Views of and proximity to ocean are amazing! We spent lots of relaxing time on the porch overlooking the bay looking at sealife (fish, crabs, dolphins, a couple whales blowing and surfacing once, and a sea turtle right there below the condo porch.
Condo complex quiet and peaceful with only sound of ocean to lull you to sleep at night
A few minor improvement suggestions:
microwave barely functional
need combo to shed for trash disposal (key provided won't work on combo lock on shed)
barely enough toilet paper and dishwasher detergent to get throught the week

The property was as described online, check in to the property was simple, there is adequate space for a couple and the full kitchen was amply stocked with all you needed to prepare meals in house. We did not use the pool but heard sounds of others enjoying it. The property is in a very good location and walkable to many sights, shopping and restaurants on Ali'i Drive. And the view...amazing!
However, there were numerous concerns I had regarding the cleanliness of the unit. Also, the afternoon sun, while beautiful, raised the afternoon and early evening temperature in the unit such that the room AC units were struggling to maintain the coolness. The stability and venting to the outside was inadequate and using the central air gave me pause due to the cleanliness.
If issues were corrected (I have suggestions) I would definitely rate this property much higher and consider staying on my next visit.

The location was amazing with a perfect view of the ocean. The place was well equipped with all the amenities you need for cooking to snorkeling. They thought of everything, except the cheese grater :) The property managers were very friendly and helpful. Trip of a lifetime! Thank you!

This condo is in an excellent location for exploring the restaurants and store along Ali'i Dr and it's all within walking distance. Any farther down Ali'i Dr. from this condo, and the walk into the touristy area becomes a pain due to the lack of sidewalks and cars zooming past. Plus it's directly on the shoreline. We watched a honu right below our lanai while humpbacks were breaching a quarter mile offshore (for real, we live in SE Alaska, and are used to whales, but it was still cool) Assigned parking spots are right under the condo, which is fairly small, so there's no long walk from your car to the condo. It's not the most updated condo in the building (we've stayed in several there) and overall the complex shows it's age, but you're not in Hawaii for it's granite countertops, you're there to be outside doing stuff. This condo complex is in the shape of an "L" with the more desirable units, like this one, down the long side of the "L". The lanai's are a bit more private and again right on the water. Being on the second floor makes taking the stairs easy, yet there are no tree's or other landscaping that blocks your view.

Great location with amazing views, balcony was right above the water, did not need to get in car very often, close to everything.

What more to say than this is perfection? If you're into luxury, keep looking. But if you're into comfort and being a stroll away from town (and a short drive to beaches, snorkeling, scuba and sightseeing) then THIS is the place.

Location is great, far enough out of town that you aren't in the middle of things but close enough that it's an easy walk. Being on the ocean is fabulous.

View was wonderful. Terry in the office was so helpful when health issues arose.
203 needs a deep clean and updates.
Ceiling fans would be great to move air. Microwave in kitchen needs a better place. Furniture is uncomfortable.

Unit needs upgrading. Unit needs a deep cleaning. AC outlets and return air were all three filthy. Furniture was very uncomfortable. Need to remodel kitchen and get microwave off if the counter. Needs ceiling fans in bedroom and main room. Needs shade for lanai. Service of building was very good, and Terry was excellent.

The room was impeccably clean upon our arrival and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The staff was very courteous. It was so peaceful and the views are absolutely fabulous! You are right on the water, the sunsets and sounds of the ocean were amazing! We saw turtles and eels right from the lanai. We were very pleased with our stay here and look forward to staying here again soon. The coffee was great! We will definitely be back soon!

This place was amazing! You're right on the water, have all kitchen utensils and the started us off with complimentary 100% Kona coffee! We enjoyed most every sunset with wine on the balcony. Best value in Kona.
