Very nice accomendation! The condo was very well equipped. Some minor issues with appliances… the Barbq did not work well, dish washer leaked a bit. Other than that the condo was perfect!!

Overall very good. Would have been 5 star except for kitchen set up(utensils and supplies) that could have been better. Barbecue burners not all working and difficult to start. Carpets are getting a little discolored.

Our family of 9 (5 adults, 4 children ages 8-11) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and comfortable rental. The pictures didn’t do it justice! The pool area was also very beautiful, peaceful and not crowded at all. The property management responded to my requests right away. Beaches, food, shopping all located conveniently nearby. You can hear the cars passing through on the road nearby from the master bedroom, but there were no complaints about the other bedrooms. Earplugs and/or sound machine app worked well! Overall we loved the property and would highly recommend it!

Ho'olei Village consists of several villas. For example, you can make reservations on the official website of Hyatt, Hilton, and Marriott. This village is located in a safe and scenic area. Four seasons Hotel is in front of you.As far as I know, having good resorts and hotels means that the location is good.In addition, I found beach chairs and waveboards where I can enjoy snorkeling and sea swimming in the garage.The public pool and facilities were even better compared to good hotels. The water temperature of the pool was warm and it was good to get a massage. lastly, the kitchen has various sauces and spices. very very good Villa!!! 93-2 :)

The unit was well taken care of with all of the amenities in great condition. We had a destination wedding in Oahu and took our family to Maui afterwards, and this was a great property to stay at. The pool was great and the location was very convenient to get to many different parts of Maui.

The property was beautiful, location perfect, amenities were on point. The listing was close to accuracy. However, there are items that need attention. House is clean however not thoroughly clean. The bathrooms, as well as frig and kitchen need to be a deep cleaning . Couches need to be vacuumed as there was food and trash under the cushions. Internet and Wi-Fi did not work the entire 8 days which was frustrating because TV’s would not stream. However, beautiful home and our family vacation was wonderful.

My family of 10 stayed here and it was perfect. Lots of space and close to the pool. The location was perfect and very beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Had an issue for a day or two with the air conditioning but it was quickly fixed. We would stay again!

Days leading up to arrival the information was clearly communicated, the property was better than the pictures showed, a couple of small things to consider, the main floor bedroom is very warm and the AC does not adequately cool so plan on sleeping with all windows open, some cosmetic work to ceilings may be due as well as some minor work to outdoor grill, we were more than comfortable and didn't want to leave, great location, great amenities, just recommend that full inspection is done to see all the very minor issues with place, do not want to sound negative because we all loved the stay and hope to come back

Our stay at unit 93-2 was characterized by sharp contrasts. The unit was once beautiful, now in fair condition, but very spacious. The location is ideal. The beds were terrific and the layout was as advertised on VRBO. It’s a nice unit, but not well maintained. We did ask for an extra cleaning in the middle of our stay which was graciously granted.
However, the preparation for our stay by the maintenance staff was dreadful. All the towels in the house were damp upon our arrival. The dishwasher wouldn’t work and required a visit from a local maintenance man to make it function. There were no directions for how to use the TV or washer-dryer and the appliances are old and in a poor state of repair including the knobs on the stove. TV remotes were widely dispersed and many had no batteries. Worst of all the three showers were not fully functional. One had low pressure. The other was unable to have the water temperature regulated. The diverter in the third was loose and tough to turn off and on. The bathtub fills from a hole in the ceiling and the area around the hole is caked with hard water deposits and has not been cleaned in a long time. There are no measuring cups in the kitchen. There was no rinse aid for the dishwasher once it got working so dishes were wet and there was no dish drainer if we wanted to wash and dry the dishes by hand.
In all our many stays in Hawaii we have never encountered a unit so unready for occupancy. I doubt this was an owner problem but one of poor preparation by the management company. Be forewarned while this was once an elegant unit, it is being managed and maintained in a mediocre manner and needs a great deal of work.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Ho’olei. The home was beautiful and well kept. The beds were comfortable. The only downside was the bbq was hard to use, but we made it work. I highly recommend!
