This is a wonderful vacation condo that is managed by a terrible corporate vacation host. They informed us that the fridge was not working when we arrived, but I had to spend hours on the phone with people who had no authority, said they would call back and then did not, and generally had to play a lot of phone tag with a soulless corporation instead of dealing with a reasonable host. Avoid unless you like being on hold with support during your vacation.

Our vacation to Kauai was perfect due in no small part to the perfection of the lovely property we stayed in at Pili Mai. It was very spacious and wonderfully furnished with everything we needed and more. When we go on vacation we want to stay in a place that feels just as good as our home and this property succeeded at being a true vacation home away from home. I also loved seeing the Hawaiian ruins outside the window across the parking lot. Tip for coffee and açaí bowl lovers- Little Fish down the road has delicious versions of both.

We really loved this home. Nice quiet community and the grounds have lots of trees, shrubs, flowers which were kept clean. The home is very spacious and has everything that you need to enjoy your vacation. The large pool area is amazing and very kid friendly. There is also a kids pool which we used a lot with our little one. We will definitely be back.

We really loved this home. Nice quiet community and the grounds have lots of trees, shrubs, flowers which were kept clean. The home is very spacious and has everything that you need to enjoy your vacation. The large pool area is amazing and very kid friendly. There is also a kids pool which we used a lot with our little one. We will definitely be back.

The house is updated and very comfortable. It was well stocked with misc items (laundry, bags, dishwasher soap, toilet paper etc) that you shouldn't have to buy. We slept 6 people very comfortably with lots of extra space. The kitchen and living area is very open to accommodate a large group. Shopping and dining is walking distance and we used the car to get to the beaches. However, the room does have an ocean view. It also has a large deck. Awesome stay....

The home was exactly as advertised. A wonderful 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with all of the amenities in a great neighborhood. The full kitchen and eating area were especially nice for our family of four. We ate breakfast at the house everyday and enjoyed several takeout meals in the evening while watching a movie or show on the large TV in the family room. The home was clean, nicely furnished and 100% met our needs. It was close (3 blocks) to shopping, restaurants and Starbucks and 1 mile from more shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed 2 different beaches that were an easy 5 minute drive and spent time each day at the Poipu Beach Club as we purchased the week membership - totally worth it!
