During the month of the fires, communication was great, providing us with the current status of the island and making us feel safe and welcome to visit.
The condo is clean and equipped with everything you require for family dinners, and outings to the beach. Just need to bring yourselves.

Had a good time and enjoyed The Palms community and pool. Jillian was easy to deal with and obliging. Her facilities were clean and as advertised. My only issue was that I felt the air conditioning fee should’ve been included in the price and not charged separately as that is a standard and expected amenity in tropical accommodations. Other than that it was a positive experience and my family. Enjoyed it.

Our stay at this VRBO was great! The place absolutely matched the expectations set by the host and pictures on the website. The place was in a great area close to the beach and very cute shopping areas. We felt safe the entire time too. It was nice that we had a designated parking spot close to the unit as well. We enjoyed our stay greatly, and Jillian was promptly responsive to all of our questions and requests. Would highly recommend staying here!

This condo is in a clean, well kept complex in the Southwestern section of Maui. The best part is the supplies such as the snorkels, fins and masks as well as beach chair for guest to use. We did some great snorkeling and hiking while there and this condo was a great place to access the island. We took advantage of both the grocery store and numerous, excellent food truck nearby and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed.
We didn't use the pool and it is a long walk to the beach, but we fully explored the island and would absolutely rent this condo again.

This property was very comfortable & easy to use as a base for our activities in Maui. The master BR is amazing & spacious. The second BR is small but comfortable. The LR/DR/K and deck were lovely & comfortable. A fairly easy walk to the beach & only a mile from groceries & shopping. Pool & hot tub close by and very nice with a beautiful view.
Would appreciate a few more hooks in the 2nd bathroom> not a lot of places to hang multiple bath towels, & clothing/wet suits etc...but a minor suggestion.
Overall we were very happy with our choice & had a great stay!

We had a great time in Maui and our stay at The Palms was the perfect home base. The house was comfortable for our family of 5 and the in unit washer and dryer was a huge lifesaver. My only complaint would be there’s no door between the master bedroom and shower part of the bathroom, but we knew that from the pictures and we made it work. The property was clean and I loved looking at the ocean from the lanai. The pool is a great amenity as well and we enjoyed our time there. I would recommend Jillian’s place and hope we make it back to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay with the comfort of having two bedrooms and two bathrooms in this very nicely renovated condo! We had two couples in our party who were glad to have a well appointed kitchen, spacious living space and patio. The pool area was nice and the condo location was great to drive to all of our activities. I would highly recommend this condo for both couples or families!

Our family stayed here for our first trip to Maui. We had a fantastic time. I loved being close to everything but far enough away from the center of the tourist activities. The pool was great and beds were comfy. Even the pull out couch was comfortable. My kids are on the swim team and we were thrilled to be close to the community lap pool (10 min drive) which was free to go and get a great workout! We would stay here again. Thanks!

The property was newly renovated, clean and had every amenity we could ask for. Jillian was easy to reach with questions and even gave us access to the unit alittle early so our groceries didn’t spoil. Overall an amazing experience!!!

Our family of 4, with 2 small kids, stayed here for almost 2 weeks and loved it. We normally stay in Kihei so we can walk to the beach, but really enjoyed the bigger space we were able to get in Wailea. And it was a very short drive to the beach. The only minor inconveniences were that the dishwasher didn’t work well, and the primary bedroom shares a wall with another unit’s kitchen which made it noisy at night when we were trying to sleep. Otherwise, we loved the extra space, thoughtful amenities, big lanai, and updated interior. The host was very friendly and responsive. I would have no hesitations booking again!

Very comfortable condo that was well furnished and had nice decor. Walking distance to a local beach next to Andaz hotel. Good supply of beach equipment, kitchen necessities and a bonus to have a BBQ on the condo deck.

Overall the property was lovely. Just need someone who knows how to clean properly. The bedding on the master bed was stained yellow. The fan in master had dust and debris falling on the bed. The kitchen rug was full of sand. Jillian understood the inconvenience and made it right. Thank you for welcoming me and my family into your home!

Jillian runs an amazing vacation rental here in Wailea! Beaches are fantastic, shops are close by, the lava fields are amazing....no shortage of fun destinations!

Location is ideal (easy 10 min. walk to beach, coastal boardwalk past lux hotels and few minutes drive to wonderful Kihei for casual meals/drinks). Condo is wonderful (top condition, has everything needed for a great stay and every possible facility). Setting is wonderful in gorgeous green environment with killer sunsets from the lanai). One of the best condos we have stayed in recent years!

The big vacation on a budget question….small dated place on the beach or spacious well appointed home off the beach. We opted for more space to lounge on the deck, a nice kitchen and room to spread out inside after a day in the Sun. We loved having a bbq and outdoor dining on the deck too and room to entertain friends. The owner also had beach chairs and boogie boards for our use. Also, we talked about how we might not have explored all of the beautiful beaches is we had stayed on the beach. We loved trying new places each day.

We love this condo and will definitely be coming back! It's very clean, well appointed, has a w/d unit, nicely decorated. We had a family of 6 - parents, grandmother, 3 kids and we fit perfectly. There is a king bed in the master, with a beautiful modern bathroom. Twin beds in the second bathroom were for grandma and granddaughter roomies, and the pullout sofa perfect for the boys. The grill was great for dinners and hanging out in the evenings. AC units kept all the rooms comfortable at night.

This is a great place to stay. Very roomy and comfortable condo, with plenty of beach toys, has a great deck with peek-a-boo view of ocean, with your own bbq and patio table and chairs, and chaise lounges. Easy access to pool. Great, thorough reno. Host easy to deal with, very response. A few issues, which were very quickly addressed. Our unit, 706, was ideally located, quiet, with nice views of water and West Maui. We were extremely happy there.

Our week stay in this rental was amazing. The condo is very clean and beautifully decorated. I am a hotel snob and I am usually not easily pleased but this place lived up to my standards. My family had plenty of room and we loved the local beach. The host was helpful and very quick with answering our questions. We will retunn! Sad to leave.

We loved our stay in this place. It’s very well appointed, nicely decorated, and had plenty of room for two adults and two teens. Convenient to both Wailea and Kihei. Five minutes to the beach via car, 15 minute walk. Great home base to explore Maui.
The lanai is absolutely lovely and has a view of the water. Kitchen has all the basics you’ll need to cook (oil, basic seasonings, etc) and plenty of dishes and posts and pans. Even has a rice cooker, a vitamix, and electric kettle.
Complex has a nice pool - in the afternoons it was fairly crowded with families with young kids but was fine at other times. There’s a Safeway about 10 minutes away - that’s the best option for groceries.
Host was responsive on a couple of minor questions. When we alerted here that there was no longer a cooler on the property she had it replaced immediately.
Would absolutely stay here again.

Everything from the pre-booking to our stay was seamless and accommodating. The condo was in a fantastic location to many of the must see beaches and things to see in South Maui. It’s easy to get around the island 🏝 to the other must see things like Haleakalā to the Road to Hana. We also visited the Iao Valley and Snorkeling out of Lahaina.
The condo and hosts were beautiful. Amazing furnishes all new. Super comfy beds. Gorgeous lanai to see the best sunsets 🌇 in Maui.
We can’t wait to make it back someday.

My family with 3 kids spent 6 nights in the condo.
The condo is clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Jillian provided with a booklet with a very detailed list and instructions which was very helpful while packing for the trip.
We loved a specious lanai with above the sink window very convenient for in and out food/dishware transfers.
Jillian did respond to questions and inquires immediately.
