Beautiful unit, well equipped on ground floor. Spacious with large lanai. AC solid, parking right outside.
Only “negative “ for us was Murphy beds in 2nd bedroom were a little small for our late teen boys.
Owner was pleasure to deal with, lots of good communication and supportive.
Pool on property was nice though we hardly used given proximity to so many beaches.
Would definitely stay again.

Our family loved the condo. It's as beautiful as the pictures. We especially enjoyed the back patio and grill area. The location is not right on the beach but is a short drive to all the beaches in South Maui. Close enough to Kihei for stores and restaurants but outside of the busy city.This location will not disappoint.

My husband, daughter and I had a great 8 days in this condo. The place is so airy, spacious and super clean. Seems like the home was renovated for the owner and therefore everything especially the kitchen gears were chosen w good brand name (e.g Mikasa dining set, chef knives, electric wine opener). The pantry had basic starters like salt, pepper and other spices. We loved the spice rack w complete variety for every cuisine dishes. We were surprised to see even fish sauce in the pantry. We felt like home immediately and took care of the home just like ours. Love to be back again the future when we return to Maui. Thx Cara for having us over her place.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo and we have thoroughly enjoyed both times. It is very clean and well kept with beach chairs, beach towels , etc provided for the days we explored several other beaches besides s the one that is very close to the condo.
Cara was most accommodating when we had questions as well as coming to help us out when we accidentally locked the safe!
We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting a great visit to this beautiful island!

This condo is located in a lovely area, the condo is very comfortable, the hosts are easy to work with and respond quickly, the condo is stocked with everything you need. We had a great week here and Cara was a great host! The pool is really nice too!

We spent 3 weeks in this unit over the Christmas break. The unit was very clean and comfortable, and we very much enjoyed our time there. Cara, the owner, is a delight to deal with and she is very thorough. Although we had no issues during our stay, I am quite confident that if we did, Cara would be on it immediately. The only thing we were not thrilled with were the beach chairs - they were more like camping chairs rather than the usual Tommy Bahama chairs, and as such, they were cumbersome and not easy to transport to the beach. But otherwise, everything in the unit was great. Would happily stay there again next time we return.

Palms at Wailea is an extremely well cared for property with proximity to many amenities and 10 minute walk to the beach. This condo is extremely clean and well cared for. Spacious and comfortable, it also has a massive lanai to enjoy morning breakfast and tranquil suppers. Cara was an excellent host and responded quickly to our questions. Will be back

This 2 bedroom, 2-bath condo was perfect for two couples. We travel a lot together so it was no big deal to determine who gets the master and who gets the twin bed room. Both were comfortable and both had adjoining full bathrooms. The place was clean, well stocked. We enjoyed breakfasts and dinners on the lanai. The passthrough window from the kitchen to the lanai was a big hit. The host was responsive - she came right over to help us sort out Netflix on the TV (not that we watched much TV - there's so much to do in Maui.) The location was wonderful (a short walk to a beautiful beach), the view of the grounds and palm trees was calming. We would book this place again in a heartbeat - in fact we are already planning a trip back next year.

So I had travelled to Maui for a conference that was at the Grand Wailea and staying at this location was really convenient as the conference hotel was only 5 minutes away. The condo is located in a fantastic community about 10 minutes walk to the beach. The neighbors were really friendly always stopping us in the parking lot to chat or see if we were doing ok. The pictures do not do it justice. We loved every minute of our stay in Maui and to be big extent due to the unit that we stayed at. We plan on coming back and hopefully can get this unit again

We were very impressed with everything about this property and the owners. Communication before leaving was great; Cara would get back to us quickly and gave us updated Hawaii info related to Covid. She was prompt with questions we had while we were there and was also so kind as to leave us delicious apple bananas!! This condo is in a beautiful location-we would go back in a heartbeat. We all felt relaxed and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. We loved that it was equipped with chairs and boogie boards! Also loved having our own grill; there were lots of nice touches and amenities througout the condo. This is a wonderful place to stay!

Our fabulous Maui family vacation was made complete by our stay in Palms of Wailea #503. the well appointed condo was the perfect "home base" for our trip. The furnishings were top notch! We also enjoyed the extra large sliding glass patio doors leading to the relaxing lanai and stainless grill we used every night. Cara has thought of everything when equipping the condo. She was also very attentive to our emails and phone calls. Definitely 5 stars!

The Palms 503 was an ideal home from home for our family of four, travelling to Maui for a wedding with our children. Cara had thought of every detail, including beach towels and boogie boards. Very clean and well presented. Booking process straightforward, excellent communication from Cara (owner).

This condo has everything a traveller requires! From the moment we entered it felt like a home away from home and looks better than the pictures - and the photos are great! It is so clean it felt brand new and is by far the best organized condo we have ever stayed in! Super quiet complex - only the beautiful birds to wake you!
The fact is, we never had to bring our own beach towels with us nor purchase unnecessary ocean/beach equipment we cannot use at home. Everything you need is ALL in the condo. The kitchen is gorgeous with great appliances and the convenience of a retractable window which makes outdoor eating and cleanup on the Lanai much more easy.
The King bed is by far the best mattress we have ever slept on - hopefully will purchase the exact one this year! The linens and towels are beautiful with lots to spare. Comfortable furniture throughout....and clean.
The best beach in Maui is only minutes by car and there are many great places to get groceries nearby. Very accessible to the highway which was also a plus each time we hopped into our rental vehicle.
My 90 year old father came with us for his 3rd trip to Maui and thought this was the nicest place he has ever stayed! (and he has travelled extensively) Love the fact that we chose this ground level condo - no more struggling with luggage or groceries for this team ever again!
The magic touch comes from the fact that the owners live only 3 minutes away and it is SO well maintained!

