Stayed here with family, including kids. There were plenty of basic kitchen essentials and even some toiletries, as well as beach chairs, toys, and snorkel gear. Probably one of the most stocked vrbos I’ve ever stayed in! Prepaid parking was a plus, and convenient location to lots of restaurants and walkable places.

We stayed at the condo for the Oahu leg of our Christmas vacation. It is tucked inside the hustle and bustle of downtown Honolulu. It is not in a quiet area, so the nightlife can be loud, but this is helped some by being on the 7th floor. Everything you need is within walking distance of the hotel/resort. The pictures don't really do the views justice. Truly a fun mix between tropical city and ocean beauty. We had 2 adults and 4 kids between the ages of 7-12. The second room was a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures; very tight for 4 kids, but we made it work. It was a good value for the cost and we were grateful to have a reserved parking spot in the parking garage.

From check in to check out Rosina is an excellent host. I would not hesitate to go back. The area was accessible to the beach, market and other interest. The view itself is amazing. The amenities that were provided was very hospitality.

Rosina’s apartments was spacious, comfortable, and had almost everything you could need for your stay in Waikiki. The included parking space is a massive $$$ saver as most hotels in the area charge $40 per day. Short walk to the beach as well.

We stayed two nights and the location was great for getting to Pearl Harbor and providing easy in and out access for a short stay. Parking was provided and that was convenient and much appreciated. Me and my family stayed here for 7 nights, having the extra space was great with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge kitchen and living area.
Close to the Hilton lagoon which my kids love. It is a little walk to the centre of wiakiki which we knew, so often caught an uber which was only around $9.
Would definitely recommend this unit to other families.
Just note the washing machine and dryer is not in the unit they are shared machines on the level

We had a nice stay in Waikiki. Traveling were my Father and Mother in law, my wife and my two teenage kids. We enjoyed watching the surfers from the lanai as there was a decent south swell that would show up occasionally. The Ilikai is a great launching point for anything in Waikiki, the North shore and Pearl Harbor. There is a market onsite that had the essentials, a good ice cream shop, a nice poke place and a few other restaurants that we did not try. The unit was in a nice location and was in the shade the entire time of our stay in the middle of June.

The property was in an older condo building that was both a hotel and residences, which I didn't expect. The location was good though, close to the beach and walking distance from a lot of shops.
There were a few things that would make me rate this property lower despite the above:
- While the unit seems to have been renovated, it felt very old (e.g., the dust vents were filthy, balcony rusted, etc.)
- The place felt so cluttered with too much furniture, it's a small unit so lots of unnecessary furniture made it tough to move around, especially with unpacking suitcases
- Pest control entered the property without telling us and we got a notice left on the counter -- seems like a planned building thing but then shouldn't the owner have told us? We had 2 napping kids, so it threw us off.
Overall, I would skip -- there are a ton of more modern places in the area that would have felt more clean and a better experience. Definitely one of the more disappointing extended stays we've had.

Everything is conveniently located and the unit is central. Parking was a breeze and very appreciated for our stay. The balconies were lovely - we did have little ones and did not let them out there for personal reasons. If we ever visit again, I would strongly consider staying here if available.

We had some challenges with check-in, parking, and connecting with Rosina when we arrived. But once we were able to connect with her, Rosina made sure we were taken care of until her unit was ready.
