, but we were not bothered too much by it. The ease of entry to the unit and not having to climb stair far outweighed the minimal noise we noticed. The property is currently being remodeled, but we were very pleased with the current condition. Also, the owner was very responsive and was in contact with us to be sure we had all we needed. I would stay here again. Maholo!

What a wonderful property! Fantastic view from the lanai. We saw more whales from the lanai then we did on the whale watching excursion! Sunsets are great. The grounds are well maintained and the place is quiet. Easy walk to downtown Kona or some of the beaches to the south. Some of the reviews of this condo mentioned that the interior is dated. We did not travel to Hawaii to stay inside so it was not a problem for us. Besides the owners are working on updating the unit. The condo is very well equipped and the hosts are very responsive if you have any questions. We have already booked for 2023! Loved it!

It’s a good location to travel around the west part to the island. The flat has a nice balcony with a good view to see the ocean and the sun down. There is a ocean access but no beach. The resort is very clean and tidy. There are a lot of rules to be looked after.
The Interieur of the flat is old and used. The kitchen is well equipped. If this is for you okay, it is a nice stay.

Our stay was awesome!! When I was looking around at different properties, my main priorities were a great ocean view and close proximity to Kona downtown, and this condo is the perfect place for both! Also, the unit is on the ground floor, so no need to use stairs. The condo is close to famous restaurants, beautiful beaches, and the airport which is always a plus. My family really enjoyed our stay here for 2 weeks. My favorite time was watching the sunset from the condo's ocean front deck. We had several questions on the first day and Jeanette was very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommended!!

This condo is in a good location for most activities in the Kailua-Kona area. Walking to Green Flash Cafe in the morning was a fun treat, with snorkeling and beaches all within an easy drive. There are small tidepools to explore down by the ocean which are easily accessible from the property. The kitchen is setup for only light cooking and there were some quirks with the appliances which the owner indicated will be replaced soon. The owner is very helpful and responsive. Overall, this is an excellent value for two people who don't plan on doing much cooking.
