The kitchen and dining space are lined with oversized windows to allow lots of natural light and nurture the open, airy floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, optimal storage space, stainless steel appliances, and lovely seascape views! Enjoy eating at the dining table facing the ocean! You will find comfortable seating in the living room, including the Queen sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV for relaxing after a fun outdoor day! Take advantage of the free high-speed wireless internet, ceiling fans, and central AC throughout the condo.
1 King bed. Queen sleeper sofa. Minimum 4-night stay. 17.42% State taxes added to all rates. There is a $260.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on the total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel outside the 30 days before your arrival for a refund of your deposit minus a $100 cancellation fee. We do not refund once within 30 days of arrival.
