Property was clean and comfortable and had everything you need. It’s in a great location - close to beaches and Waimea. I bring my own pillow (recommended) and bed is comfortable. We slept well with the windows open due to the cool trade winds. Highly recommend this place!

I did not stay overnight, only daughter and granddaughter. Overall very good. Entry door lock is difficult. Should change it. Instructions for check in were thorough, but came at the last minute. I would recommend this place, book it again for relatives, friends.

What an exceptional little property. We certainly enjoyed our Kona Condo and its quiet community. There’s a KTA grocery store and a few restaurants around 2 minutes away. Beaches are easily accessible with a very short drive. The home was clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was a stones throw away from a pool and hot tub. The owner was very responsive, helpful and thorough with his instructions and communication. Outside of it being a little toastier than we preferred inside at night, we truly enjoyed everything about our stay. Would book again in a heartbeat.

We have stayed at the same complex (we like this complex the best in Waikoloa Village) several times in the past. This was one of the better ones. The refrigerator has ice maker and water dispenser, which was a big plus. The bed was ok but pillows weren't (bit hard and flat). Incredible selection of beach items. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet for the most part except occasional loud roosters. Their fans created white noises and didn't wake us up at night. Overall, very happy with the condo.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was just as listed, clean, quiet and well stocked with every kitchen item we could need, some pantry items and tons of beach stuff. Max was very quick and easy to communicate with, even checking in mid trip as a tropical storm was set to pass through. The location was great, close to what we found to be our favourite beaches and some nice spots to eat! We'd absolutely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. Thank you for making our honeymoon great!

Upon arrival it was easy check in per instructions from Max. The location is on the ground floor with a view of the golf course. Just steps away from the pool. Be sure to use your key for entrance/exit of the pool. Water is perfect. There are also a area at the pool to BBQ.
The condo is perfectly stocked with condiments, sauces, spices more than you can imagine. The closet outside on the patio is well stocked with beach chairs. coolers, umbrellas, boogey boards. We have everything we needed for day adventures. Thanks so much!!!!!
The condo was clean with the exception of the floor, it wasnt sticky but it was a bit dirty we had dirt sticking to the bottom of our feet when barefoot.

Off the beaten path but close to great shopping and beautiful sites! Very quiet neighborhood with cool breezes and many bird sounds and sitings. Lovely pool steps from the back patio complete with lounge chairs, picnic tables under a lanai and a full outdoor kitchen. Very reasonably priced too!

This location is just what we wanted--away from the crowds and quiet. The complex was only 1/4 occupied as most homeowners must be snowbirds. Condo was located on golf course just steps away from the pool/hot tub. BBQ grills are in pool area.
Condo was well stocked including all the beach gear you could possibly need.
Nightly beeezes kept us cool. No need for a/c.
We would definitely stay there again.

The condo was great. Right on the 9th hole of the golf course with a good view. The bed was a little firm but not horrible. It was like a move-in apartment ready for us. We really enjoyed staying there. My only complaint is how slow the washer was to fill with water to do some laundry. The water filter may be clogged up. But like I said, that's my only complaint. Hope to be back soon !

Where to start..we have been traveling to the BI for the last 8-10 years staying in this complex in a unit our friends own.
This time we stayed one building over and we couldn't have been more happy with this condo. Very nice, beautiful kitchen everything you need. Very clean all the beach equipment you'll need . Close to the pool and Bbq area and such a nice Lanai for Sunsets. We loved that it was a bottom unit.
Max was great as far as keeping in touch when we had questions. Can't wait to go back! See you next year .
Keeping mind this is a one bedroom and honestly not a family of 4 or more condo.

Clean and decent location. Overall it was fine. No coffee so stop at store. If you arrive late like we did, you're sol. No spare blankets. 5 remotes under the TV, forget about it. No refunds regardless of reasons. I didn't need one but seems excessive. High cleaning fee, comparatively. Some windows in living room need curtains for privacy. Yea, I'd stay here again but not first choice.

Loved staying at this property - so convenient to everything. I came here to race the Honu Half Ironman, but because of a serious car accident 3 weeks before the race, I was unable to participate, but enjoyed volunteering the entire day of the race. The owner thought of everything you might need & supplied it. Enjoyed eating on the beautiful lanai nearly every night. Cooked some delicious meals as I had a lot of time by myself.

A great experience from start to finish. Max, the owner, was very responsive from the beginning; the stay was quiet, comfortable and peaceful; the pool is as close as it looks; and the air quality was only slightly affected from the volcano, as a breeze keeps the air moving and the vog didn't settle in. My wife is already planning that she wants to come back here again!

My wife and I stayed here and loved it. First floor was great. Parking very close by. We loved the proximity to the pool. Pool was never crowded and always quiet. A very easy drive to shopping and several beaches. Condo was clean and the bed was perfect. Quiet hours at the condos were great too. This is a well kept complex. We intend on staying here again.
