We loved staying at this place. It was magical with the beautiful views and the sunsets. The wind through the trees you can hear the place has everything you need and we were able to cook a lot there. The master bed in the master shower are awesome! The only thing we wished was that there was not a bunch of construction going on at someone’s unit a couple doors down. It feels very private, however and we were on an end unit next to the swimming pool which makes it feel private. The pool was very clean , which is rare in December in Maui.

This place had it all; it was perfect. The home and grounds are beautiful. The pools are very clean and extremely enjoyable. The area proved to be extremely walkable and we were happy we did not rent a car. We did use the Maui bus on two occasions to go to the Napili plaza for groceries - it was easy and ran on schedule. The home had plenty of beach gear including a wagon we utilized to go to DT Fleming and Kapalua Bay. Highly recommend this property.

We had a great vacation in Kapalua. The place we stayed at was very nice. They even had beach umbrellas, beach chairs, body boards and nice beach towels. Great view of the ocean from the back patio where we enjoyed breakfasts in the morning and sunsets in the evening. Would stay here again.

Our recent stay was our second at Hale Kailani and we were reminded why we chose this wonderful condo again.
Spacious, clean, tastefully furnished, expansive lanai, peaceful atmosphere, beautiful grounds, close proximity to what is often our own private pool plus the amazing, amazing views of the golf course and the deep blue Pacific and Lanai - you can't get much better than Kapalua Golf Villa 21 P 7-8.
We can't wait for our third visit next year!

This home is even more stunning in person than in the photos. The location is fantastic and we enjoyed seeing sunsets every night and rainbows most days from the patio. It is stocked with everything you could possibly need and is so comfortable and spacious. The management was also super easy to work with and very responsive. We hope to get back here sooner than later!

We were in Maui August 4-11 - yes, during the fires. So while our stay was clearly interrupted by a loss of power/internet/cell service on August 7, the unit itself was lovely. It had a well stocked kitchen (my husband mentioned it didn't have tongs for the outdoor grills) and had all the boogie boards, chairs, and beach towels you could need. It also included dish detergent and laundry pods, so for the days the unit was fully functioning and useable, it was great. The location next to the pool/grills was ideal as we used that when we could not leave west Maui and could not get flights out. If the trip had developed like we would have expected I think we would have enjoyed this condo immensely.

Super nice and clean unit. Very nice furnishings and they provided a closet full of beach items which was very useful. The view is hard to beat and the location to the pool was very convenient. They even allowed us to check in early. We will be back.

We only had 3 nights at Kapalua Golf Villa 21P, and we wished we were able to stay longer. Kapalua and the neighboring areas are so beautiful. The view from the patio is amazing. The pool was adjacent and used often - very clean and water was at a nice warm temperature to enjoy. The interior of the condo was tastefully decorated and we loved the Hawaiian theme. The unit was very clean and the furniture was very comfortable. A variety of close eateries and local markets also. The property management team was very responsive with check in information also. Look forward to booking someday in the future.

Loved the location. While it wasn’t on the water the views don’t disappoint. This condo has two nice sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. Full appointed kitchen with everything you could need. If you want to grill this condo is steps from the pool with BBQ grills and seating at the pool or back at the condo. The grounds are meticulously kept. You can go to the beach or hang at the pool. Lots of great restaurants nearby such as Miso Phat for great sushi & it’s a BYOB. Merrimans was very nice too. Live music at the Ritz Carlton bar. I would recommend and stay here again.

We loved staying at Jill’s condo in Kapalua. Jill was so kind and responsive and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The location of the condo is perfect. The property is beautifully maintained, idyllic views and the sunset viewing is amazing. Away from the hustle and bustle but still very kid friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at many golf villas and this was one of the best. Clean and updated. My daughter loved that we were steps from the pool and often the only ones there. The shuttle to the beaches are so convenient. Used the chairs, umbrella, and sand toys daily. Had a couple of questions during our stay and communication with the owner was quick. My daughter also loved the bunk bed and rain shower in the master bath. Will definitely try to rent this unit again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this Kapalua condo. The view was gorgeous! There’s always a light breeze cooling off the area. The separate bedrooms were perfect for a family with two children. The condo was well appointed with all the items you could possibly need for indoor and outside activities. The free shuttle was a huge bonus to get to the beaches and the nearby restaurants. We highly recommend this place!

