Everything was just so amazing....this is an excellent location both for restaurants/bars and beaches. We stayed up in the northwest part of the island last time and, overall, this location was way better. The balconies provide excellent views of the ocean and sunset. The food trucks behind the building are all amazing! Highly recommend the Acai bowls and shave ice among others....you won't regret your stay here!!!

This condo was the perfect stay for our week long vacation on Maui. The location was great as we could walk to multiple beaches, restaurants, and a grocery store. My husband and I loved our stay at Matt's condo during Thanksgiving! We really appreciated the cooler, snorkel gear, & everything needed for the beach. We also loved having a wash machine so we could rinse our suits and hang them on the extra shower rod. We enjoyed the deli downstairs for sandwiches on the go & all the great, local restaurants & bars within walking distance. Lastly, the morning & nightly views from the balconies were exceptional. Perfect place for coffee in the morning & wine at night. If we ever go back to Maui, we will defintely reach out to Matt again!

Master bedroom with awesome views and living room with awesome views! Condo completely updated with quality furnishings! Did I mention the location? Best location in Kihei! It's big and bright and may have the best views in Kihei. Despite the proximity to great restaurants (and food trucks), we mostly cooked in the extremely well-appointed kitchen and enjoyed our meals on one of the two lanais. This is a great location for being active (paddle boarding, surfing, outrigger canoeing) or just relaxing. Alright y'all, this was really a perfect stay. You get free parking, two incredible ocean views, a stocked bathroom, all the beach supplies you need (chair/umbrella/etc).
You can walk to the South Maui Gardens or numerous beaches or all the great Kihei restaurants/bars. We're glad we stayed here instead of Wailea, this is much closer to great spots and less isolated!

This is our third stay in Matt and Colleen’s condo and wouldn’t stay anywhere else on the island. Matt was in constant communication with us about the conditions on the island after the fires and very helpful in reassuring our decision to push forward with our trip. We are glad that we did as Maui is open and in need of people to return. If you are looking for a place to stay with the best location in Kihei, amazing views, clean and stocked condo and great owners then this is the place for you. The condo had everything we needed for our family (2 adults and 2 year old) and is close to everything. The South Maui Gardens is an awesome place so close to the condo. We hope to make this an annual trip again, and will be contacting Matt again about either this condo or their 2 bed condo in the same building.

Matt is super responsive and checked in on us through texts when weather issues popped up. Condo is in an excellent area away from a lot of the resorts and close to lots of beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Also well stocked, so less to pack! Washer and dryer means less clothes to pack, too. We watched most sunsets from the lanai or a quick walk across the street. So glad we found this place!

An incredible stay! Perfect for our 55th anniversary celebration: views of the ocean and mountains, location across from the park, close to restaurants, shops etc. Having the two porches offering different views and sunrises/sunsets was pretty fantastic - no need for the a/c ever. Condo incredibly well supplied with Foodland in walking distance. Condo was immaculate with lovely furnishings. Although I loved it, I don't think our grandkids would enjoy it as much what with the need for elevator access to the park area and beach. Pool was disappointing for me, a lap swimmer, who shies from the sun... but that is me! Definitely recommend this unique property.

We couldn't find any complaints. The host was amazing to work with, really easy communication. I probably shouldn't mention this as he might not be able to do this with everyone, but I sent him an email asking what were some of his favorite places to visit in the area. Instead of replying to my email, he went out of his way to call me to answer my question, and then sent me an email based on our conversation. The host definitely went above and beyond. The location of the place itself was amazing along with the views of the condo. We will definitely return again!

Between my new wife and I, we've stayed at many places and have never experienced one as well furnished as Matt's place. We love to cook and was able to do so without having to buy items outside the main ingredients. We had one question for Matt and he responded almost immediately.
It took us one day to start talking about going back to stay here!

The location of this condo is fabulous. Easy to get to, close to beaches, bars, shopping, and dining. But the sunset view is the best! Even though you are on a busy road the noise is blocked out by the quality sliding glass doors. A/C was nice to have as well. We would definitely stay here again.

