This place has everything you’d need to make your trip complete. Beach items, snorkeling, pool and it’s close to everything. The market is a short drive to town. The beach is about 20 mins away. Shops are close. We loved staying here. Five stars easily.

We we’re family of 4. 2 kids this was perfect. I really appreciated the cleanliness and well stock kitchen. The unit is more impressive than pictures with high wooden ceilings. We had dinners on the deck with a sunset view. Short drive to hanpuna beach which is the best beach on this island. It’s shallow and safe for kid’s

We wanted a nice, quiet, family place with greenery and a short drive to the things we wanted to do which was mostly snorkling and hanging out at Beach 69. This place was perfect and the host was super nice and helpful.

We loved this place! Well appointed & well decorated, with lots of thoughtful additions, this condo was by far one of the nicest we’ve ever been to. The grounds were beautiful as well, with a nice pool & hot tub, and it was a great launching pad for the awesome Kohala beaches a short drive away. The owner & property manager were very friendly and communicative as well. We hope to stay here again someday!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable, it was nice to have the pool on the property. Checking in and out was easy. It was easy to communicate when we needed to reach out. There was no AC and it was hot but the abundance of the fans made it easier to deal with. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

What a lovely place to call home while in Hawaii! The condo was fully stocked with items needed for the kitchen, bathroom and fun on the beach. We could watch our own Netflix on the smart TV, swim in the beautiful pool, and make our own family dinners together. It was beautiful, peaceful, and truly ideal. Thank you, Gregory for everything. We would return in a heartbeat - and next time get all the dates correct! :)

A lovely place to stay. I've stayed in the Waikoloa Villas many times with my family over the years, and they are always lovely. This place is no exemption! My only comment is I wish there were slightly more directions about how to operate all the lights/the fact that the fan was on a remote - not a wall switch - it took us quite a while to figure out. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This is a really nice unit. Clean and well appointed. Great location in a nice little quiet complex located on the village golf course 6 miles up the the hill from the Waikalo resorts. The beautiful red sky sunsets each day was an unexpected bonus as were the pack of turkeys running around. Thank you owner and manager for hosting us. Reid and Paula Reynolds Chicago

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Never have we had such a well stocked condo. It was very nice to go into a cupboard or closet to find exactly what we needed from cooking tools to laundry and bathing needs, beach supplies to towels and linens. It was very clean, the view out towards the golf course was gorgeous and the complex and neighbourhood was very quiet. There was plenty of space for four adults. We would most definitely stay here again.

We rented a number of condos for this 2 week trip and this one was outstanding. Specifically: 1) When we had to shorten our stay the condo manager responded to us and reimbursed our 2 days within 48 hours. 2) Property was clean and well equipped on arrival. 3) Beds were comfortable. 4) Property was well kept; good paint, furniture and appliances as well as a pleasant decor. 5) Check in was easy. Property manager responded to us when we informed them our check in would be late. The only suggestion we would make is that some fans be added for more air circulation on hot days. Thanks!

Location was ideal for exploring the northern and northwestern part of the island. Golf course was a 5 min walk. Great location for viewing sunset & Milky Way. Unit has acwell equipped and stocked kitchen. No need to buy coffee, tea, sugar, oil, spices. The king size bed and pillows were super comfortable. Ceiling fans in the bedroom, main floor and lanai made the spaces more comfortable. We used the pool only once and it was very clean. Also used the grill a couple of times. Be aware it needs 20-30 min to heat up to grill a steak. We shopped at KTA where there is a good variety of foods at reasonable prices. Finally the area is super quiet at night.

Our family loved this place! The owner was accommodating and responsive. The house was fully stocked with a nice surprise of beach gear! We would highly recommend this place. It is in a nice small village about 40 miles north of Kona. We only went down to Kona once because we loved the beaches around here much more!! The people here are so nice!

Check in and check out very clear and simple. The location is great and near everything you will need. Gregory the property overseer is a wealth of knowledge and answers questions and concerns immediately. The house is VERY WELL STOCKED! kitchen, towels, beach gear everything is there for you to use. The house also has 3 A/C units that really helped with the summer heat during our stay. The only negative is there a lot of rules that one with the place such as certain quiet time hours to not do laundry ect which are hard to navigate when you are out and about all day doing touristy things but that is the only complaint!

This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is beautifully appointed with comfortable beds, very nice furniture and a very well equipped kitchen. It sits on a golf course, is close to a supermarket and is a quiet area. The open design with the master bedroom open to the living room below limits privacy. The local manager was very helpful. It’s just six miles to the main road and resort area and the beaches. A good location to explore Kohala and Waimea.

Other relatives have stayed in this complex so we knew something about it prior to renting it. This unit was very clean and was well decorated. Everything about it was comfortable. The owner was very responsive to our needs and took care to make sure that we knew all about the complex and the surrounding area prior to our arrival. Some of our other relatives will most likely stay here in the future. We'll be back if we can.

We loved staying in this unit at Waikoloa Village-- the whole condo has been updated as the photos show. The only difference was the washer/dryer unit--they now have new appliances, with detergent and dryer sheets supplied of course. We also appreciated the must-haves for the beach-- beautiful Tommy Bahama umbrella and folding chairs (pleasure to use, you'll know what I mean when you see them), boogie boards, cooler, towels. Head to Hapuna, Mauna Kea, or any other beach! Timothy is also easy to reach and informative-- there happened to be a bit of maintenance (vent cleaning) going on the week of our stay. He actively reached out to make it the least bothersome for us. They came in the morning while we were still getting ready to go out so it wasn't a problem at all. Thanks for providing a fantastic home away from home-- hope to stay here again soon!

Location of the property was perfect for our group. It was close to a grocery store and a wonderful Italian Restaurant. The property was only 15 minutes to the Hilton Waikoloa where our race was located. Unit was clean and charming. I would definitely stay here again.

Our nearly 3 week stay in C201 was great. The unit is well supplied with towels, sheets, laundry and dish soap, lots of dishes and silverware. The welcome basket was very nice. Furniture and beds very comfortable. Gregory was very responsive being ensure all of our needs were met. Beautiful view from the lanai. The unit was recently updated with new wood flooring and tile. The kitchen appliances are very nice. Would return to this unit again. Thank you.

Honu Hale is exactly as presented. A well arranged condo with beautiful views, and those world famous Hawaiian sunsets. Very comfy beds, and everything a well appointed home needs for creature comfort. On top of everything, a golfers paradise just steps from your door. Far enough away from the tourist traps to make you feel like an islander, but close enough to jump into the nite-life. On the down side, we couldnt get the cable tv to work except for Netflix (my wife is a news junkie), thus the 4 star rating. Altogether, the perfect place to stay, and we are already planning our return.

My colleague and I recently visited Hawaii for a conference. We stayed at this amazing "home away from home" for 3 nights. I definitely hope to stay at this condo again for future trips. The property is clean, updated, and has all creature comforts one could possibly want.

Note: Vacancy calendar is approximate. Visit the owner/manager's reservation site to verify your dates.