Be aware of the steps leading to the front door as they may be hard for older visitors. Also there are 2 steps down from the front door into the living area…so be careful when entering the unit.

Beautiful home that had everything we needed for our stay including beach items. Enjoyed waking up every morning to the view! For us it was an easy walk to snorkel and a quick drive to other beaches. Walking to breakfast at the market was a perfect way to start the day. Would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Condo was very well equipped and so well appointed. The location was relaxing with the pool nearby and free shuttle just a phone call away to go snorkel and explore many nearby beaches. It was nice not to have to worry about parking and just make a quick phone call for the shuttle. Our first visit to Hawaii was magical and our final couple of days here really gave us more of an opportunity to let it all soak in.

Gorgeous views, well-appointed and comfortable living spaces and thoughtful touches made our stay just wonderful. The villa was tranquil and very private. Communication was courteous and timely. Great location and there’s a nice trail along the coast and small beaches that can easily be walked to. Great condo, clean and spacious. The pictures are exactly what the condo looks like. The condo was just as pictured. It was very clean and well stocked! It was so spacious for our family of four adults and two children. The location was perfect, so close to the pool! The lanai is also large and great for watching whales and sunsets! There were beach supplies as well: chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, wagon and cooler.
The beds were very comfortable, even the Murphy bed! There were plenty of towels.
The area itself is picturesque and so quiet.
The management was absolutely so responsive and helpful!
We used the shuttle to get to the beach every day, it made our beach trips so easy.
We loved the space so much we have already booked a trip back!

My family and I stayed for unfortunately only two nights; but the unit was perfect for us (3 young kids). We were able to use the pool (located maybe 25 steps from back doors) and enjoy the amazing ocean views and sunsets. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Make sure if stay in the golf villas, your villa has a view, some don’t, if this is important to you. Property was a little date but in good condition. Spacious for two to four occupants, great location and outdoor amenities. Quiet and only a short walk or drive to the ocean.

We spent the first few nights at the Sheraton black rock but really preferred our time at Kapalua villa 21. The unit was thoughtfully appointed, well designed, very clean, and the beds were so comfortable. The view was amazing. We enjoyed the pools which we had to ourselves during our stay. The beach chairs and boogie boards available to use at the unit were super helpful because we went to Kapalua bay everyday. The beach was a bit far with all our gear but we were able to find parking in the afternoons, or my husband would drop us off and walk back from the unit. We didn’t mind the walk without the beach gear. We loved every minute of our stay!!

Perfect for a family of four. We played uno on the patio every night and did bbq for dinner. This unit is so close to the pool and bbq so that was very nice. The beach was a quick drive with easy parking the times we arrived. We appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards available on the patio for use.

We have stayed at the Kapalua Golf Villas a few times now and this was by far our favorite condo! Everything was perfect - location was great, view was gorgeous, condo was very well stocked and clean and all appliances worked well. We have stayed in condos where there weren’t enough dishes or pots/pans or kitchen utensils and this was not the case here. We had everything we needed and then some! It was very spacious, beds were comfortable, and there were lots of pillows and blankets for everyone. Did I mention how convenient it was that the pool was right next to it?? We loved every minute here and hope to return!!

Great stay in Maui. One of the nicest places we have stayed. It has A/C, a great layout, and has a wonderful view. It's oriented west so any wind from the east is blocked. It's thoughtful and renovated, which stands out vs. most other Maui properties. Would stay here again.

All was as promised. Property was very relaxing with beautiful views, and had the perfect beach accessories that greatly simplified our stay. Had a minor issue which the owners immediately addressed. You will be pleased.
