Great location with fabulous view of shoreline and harbor--right on the ocean! Apartment clean and well maintained, and onsite manager very helpful and responsive to minor issues--a great place to be.! Small downside for us-- luau noise from Royal Kona Resort irksome, as was rehabilitation work on their south building.

The unit is very nice, the view is mainly of the neighboring hotel and a small lagoon. Not a bad view once they finish refurbishing the hotel next door. So close to town you can walk there. Make sure you ask the building manager if the air conditioning is up and running before you sign up to rent. .

I enjoyed the entire condo and made myself at home! Prepared many lovely meals in the kitchen; I had all I needed. Spent morning coffee time on the balcony as well as most breakfast’s and dinners! Watched each sunset from the comfy pool area. Exactly what we needed to de-stress and decompress. Excellently located!

Excellent location! Walking distance to restaurants/shopping.
Everything we needed to be comfortable was available.
Communication with the host was very easy and responses were always timely.

This was our 7 trip to the Kona area and we would stay with you again...but...a few issues.
Get a stronger toilet seat...Bathroom sink hot water hard to open/close...Refer needs 2 shelves...Living room drapes are off track, right side....Both overhead fans are pined the same turn one on and they both come on....Sure could use a dust pan and broom. Keep them working on the building it needs help.

This was our first time on the big island. Where this condo was located was so busy with tourists. Not really our first choice of where to stay but we didnt know better. Condo was nice though. No place to store food as all cabinets were full with stuff. So our food was spread out all over the countertop. Bed was ok but foam topper kept sliding over to one side with sheets coming undone. But air conditioning worked well at night. Windows open during the day was perfect. Overall good stay.

The apartment is conveniently located with parking right at the place. The highlight is the ocean-facing pool where we could see a turtle, some whales and a beautiful sunset.

This spot in Kona was a very short walk from restaurants, shops and even beaches. The view of the ocean was great, and the patio was a great place to hang out in mornings and evenings. Would return to this location.

Overall, we were happy with this property. However, the mustiness of the unit is extremely intense. The unit is beautiful and fully stocked. The location is unbeatable and the entire property has such a quaint and casual feel nestled right next to the ocean.
The mustiness of the property was our biggest complaint. The pull out bed is in pretty bad shape and an adult would probably find it extremely uncomfortable. However, our six year old son had no issues with it.
Again, however, overall, this is a beautiful unit with an unbeatable location. Even your car gets an incredible view from its assigned parking spot. The kitchen is fully stocked and beautifully remodeled. The unit feels spacious and having the patio with an ocean view is a great way to start and end every day.
If we stayed here again we would keep all of our clothes in our suitcase and not have them out in the open. Our clothes that had been out smelled extremely musty.
