This property was absolutely wonderful. The unit was even better in person than it looked in the listing pictures and the location in Princeville was great. We had plenty of space for our family of 5 and if we could give it more than 5 stars, we would. There were also several beach accessories available in the garage. Thank you for a great stay and we hope to be back soon!

What a beautiful condo in the heart of Princeville. Very comfortable and very clean. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Beach/pool towels were available as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They also had beach chairs and we left a few pool floaties, but there already were a few. The kitchen was fully equipped. We had a Grand Cherokee which fit in the garage. Not sure anything bigger would so stay away from an Excursion, although there are visitor spots available. This unit is on the main street through Princeville so there is some road noise, but I wear earplugs so it didn't bother me. Nice view of the golf course from the Master bedroom. Very nice reclining sofa that seats 5-6 comfortably. The pool is about a 3 min walk and is a nice size, as well as the hot tub. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Princeville.

I would like to give this five stars, but there were some little problems. The directions for the lockbox had a missing number, so we couldn’t get in, and couldn’t contact the owner. We are lucky to get into the garage and then inside. There were places that needed repair, and I’m sure the owners will take care of those in the future. We appreciated the cleanliness, beach necessities including bikes, towels and chairs, and the comfortable air conditioning! I do recommend this lovely condo once the repairs are made.

House and owners were fantastic. Great location if you want to stay close to the North shore and an easy drive to the rest of the island. House was clean, very well stocked, great air condition, and spacious. Very quiet neighborhood. We loved the pool and Jacuzzi in the evenings definitely would stay here again.

This condo and entire complex is well kept and beautiful. We had a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it for friends and family. Close to golfing and really nice pool and barbecue area.

The place was beautiful and very large! Located in a very nice neighborhood. Parking is a little challenging if you are not used to tight corners.
Place was very clean but we did have see bugs in the kitchen. The host came and sprayed for us as soon as we reached out about it though.

The townhome is very spacious. Everyone enjoyed having their area to relax. There is a keurig in the kitchen! There are walking trails and a beautiful swimming pool that we never seemed to find time to enjoy.The entire property is beautiful. My entire family loved it. We would stay here again.

Location was on the princeville area and its just beautiful there. So much greenery. Fell in love with this place. Loved it so much that it is my dream to retire here now. I would highly recommend this place.

This townhouse was beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained. It is located in a quiet neighborhood right across from the golf course. It was a little farther from the beach than we had originally realized. We were able to walk to a beach, but it took a good 30 minutes to do so (would definitely recommend driving!). We really appreciated the availability of a cooler, beach chairs, beach toys, and a shop-vac. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and items we might need (trash bags, a couple of spices, dish detergent, etc) The bathrooms, however, did not have any bath soap, shampoo, or conditioner, which differed from all the vrbos we have stayed at in the past. The listing also eluded to the availability of an electric BBQ, but we couldn't find it anywhere. We went to the pool area and found two gas grills, but neither would light because of the rain.
One thing that was a bit off-putting were the interactions we had with the neighbor. Within only 10 minutes of arriving she came outside and told us to not use her hose and that we'd need to be quiet at night because her window is close to ours. We shrugged it off assuming she's probably had bad experiences with past renters. But then the next night (around 6pm) she rang our doorbell and asked that we turn off the light on one of the lanai porches because it was shining into her bedroom. We were using the porch, so we didn't turn it off immediately. She then asked my husband again when he went outside. Super annoying.

Location was fantastic! Great walking paths, beautiful neighborhood, landscaped and clean. The condo was very nice, but could have used a few more helpful things like spices, cocktail glasses, garbage bags, bath soap for the bathrooms and items to use at the beach. Other VRBO's that we have stayed in have always had these things. Also, several lightbulbs needed replaced and the window in the master bedroom was broken. Overall, a nice place just needs an owner's touch.

This is a great place for whole family. Lots of space for 4-6 people. The house is well decorated with island flair. It’s in a quite neighborhood with great views of the mountains and easy walk to ocean cliffs. Close to Hanalei and great base for north side adventures.

Our stay at Nihilani 19A was perfect. We were a large family who rented 2 units. Grilling at the pool at night was perfect while the children swam. The unit was VERY well equipped for families. We enjoyed all the beach equipment.

My family and I stayed here from May 22nd - May 29th. It is everything we were wanting. * Great location * the house had everything we needed * very spacious and clean * directions were easy to follow. The only negatives with our stay was the excessive road noise directly outside of the living room and Master bedroom. There is a speed bump right outside this location, which causes cars to slow down and then accelerate. Many of the cars around have loud exhaust/work vehicles. It started at 630 every morning and I heard it through my ear plugs. The roosters are also quite obnoxious. Neither of these complaints have anything to do with the owners and are out of their control. Just something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper like myself. Overall though, it was a fantastic stay!

Tutu's Getaway was just what we expected and needed for the perfect Kauai family vacation. My family (3 kids, 2 adults) kept comment how roomy the place was and how it felt like a home. I couldn't agree more. After a long day of sun, hiking, beaching and gorging on shave ice, it was a welcomed feeling to come back to such comfort and room for a good nights rest. Princeville is a nice central basecamp area to stay, close to so many perfect places to visit. They townhome had every kitchen accessory imaginable. They had boogie boards and beach chairs. It really felt like they thought of everything that was needed. Working with Cathy was seamless. Everything was exactly what we needed.

We loved this place! It was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. We appreciated all the extras for the beach. Plenty of room for me, my husband, my son, his wife and my daughter. The master bath is huge - we could throw a small party in there. We hope to stay there again and my daughter wants to live there! We so appreciated this great place.

The house is great. Very clean and has everything you need. The kitchen is stocked well with any utensils you need to cook and eat in. There are beach chairs and an umbrella, and one snorkel gear set. A minor household part broke and the owners were quick to respond to repair it. Overall a great spot that is close to Hanalei. We will be back for sure!

Very spacious and well taken care of. The property had lots of towels and the kitchen was well equipped but there were no replacement garbage bags or dish cloths. Because we had to leave one day early, we'd messaged the owner when we arrived just to let her know that the house would be vacant and we were disappointed that she never acknowledged our message.
The only down side in the location was that we couldn't leave the master bedroom windows open at night because the bedroom faced a major road where traffic was constant especially throughout the night.

This property is in a beautiful location across the street from a walking path along the Makai Golf Course and had everything our group of four needed. We especially appreciated Cathy and Charlie's aloha spirit in helping us get settled and how clean, quiet and comfortable this home was The Nihilani complex is well maintained and beautifully landscaped. We found ourselves looking forward to retreating to it and Tutu's Getaway each evening after touring elsewhere around Kauai. The pool area is surprisingly peaceful for how busy it is! We decided the waterfall was the secret. There's a nice combination of poolside chairs and shady tables along with oh so handy wi-fi. The Foodland grocery store is nearby and has a great selection. The Happy Talk Lounge is also nearby and has a fun vibe with pretty good food, gorgeous sunset views and live music. This home is perfect for resting and relaxing. We feel confident recommending it!
