The only glitch was checking in but that was minimal. Our stay was excellent. The condo was right on the ocean, so beautiful, clean and comfortable. I loved being within walking distance to everything we needed. Looking forward to staying again.

I planned a trip for my 50th birthday with my 19 year old daughter. The view from this condo is absolutely amazing. It is supplied with everything you could possibly think of. It was clean and very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better. It’s centrally located to just about everything. The property manager was amazing as well very responsive and any issue or question that you may have was answered immediately. If you’re looking for an awesome getaway, do not hesitate and you will not be disappointed!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was visiting my daughter who was staying on the YWAM campus and this was so close plus had an amazing ocean view! Sunrise from the bedroom window was an amazing way to wake up each morning. It’s loved being able to sit outside on the lanai and read or just enjoy the view. Sunset was breathtaking. There’s a little tide pool right next door that I didn’t utilize but would have if I was staying longer. Overall I had a great experience staying here.

This 1-bedroom unit has plenty of space for a couple. Excellent location next door to the Royal Kona Hotel. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. No exterior noise other than the breaking waves. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, condiments, etc. The oven, stove, microwave, and toaster worked. Plenty of bath towels, etc. Also had beach towels, mat, umbrella, etc. available for your excursions. Air conditioner & ceiling fan in the bedroom, oscillating & ceiling fans in living room kept us cool during our June stay. The parking stalls are labeled by unit number, but you may have to search a bit the first time because they aren't in numerical order.

Great view. Great location. Great property manager. Older unit, some rust and dust here and there. The tight allocation of dish soap, laundry soap and TP felt chintzy. Paid laundry not ideal either.

Had a wonderful relaxing week at this property. The ocean is just beyond the property. The condo was clean with comfy bed. We used the outdoor grill many times to barbecue. The kitchen had all gadgets and amenities.

😠🥵 Power went off; had deal with property managers. Constant flickering lights? A washing machine was broken, no sign. A whole afternoon between wringing my clothes out and 3 times drying was a bad day!! Not to forget to mention the cleaning person wasn’t going to let me use the dryer???!!! I commented, “your really using two dryers for one load!” I enjoyed what I could. Not sure I will be staying there again.

Location is wonderful! This condo is even better than pictures. The view is incredible! The condo is clean. The towels and linens are nice. The kitchen is well stocked. Very quiet. Close proximity to many restaurants. It is an old complex but this condo has nice upgrades. We hope to stay again.

The condo is perfectly adequate for 2 people. New owners have updated the property with new appliances which were Appreciated. The condo is small, the view is spectacular And it is equipped with some nice things that we were unaware of, for example freezer packs, coolers in the closet, beach umbrella and beach chairs, beach towels, hand sanitizer, hand soap and shampoo, soap And conditioner in the shower. The only negative we would say, which we were in contact with the owners, Is the musty smell when you first walk in the apartment. It is a struggle for everyone in the building, which is helped by keeping the air conditioning on once you are in the condo, with the fans that are also provided. The surrounding area doesn’t appear to be so nice bit the condo is a lovely respite.

We stayed for 4 days. The unit has beautiful ocean views and we enjoyed breakfast on the lanai everyday. It is an easy short walk to a lot of eating and shopping places in Kona. Unit has lots of beach gear - boogie boards, chairs, towels etc. The bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Other than it being a bit difficult to reach the property manager, we really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, the view is amazing!
