*The people! We had great conversations with other travelers, unit owners, and the bar tenders at the inviting, outdoor bar and in the hot tub.

This property was just right for our first visit to Kauai. Centrally located. Walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants. A short drive into funky Ka pa’a. The property is as described, very clean, the complex is very well maintained and has security 24/7. Communication with Esther, the owner was seamless. Highly recommend!

Perfect location. 10 minutes from airport. Shops and restaurants about a 5 minute walk away. Beach 1 minute away. Room and facilities very clean and safe. Pool cleaned every day. Hot tub drained and cleaned daily. Grounds are meticulously maintained!! Ester provided detailed info to make the stay easy. Condo is perfect location to explore the island. I will definitely be returning!!

We enjoyed staying here for a week. Literally 2 minutes to the beach, if that. Being on the east coast, we were pretty much at the half way point to go to the north shore or the south shore which we alternated all week.
The condo was clean and we very much enjoyed staying here. It was perfect!

Property exactly as described/shown in listing. Clean with comfortable bed. Exactly what we were looking for within our budget. Beautiful sunrises and great to come back to in the evenings after exploring all day. My husband appreciated the AC. Great communication with host.

This unit is our go to place to stay when visiting Kauai. We enjoy the unit, the property, the location and have never had an issue during our stays. The unit is very clean and Esther is always reachable should you need something (but you won’t)

We had an amazing stay. We heard the waves crashing as we went to bed and woke up each day. The view from the lanai was incredible (sunrise is beautiful if you're awake). The location o the east side of Kauai was perfect for us as we wanted to explore all parts of the island. There's a coffee shop and a grill with delicious lunch and dinner right on the property, and a marketplace with more food and shopping options just yards away. Our host was courteous and responsive. The listing was accurate. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A week in Kauai for the 1st time. Perfect location for all of the island and local amenities. Condo was really lovely and had everything we needed including a great view. Wonderful unit. Beautiful view (just like the picture). Very convenient location. Attentive host. Maybe not the largest or most luxurious place you can find, but it has everything you need and the price is right. It was just perfect for me and my spouse for our 6-night stay. We would definitely come back!

Nice clean condo with easy access to the beach and the many amenities nearby.
We needed a few things attended to and Edith had her maintenance people take care of them promptly.
We are used to a guest book in room rentals to help us get oriented to the space. However, Edith sent all instructions by email and we didn’t always have our phones so some info went missing.
The kitchen layout is somewhat bizarre. Regardless, the nearby restaurants are so good that you won’t be eating at the condo.
We had a wonderful time in Kauai and this place was a great base for our outings.

Wonderful unit and resort. Great beach, wonderful sunrise. Nice pool and hot tub. Great communication with manager. Cocoanut marketplace has a great assortment of food and shops. And the ABC store has a great hot and cold food area to take things back to your room pool or beach. Just steps to the beach. Town of Kapaa is close by for more dining and shopping. Great unit great resort great island.

We had a great stay here. The property is exactly as described. It is right on the beach, with a great pool and other amenities. Short walk (less than 5 min) to shopping and food. Communication with the owner was also fantastic. Would definitely stay again the next time we are in Kauai.

Sunrise views were incredible right on the ocean or from the deck. Restaurants are close and you can have breakfast right on the edge of the water.

We loved the location of this condo, near lava lava beach club, the coconut market, coffee and more! Very centrally located in the island! The beach is just outside your door and there’s a pool/hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay. I would say the only complaint is there is a door to the next door condo in this condo and there was a group of girls next door and we could hear them laughing and yelling and it was very disruptive.

We enjoyed the property. Spent a little time at the beach on property, pool, and hot tub. Spent most of our time golfing and touring the island. The unit was comfortable, has a large bathroom, and the host was very helpful! The only improvement would be colder A/C and bigger (king size) bed.

The location was perfect! We were a short distance from the north and the south shore. The landscaping and property itself is breathtaking. Waking up every morning to that Oceanview was paradise. Esther is a great host. She checked on us periodically to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The room itself had everything we needed. We were steps away from the beach, places to eat and short driving distance to everything we needed. Highly highly recommend this property! We will definitely be back!!

We would unequivocally recommend this property as a base for touring Kaua'i, or for relaxing days around the pool. The condo unit, though quite small, is nicely laid out and comfortable. The fridge, microwave, toaster, large sink and a good set of dishes and utensils, as well as the outdoor BBQ, enable guests to prepare healthy meals. The lanai (balcony) looks out across the pool to the ocean. We are not "resort people" but this condo complex suited us fine because it was very quiet, even around the pool bar, most of the time. We enjoyed the beautiful flowers, shrubs, trees and bird life on the grounds of the property. Be aware that the complex faces east into the prevailing trade winds, so the sound of the waves is constant and can be very loud. The breeze was quite cool when we were there (early April). For a swimming or snorkeling beach, Lydgate Beach Park is walking distance or a very short drive. The owner was extremely helpful all the way through from booking to departure. Kaua'i is a very expensive island to visit and live on due to its remoteness. This was definitely the best property we could find within our price range and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My boyfriend and I spent 8 nights at Esther’s condo in paradise and had a wonderful time. The property was built in the 70s and has a cool retro beach esthetic. The condo is really clean, the bed comfortable and I don’t think you can beat a third floor beach view.
Coming into the trip I knew I wanted to stay near the Sheraton where I had stayed last time because the area on the island is so convenient… ~45 min in either direction depending on the adventure of the day. What I loved most about Esther’s condo is the amount of amenities that are within the a 1-3 minute walk. The coconut market - which has a grocery store, coffee shop and more is right across the parking lot. There was this fantastic little “feet in the sand” restaurant called Lava, Lava less than a minute walk to the right of the property (just walk through the little patch of the tree that separate the properties). The Sheraton was also just a 6 minute walk down the beach to the left. This made our stay so easy and convenient- it meant after a long day of being the sun and having all the adventures, we had a clean plan to come back shower and stumble somewhere to find food.
Esther’s condo really has all you need- small fridge to store a few items, blender, microwave… and that lanai was perfect for morning coffee or after dinner drinks.
Esther was the sweetest and most personable host ever. Really appreciated the ability to easily text. She even called to welcome us- we were off kayaking on the Wailua river so I missed it but such a sweet touch.

We traveled to Kauai to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Esther was wonderful to work with through the delays we experienced due to COVID restrictions. It was well worth the wait! The unit was just as described in the listing. View from the balcony overlooking the grounds was awesome! We spent two weeks exploring the island and the location was ideal as it was an easy drive in any direction. Being next to Coconut market Place was also ideal as you could just walk to do any shopping or eating close by. We also enjoyed Lava Lava Beach Club next door for dining and drinks. We would definitely recommend this unit for a comfortable and relaxing stay
