This top floor Nihilani townhome is located in the resort community of Princeville. This plantation-style townhome complex, completed in 2006, is one of the newest developments within the Princeville Resort community. It is spacious and beautifully decorated.
The spacious living room area has a large comfortable sectional sofa, flatscreen TV, and sitting area, great for lounging, a movie night, or just hanging out before a full day of activities. The kitchen and dining room are all open concept and the fully-upgraded gourmet kitchen features all the utensils you will need for a home-cooked meal. Sit on the covered lanai to enjoy your morning coffee and relax as you soak in the beauty of the lush landscape.
The sleeping quarters consist of the master bedroom suite with a king bed, flatscreen TV, large walk-in closet, full bath with a tub, and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, shared full bath with a tub/shower, and private lanai. The third bedroom suite features a queen bed, walk-in closet, a desk, and full bathtub with a shower.
Other amenities include air conditioning, free WiFi, ceiling fans, linens, towels, beach towels, beach gear, two-car garage, DVD player, washer/dryer, pool area that includes a hot tub, and a BBQ. The free-form pool has two levels, one of which is covered by a large cabana.
