The 3 bedroom unit at Pili Mai is perfect for a family of 6! Beautiful kitchen with large island, appliances and kitchenware. Unit comes with beach towels and beach chairs! Very short drive to Poipu beach. We were easily able to catch the sunrise from the beach!

Large condo complex. Unit is close to pool and BBQ which weren't crowded. Clean and roomy. Lots of countertop appliances. Could use more kitchen utensils like bowls, pots and pans, wine glasses. Fine for two, but not enough for multiple couples or large family. Host was responsive. Parking good-garage had beach chairs and toys. Complex is not far from beach; nothing is right next door. A car is really necessary unless you want to spend all your time at the condo complex.

The condo was the perfect size for our family of 6. My kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It was a great location to access local restaurants, shopping, sightseeing and beaches.

Overall, we liked the unit. Spacious kitchen, good quality mattresses on all beds, nice balcony. And the swimming was lovely - large & good temperature. We would have like grab bars in the showers and a chair or luggage rack in each bedroom. The description of the pool fob and key was confusing. We had to contact the property manager to find out the key was for the garage side door and the fob for entrance to pool area.
The property manager replied promptly to the couple of questions we had, which was much appreciated.

Our family of five loved our stay in this Pili Mai condo. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was very close as was Poipu Beach. We were sad to leave and would definitely stay again.

The condo is a good size for 5 people to stay. All the appliances made our stay very comfortable. it is located closed to the beaches, markets, and restaurants. Good location. The only gripe that I have with the management service is its practice of placing those tiny tubes of shampoo and dishwashing liquid in the unit. I would rather they don't make those available to guests b/c they are not environmentally friendly. The small amount provided would not last a day and we would have to purchase a larger size bottle anyways. We hope that the cleaners do not throw away the unused portions of the dishwashing liquids and laundry detergent so the next guests can use them.

We just wrapped up our stay here and it was perfect for our family of 4 and father who had his own room with bathroom. Super convenient location with shops and restaurants in walking distance and the beach about a mile away. Lovely view from the lanai. Even washing dishes and gazing out toward the ocean was a treat. This unit is just across from the pool which our kids loved. Comfy beds and plenty of space. Note that the TV remotes are a little tricky to figure out and they could use a couple more kitchen essentials, but overall we had a great time here and hope to return some day.

Very nice stay. Large and well appointed unit and very close to the pool. Very responsive management company. We had an issue with bird excrement on the lanai and a wasp nest. They had someone come on a Saturday to deal with it right away so I was impressed with the level of service.
I gave the cleanliness 4/5 stars simply because the lanai should probably be cleaned with each change of guests as the birds were relentlessly crapping on the railings, furniture, floor so it needs frequent cleaning or installation of some deterrents.

Great stay despite not great weather. Very comfortable, clean space. Only a few suggestions, the water temp was a little on the cool side when a hot shower would have been nice. Providing simple condiments like salt and pepper, and sugar would have been helpful. I know there are COVID precautions, but I’m sure items such as those don’t pose a risk. Also, garage door opener did not work. Would have been a bonus to have a cooler and some chairs provided for beach days, we had to go buy them and leave them behind which seems super wasteful. Overall it was a great week!

We really enjoyed our stay. The space was perfect for my mother, my teen and me and my husband. We were located right next to the pool and grills and in the heart of Poipu. It was perfect for getting up and strolling down to the beach every morning for a walk!
