Very nice condo! Appreciated it having no steps as one of our friends couldn't do steps at all. Beach was nice, some called for golf cart for pick up as others walked the steep path. Restraunt at resort very nice with good food. Condo had lots of beach chairs, umbellas, boards, etc to use with a cart to pull them. Cooking accomidations worked well. Lots to do and see in the area. Loved visiting the lighthouse area and multiple hiking areas. We enjoyed our stay!!!

We had a great stay and had plenty of room in the combined three-unit condo. It was also great that they provided a pack-and-play for our baby and beach toys, chairs, coolers, and a wagon to get everything to and from the beach! Overall we had a great time and enjoyed out stay.

It was delightful experience from start to finish. The resort staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities one could ask for. Belinda was thoughtful in her communication with my group.
And the views are better in person than in the photos. I would definitely recommend this property to potential future guests.

We can’t begin to explain how beautiful this property is. It is truly a slice of Hawaiian heaven.
While the pictures on the site are great, they don’t tell you how relaxing, how awe inspiring the view of the waterfalls are, or the wonderful beach peacefulness. The property is updated, roomy and well kept and more than we could have hoped for. The bathrooms/showers are huge and roomy.
The artwork is beautiful and everything about this property is perfect for a family Hawaiian vacation. We rented all three bedrooms and had room to roam. Our favorite thing to do as a family was sitting outside and counting the number of waterfalls.
It’s convenient to everything in the complex as well as to stores and has a well-equipped kitchen – grills are close enough to use easily. There are extra surprises like a cart for the beach and chairs.
The staff, the pool and entire property is wonderful, and Belinda was so wonderful in her communications, sharing helpful suggestions and recommendations - and make this a breeze to rent.
This was the last leg of our 10-day family (all adults) trip to Hawaii and ended it perfectly! We really wished we had another week here alone.

Perfect location on the North Shore. Beautiful condo with beyond amazing views. Owner / manager were a dream to work with and provided a ton of helpful info to help plan our stay. Paved (very steep) walkway to beach, nice resort pool, many tennis courts, and good pizza take out on-site.

This property fit exactly what our family was looking for, the feel of a resort, but with the intimacy of our own place. The view of Hanalei Bay matches the neighboring and much more expensive 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay.
Each unit we rented was clean, up to date and everything worked properly. You can see the mountains (including the waterfalls after a rain), the beach and the ocean all from the interior of each unit or from the lanai (patio).
The front desk and check in process was simple and quick. The pools were nice, the onsite Happy Talk Bar & Restaurant had good food, good drinks and nightly entertainment (closed only on Wednesdays).
We debated for a while about staying on the south end of the island to be a little closer to some of our excursions, but that would've been a mistake. I'd happily make the drive south each day in order to be able to return to Hanalei. Hanalei is the best town and you're super close to Princeville and Kilauea.
If you're planning a trip to Kauai (you should) and you're debating on whether to stay in Hanalei (you should) or further south...you should stay in Hanalei. And staying at this property should be a priority!

Thank you Belinda for being such a great host to rent from and for a great place! We had a family of 7 and rented all 3 condos. The check in process was easy and the condo was great, plenty of room for us all! The views were just amazing, seeing the ocean, mountains and waterfalls never got old! We are missing it already! Belinda was great to work with and we will definitely rent this unit again when we go back to Kauai! Only downfall was the pool bar is closed and the hot tub was down while we were there. These were obviously out of the control of the owner though. Thanks again for such a great rental!!

This spacious three bedroom co.do is everything you need for an amazing trip. Large lanai's with unobstructed view of Hanalei Bay and the mountains - everything you need for a delightful stay. The pool and beach are ideal and we really played a ton of tennis. It was a week-long stay for the books!

The property is as advertised, the check-in process as abysmal. We arrived at 4pm, an hour after the 3pm check-in time, and the room wasn't ready. the only place to wait was the restaurant. They didn't allow kids at the bar, and the hostess was not happy giving us a table for 8 if we weren't going to order food. When the room was finally ready, they gave us keys that did not work (3 keys for 3 doors and none of the keys worked in any of the doors).

