We stayed at Ali Kaii 2 for a week for a family reunion. Our place was clean and beautiful. The condo was well stocked with everything you could need for your stay including boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, board games and snorkelling gear. I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved the location and quick walk to the beaches. Used pool every night. Nice location. We used nearby pool every night. Hot tub wasn't that far away either. My 9 year old wants to come back next year. :)

The property was great. Everything worked out well. Really the only thing we noticed that might need addressed is the hall bathroom door to the shower is very hard to open from the inside. Something is malfunctioning with the handle. Otherwise, we would definitely use this place again.

Great location to visit the north shore!
Close to beaches, hiking trails, grocery, etc.
Well equipped and beach gear was very useful :)

The condo is well appointed with just about everything you need for cooking. The beds were comfortable. Easy in/out to the condo. Lots of beach toys, chairs, umbrella, even a few masks and snorkels were there. The pool and jacuzzi area was nice. Plenty of towels for beach and bath were available as well. Having the extra standing fans were nice since there is no A/C. All in all a very nice place to stay.

The apartment is in great condition, very well maintained.
It’s very well equipped.
The location is great for short walks (cliffs and ocean view!) and just a short drive from many beautiful beaches and restaurants.

This property exceeded my expectations. It is modern, very clean, has a full kitchen that we really appreciated. You can see the ocean from the living room and back patio. It is a short walk to the pool and jacuzzi and a short drive to the super cute town of Hanalei with its beautiful beach and plenty of shopping and dining options. It felt like a home away from home. Beach gear is included, which was also very appreciate. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it.

We had a fabulous time on Kauai! Condo was beautiful with a view of the ocean, limited as it was we could still see whales spraying in the distant waters. Princeville is a lovely area. The little town of Hialeah was a beautiful drive up the road with lots of food & shops as well as a market. The North is a much quieter part of the island if that’s what you prefer. Not a lot of traffic but still accessible beautiful beaches and views of mountains.

Nice 2bdrm-2bath condo in beautiful Princeville. Didn’t even realize we’d have a bit of an ocean view from the listing description/photos so that was a bonus. Well-equipped, even had some spices and oils so we didn’t have to buy for cooking. Some of the furnishings like sofa and coffee table are showing wear and tear. Would really improve the appearance and comfort if replaced. Also the mattress was very soft and didn’t fit the frame very well in the bed we slept in. Neighbors above and around us were a bit noisy, voices, tv, clomping…but not much owners can do about that. Overall enjoyed stay, and we love Kauai!

We loved staying at Jeff’s condo in Princeville. The two bedroom set up was perfect for me, my husband and our 2.5 year old. Jeff was super responsive to any needs we had and the condo was immaculate, spacious and had beautiful views. The one thing to note if you have a small child is there is no tub but we made it work with the two showers available. We would definitely stay again!

Updated unit and everything in good working order and clean. Tastefully decorated and well located on North Shore. Unit had all cooking utensils we needed and also included misc spices and even had a wide variety of sunscreens in case you forgot to bring. We were very happy we booked this unit and we are picky about where we stay.
