My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. Tanci is easy to work with, a great communicator and quickly responded to any questions I had. The property has a fantastic view and is close to the harbor so very convenient for walking and excursions. The unit was so well equipped so we never wanted for anything. We stayed in this condo because we generally prefer to stay away from the resort towns. We like staying in houses/condos in smaller towns. The house was well stocked and the market was a quick drive. The views from this condo were wonderful and the breeze kept us cool. We dipped in the pool or walked (2 minutes) to nearby beach and the Ocean Center. We were there during the Maui fires but we were safe and maintained communication with the host. The condo was better than the pictures and perfect for our family.

This condo was everything we wanted - views of the ocean from every room and the lanai, a nice pool with ocean view, well-stocked, updated, central location on Maui. Good communication from host. The area is not in a hotbed of tourist activity (a bonus in my opinion) and there’s no beach out front, but there’s beach access down the street, and an easy drive to many other stellar Maui beaches. I would definitely book this condo if we visit Maui again.

The property was roomy, decorated beautifully, and meticulously maintained. We were blown away how the owner stocked the home with virtually every amenity that might be needed. Also, when I had a question about something, Tanci's responses were fast and extremely helpful. I've stayed at many VRBO properties and she was, by far, the most caring in doing whatever she could to ensure her customers enjoyed their stay.
Finally, the view from the balcony was simply amazing and the location of the property was a great balance of being close to everything yet still peaceful and quiet.
My wife and I, and our two teens, simply had a wonderful time!

Except Hana of course. Lol. Plus we had turtles to greet us every morning. WHEN we come back to Maui, we hope the listing is available. From my last-minute booking until the time we checked out, everything was perfect. The condo is amazingly well appointed with even items to play outside stocked and ready for you and your family to use. It made it easier when you're thinking about, "where am I going to rent that mask and snorkel from so I can go see the fish?" ... just look right in the closet and it's there, along with beach chairs and everything else. I've never stayed in a VRBO / vacation rental that ever went to so much thought about what their guests may need, but this property definitely does! Oh, and don't forget the BOOK of information that the owner has compiled for you about things to do in the area, it's expansive and very well organized, it made it easy to answer the question, "what do you want to do today?", even though our plans were already packed pretty tight there were loads of wonderful suggestions. I almost forgot, you have to check out the view, it's incredible! Facing southeast you get the beautiful morning sunrises and in the afternoon you have the view of the southern / eastern coastlines of Maui and also Molokini Crater without the sun blaring in your face. Final note, if you are staying at the property in the future, please say hello to our sea turtle buddies for us! Every day from 3 to 5 in the afternoon we would sit on the lanai, enjoy an afternoon cocktail, and watch the sea turtles as they came in close to enjoy the kelp buffet growing from the rocks in the water directly in front of the condo's balcony ... it was an amazing sight!

The condo is also nicely stocked with supplies. A nice beach supply was available that includes chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, toys and more. There was a nice TV with plenty of movies to watch (which we didn't use because we were on vacation). There are plenty of board games and books to use as well. Most importantly Traci is very easy to communicate with and is very accommodating. We highly recommend this condo!

You couldn’t ask for a better location and panoramic view from a property on the island. It’s centrally located next to Mahalaea Harbor. The aquarium is within walking distance. You can drive 30 minutes in any direction…Lahaina to the north, Paia to the east or Kihea/Wialea to the south. The place is well equipped. Can see turtles from the room within a short distance. Not a beach place but close enough to drive. Definitely recommend.

We have been to Maui many times, but I think this was the best. From reserving the condo to checking out, nothing could have been better. Tanci is easy to work with and very accommodating. The condo is in good condition, well cared for and is stocked better than any other we have experienced. There are all the kitchen utensils/appliances you could want/need, plenty of Kleenex, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, detergent, hand soap, shower/bath soap, dishwasher soap, condo cleaning supplies, towels, and beach equipment. The area is quiet and in a good location for getting around the island. The views are fantastic, just beautiful! I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect - especially the location. It could have easily slept two couples but with just the two of us, it was even more spacious. The pictures don’t do it justice. Even as tired as we were when we got in, it took our breath away. The view is unlike anything we’ve ever experienced.
On top of that Tanci has the place well stocked with everything you will need to have the perfect day at the beach. Everything from beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and sunscreen.
It’s furnished perfectly for times when you just want to relax and listen to the waves.
We will definitely stay here again.

The view from this condo was amazing. The pool was also wonderful for us with our daughter it was often empty so we could have a lot of family time there. The condo was well stocked and the owner was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place for sure.

If you want easy access to either side of the island or to make a quick trip to Costco to get reasonably priced groceries and cheaper gas, this is a great middle ground. The condo has a great view of the ocean, spacious bedrooms and upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. The owner also made herself easily available via text should we have any questions. It was a relaxing vacation.

We had a great time at this condo. The views of the bay and Haleakala are like no other that we've had in any other Maalaea condo due to both bedrooms being on the ocean side and the wall of windows in the guest bedroom. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We'll be visiting again!

We stayed in this condo for 11 days. There are many places to stay in Maui but this location is so quiet and peaceful. If you enjoy the sound of the ocean, this is the place for you. It felt like a very peaceful retreat.
The unit was very clean. There is a beautiful view from the guest bedroom, master bedroom and main room. The furniture is comfortable. This unit is very well equipped and had everything that we needed -. Great beach supplies (wagon, beach towels, chairs, cooler and more), every kitchen gadget needed. Everything made our visit so comfortable.
Sometimes it's the small things that make a condo wonderful. For example, the water pressure in the shower was amazing, there were tissues supplied (a must for those with allergies and sinus issues), and an ice maker in the refrigerator/freezer.
We spent hours sitting on the deck and watching the turtles. We saw more turtles here than we saw on our snorkeling trip.
Tanci was a very responsive owner and terrific to work with.
After 1 1/2 years of being trapped indoors with the pandemic, this vacation in Maui was much needed and this condo enhanced the wonderful experience. I highly recommend this condo.

My husband, daughter and I just spent 4 nights at this wonderful oceanfront condo in Maui. Everything is as described and it is probably the best stocked condo we have ever stayed at. My favorite thing was waking up in the morning, sitting out on the balcony watching the sun come up and feeling the warm breeze while eating breakfast and the late afternoons counting the sea turtles right out front. I highly recommend staying here. It's clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located and Tanci was great to work with.

This property is all your need for a perfect Maui vacation. Conveniently located across from the harbor shopping plaza with restaurant and aquarium. We loved staring off your balcony with daily visits with the honu. Walk a half a mile to quiet Haystack Beach! The owners have all the amenities you need for a great beach experience, which we really appreciated! The condo Was stocked and has everything you need! We had many meals at the condo including bbq’ing! Full TV hook up for family movies nights after a long fun day. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. A perfect spot to stay. We really appreciate you letting us stay here. Thank you so much.