From start to finish, we enjoyed every minute spent at Matt’s condo! Location is ideal for walking to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Parking is a breeze, which, for Kihei, is a tremendous value! The unit itself is the best we’ve stayed in. Extremely comfortable furniture. Very thoughtful extras that NO ONE ELSE includes (olive oil, body wash, plentiful amounts of TP and trash bags) and the things that are regularly included like coolers, snorkel gear and beach chairs. The silent A/C systems and the extra large glass doors were the cherry on top! We will be repeat customers for life! Thank you, Matt!

My husband and I traveled to Kihei for a kid-free trip. We found this property and it was perfect for the two of us. It was exactly as described. There were two lanais where we enjoyed breakfast each morning and enjoyed beautiful sunsets each evening. The condo was fully stocked with everything needed, whether it was a kitchen item, a beach towel, bathroom item like a q-tip, or a cooler to take to the beach. It was also stocked with well-thought-out items that made us feel at home. The area was nice and relaxing and has more of a local vibe. Small, independent restaurants within close walking distance as well as a grocery store. Parking was free and plentiful. Walk across the street to the beach and a nice paved path for a lovely stroll. We highly recommend this property and would stay again.

I can't recommend Matt and his condos enough.
We've stayed at both of his, and this was our first time at the penthouse one. The suite is perfect, and had everything we could have needed for our stay. It was within walking distance of our favorite places to eat, and the location can't be beat.

From two balcony views of beach to coffee and spices in the cabinets. Amazing property!! Everything you need at your fingertips from full size washer and dryer to shops in same complex. This property has everything a couple would need while visiting Maui. The place was clean, nicely furnished with amazing views from each lanai. We choose not to rent a car and found everything within a short walk. We came to celebrate our 6th year wedding anniversary and this property was an excellent choice. I would highly recommend staying here in the future

Loved staying here for our first few days in Maui. Best unit in the building - top floor corner with stunning views of the ocean from both the bedroom and living room. The unit was perfectly stocked with everything you could need. Parking was easy and free. Thank you for the great stay!

If you are looking for a fun getaway, with excellent walkability, in the center of the action in Kihei, this is your place. The unit itself was stocked with anything you could possibly need, plus a lot more! Do you want beaches, restaurants, shopping, parks? Just walk outside - they are all right there!
After a week at a family reunion in Kaanapali, which was lovely but we had to drive nearly everywhere, this was wonderful for its convenience.
I should note that, though the unit has been nicely soundproofed, this is located at an active intersection on a very busy road. There is traffic noise when you are outdoors on the lanais. That did not bother us and we felt it was worth it to be in the centralized location. The noise, which is to be expected here, would not stop us from returning. In fact, we can’t wait!

The unit was exactly as described and better than we expected. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, condiments, and cooking needs, no need to bring your own. The view from both Lanais was amazing to watch the sunset. The bedroom and living area were clean and quiet. Air condition and fans were great. Numerous supplies for snorkeling to take to the beach as well as the towels. A number of great restaurants and food places nearby. My wife and I loved the tacos from the food truck nearby. Overall we would recommend this place to our family and friends.

This property was perfectly located and had all the necessary stuff needed for our little vacation in Maui. The house was clean bunch of restaurants and shops were right outside the building and not to forget the amazing sunset views. I will recommend this property to anyone else.

This spot is perfect with restaurants, activities and the beach nearby. Also, you can beat the view being in the 6th floor made a difference and the 2 lanai's were great. They provided and almost panoramic view. Waking up every morning was a dream. The condo was filled with everything we needed, the beach chairs and cooler came in handy. The owner was great too, very accommodating and communicative. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Mahalo!

We spent ten wonderful days on Maui and the condo was an essential part of all of it. Every evening we watched exquisite sunsets from one or both of the two lanais. What a luxury! The condo contained everything we needed and more. There is a comfortable king sized bed in a nice sized bedroom, a good sized living room, effective kitchen, and those lanais on the top (sixth) floor of the building. The air conditioning, when needed, is very effective, but the winds also blow through and cool the apartment. Nothing on Maui is far away (although the drive to Hana can take some time), and the condo is well located across the street from beach activities of various kinds and within a few driving minutes of some of the finest beaches in the world. We have spent time at many properties, but Matt was the most available owner with whom we have ever dealt. He was literally available almost instantly (even though 3,000 miles or so away), and always helpful with anything we needed. What a precious ten days!