This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our group of 7-very roomy and had everything we needed. There were tennis rackets, ice chests, beach chairs that we were able to use. We enjoyed being on the ground floor, we liked the proximity to the pool and the beach path, and wow what a view! It almost doesn’t look real-what a magical place! Belinda is the sweetest most helpful host and extremely responsive. I can’t say enough about what a great experience we had

We loved this property! Very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The views are stunning and it was wonderful to have three private lanais. Beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, walking to the beach, and tennis. Thanks so much!

Great location within complex with the best views from every room. Rooms exceptionally large with lovely paintings by owner throughout. Nice kitchen with adequate supplies. Updated bathrooms with nice hot showers.
Mattresses and pillows in all bedrooms are a bit “tired”. Better lighting in main shower and kitchen would be helpful.
All in all a wonderful stay and Belinda was a wonderful and extremely helpful and responsive host. Would definitely recommend.

Where to even start with this amazing property. The unit was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed to make meals. The view was breathtaking. The grounds are immaculate. The path to the beach is magical. The beach is protected by reef and rocks so it is calm and the kids had no trouble swimming. The beach is breathtaking and has tons of natural shade from the beautiful trees. The property has a great program. I played tennis and had a great time at the clinic and even played with some snowbirds! The pool is gorgeous and spacious. We also are at the Happy Talk restaurant onsite. It was awesome and had great live music. Kauai is so gorgeous everywhere you look is something more beautiful. We went into Hanalei many times and ate at Dolphin-the best sushi I’ve had in my life. To summarize-this was the best vacation we’ve ever had as a family. And this was my favorite trip to Hawaii. I’ve been to Maui 4 times and Oahu once. This was my favorite!!! So laid back and lush. I recommend highly!

My group of 6 friends had an amazing time staying in this beautiful location for 10 days in Kauai. Although it is 1 hour from the airport it gets you away from the hustle and bustle of the city and into the small village feel of Hawaii. It is only a short distance from grocery stores and shops. Hanalei Bay is nearby. You can walk to a private beach or go to the pool. Golf courses right there. So many beautiful beaches to drive to near by. We cannot wait to return to this oasis tucked away in the mountains. After a rain you can see waterfalls run down the mountains too!

The North Shore of Kauai is amazing! This property helps take it to another level. The views from the suite plus around the property are magical. The location of the property is great for being able to enjoy the beach and the views and was a great launching point for our many activities. As if the location wasn’t enough, I’ve never had a more kind and caring hostess. She provided information before we even knew we needed it and included lots of helpful recommendations for us. She felt like a friend by the time we had our stay. Definitely would return and look forward to the opportunity to do so.

My family rented the 3 condos at this location. We really enjoyed them. They are on the north shore so it is a drive to get to places but the property is nice and you can use all of the facilities. Glad we rented the 3 condos. Might be awkward to just rent one of the smaller ones. Enjoyed our time there! Thanks!

Belinda’s units at Hanalei Bay Resort were wonderful and she is a terrific host to work with! We had everything we needed and the location was perfect as between Princeville and Hanalei. A little disappointed that the dispute relative to the Bali Hai restaurant keeps it closed. But, our visit was great, nonetheless!

My wife, four kids, and I stayed in Belinda’s condo for four nights and it was a great experience. Belinda was very helpful leading up to our stay and had everything ready for us at check in. The views from the condo are amazing and we had plenty of space when combining all three bedroom options. Belinda was responsive and helpful with any time that popped up during our stay and even sent our child’s toy back after they forgot it the day we left. The pool was great and having the direct beach access was key with great snorkeling right off the beach (look for turtles). Happy Talk Lounge was a good on-site option for dinner and drinks and the condo is a quick 10 minute drive to the restaurants and shops in Hanalei. This is a great option for families to enjoy one of the most beautiful spots in the world. Thanks Belinda, we can’t wait to return!

Amazing location and views! The place was very spacious and had everything we needed. The owner was great to work with and so helpful providing information to help plan our trip. I wish the restaurant had been open, but that just means we need to come back to have the whole experience!