This unit was great! It was super clean, spacious and had all the little details taken care of. The kitchen had spices supplied, beach gear was ready to go including beach towels. The beds were so comfortable and the twin beds in the second room were great too. The pool is large and four feet deep every where so we were glad we brought a life jacket for our daughter who can't quite swim on her own. It was nice to have A/C in all the rooms if needed! It was also great to have a personal touch since the owner lives in Kehei and can answer any questions. Her blog is fun to read an informative too! I definately recommend this place if you want a spacious, nice condo to stay in!

My husband, 2 year old daughter and I stayed here for 11 glorious days this Sept and loved every minute of it! The unit is spacious, VERY clean, well equipped and provides all of the comforts of home. The location in the complex is very convenient to the pool and parking is very good for lugging bags too and from the car. And the location in Wailea is super convenient to great beaches (we drove, due to the gear required for kids, and the best beaches were all within a 5 min drive). We loved going to Ulua beach (2 min away) and Wailea beach (5 min away). Its also very convenient to the restaurants of both Wailea and Kehei as well as grocery stores (Safeway and Foodland). The unit is super kid friendly (no stairs and the hide-away-beds in second bedroom offer lots of space). Its beautiful lanai had peek-a-boo ocean views and provided beautiful sunsets. The BBQ is great and the new appliances (kitchen and washer/dryer) really made our stay comfortable. The new couch and bed in the master were very comfortable, too. Overall I would highly recommend staying here. The owners were professional, personable and very responsive. I would not hesitate in staying here again!

Nice, quiet, full ammenities, clean, updated, beautiful lanai, big kitchen, comfortable beds and A/C.... gotta love that A/C!!! The A/C units were silent, we could barely hear them running! Awesome salt-water pool and hot tub in the complex etc etc. This place had everything we needed. Like the title says: it was just like a home away from home. Lots of space, a short drive away from Big Beach, and just a couple of blocks away from a smaller, less crowded beach down the road.
The owners were helpful and friendly throughout the entire booking process and are readily available if need be during your stay. They left a plethera of information for guests about the island and it's attractions, and tips and tricks regarding the unit to make a guest's stay as easy and stress-less as possible.
I'd recommend, as the owners did to me, to stop at Costco and shop for the amount of food you're going to need for your stay and cook your own meals. This place is about 10-15 minutes away from the nearest restaurant. But shopping will save you alot of $$$ compared to eating out 2-3 times a day.
If ever we return to Maui, this is the place we are going to stay!

We stayed at the Palms at Wailea for a week and I would highly recommend it. It was so easy to stay there; Cara thought of everything. The condo is spacious, master bathroom is huge, and the mattress was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on. We appreciated all the extras that Cara thought of, including the cooler, beach chairs, and boogie boards, as well as the free long-distance calling and internet. We enjoyed walking to Keawakapu beach, which is probably the best beach on the island; and relaxing in the pool and hot tub after a day of sight-seeing.

My family and I spent a wonderful 23 days in this great condo. We had a great time and did not want to leave. The condo is beautiful and the beige carpet is luxurious. Very well appointed with everything you could possible need. The location is superb and the condo is so very comfortable. It felt spacious, luxurious and much like home, only in paradise.Cara was a delight to deal with and all arrangements went as smooth as silk Thank you again for making your lovely condo available to us. I was born and raised on Maui but now live on the mainland. I have been coming home for a number of years staying at various condos but this last visit was the best we have had. The condo was very clean and the owners were very accommodating. The wrap around lanai on the ground floor was a big plus... Especially when we had friends and family over for dinner. Air conditioning in every room was also a big plus that many condos don't have...
Recommend this one without reservation. We will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at this location recently, and we were extremely happy with it. We normally stay at hotels, but this time we decided to stay at this condo based on a friend's recommendation. The condo is in a quiet complex, with very nicely maintained grounds. It looked like there are a lot of retirees staying in neighbouring units, but we saw several young families staying there as well. The complex has a pretty nice pool as well, and judging by the upscale neighbourhood it's in, the whole place seemed very safe and well cared for.
The condo itself was very clean, and looked like it was just repainted. It was fairly spacious, and would be ideal for people with kids, as there is plenty of room to sleep, but there were just the two of us so we didn't use the second bedroom. It had a full kitchen, which made eating in quite convenient, although Maui had quite a few good restaurants which we frequented. The appliances and furniture in the condo looked brand new, and it looked like it was very well maintained. It also had a flat screen tv, and free wireless and long distance, which was a huge bonus as I like to keep in touch with my clients back home. Outside, it has a nicely furnished tiled patio and a bbq as well, which we used frequently.
It was a short drive from the Kihei, a small town on the coast which has some pretty good restaurants and shops, close to a high-end shopping mall, and a posh golf course. It's also near beautiful kewakapu beach (about a 10 minute walk). I would recommend you rent a car when you go, as Maui has pretty good roads, and most places we visited had ample parking (including the beaches). There are a few other beaches nearby as well, but we really liked the kewakapu. The condo came with a beach chairs and had a parking spot right outside the front door, which made it easy to load the stuff into our car.
We had limited contact with the owner, but she seemed very pleasant, down to earth, and easy to deal with.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We will definitely book it for next year...
